Acomodação excelente, com utensílios, cafeteira, chá, fogão, forno e geladeira. Acesso fácil. Ao fazer o check-in e pagarmos as taxas recebemos passes para transporte pela cidade. Tem um shopping ao lado e muitos lugares para tomae café, lanches e jantar. O atendimebto da recepção foi muito cordial.

Please note that this review is for an apartment (rather than a hotel room.) The apartment is located behind the hotel, overlooking the parking lot. The apartment was decent, but overall nothing particularly special. The furniture and equipment feel somewhat dated, and a few items are in need of replacement, including the mattress and pillows, as well as the dishcloth and dish brush. On the positive side, I appreciated that the refrigerator was clean. The apartment does have air conditioning, but unfortunately it was not sufficient to cope with the heat. It also automatically switched off after a few hours, which was particularly inconvenient at night. I asked whether the settings could be adjusted, but unfortunately this was not possible. There is a communal washing machine available for €5 per use (but no dryer) in the basement of the complex. However, when I inspected the machine, I was quite shocked by how dirty it was, and ultimately decided not to use it. The best feature of the property is definitely the beautiful park in front of the hotel. Chiara at the front desk was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. A big THANK YOU to her!

Friendly staff, very clean and well kept apartment. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Location is a bit far from Altstadt, but a quick tram ride gets you there in 10min. A big plus is that the apartment is right across from a beautiful park, where you can walk or run alongside of the Sill River, perfect for a morning workout.

Room nice and quiet and as described and pictured. Staff welcoming and attentive. Only niggle was the laminate flooring outside the bathroom was damaged (perhaps from previous shower flood) and hadn’t been repaired fully, which left it rough underfoot and looking a little shabby in that part of the room. Stayed with our two young children who enjoyed having the park and playground(s) right out front of the hotel.
