Big Blue New

To date I have had good luck with on line booking. This was unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had in a suite. We arrived and the lobby, which looks like it had been abandoned from an old hotel was dark and uninviting. There appears to be 2 downstairs floor and two upstairs floor approximately 12 units in the building. The instructions were to look for a lockbox at the unit door. We were not given a unit number so didn’t know where to look. The owner said that in 30 years no one has ever had this issue – hard to believe. I tried to call, but couldn’t get through to the number that showed as Serbia on my phone. We had to check in to a hotel for the night. One we learned the unit number we were able to check in. The unit is adequate. We were to be there for 4 nights and there was one roll of toilet paper between 2 people. We searched the unit and couldn’t find more. The shower started to overflow in the morning, I had to remove a large clump of hair build up in the drain. I asked the owner to refund the first night we couldn’t check in and he refused saying the issue was mine. My worst experience ever with online booking. I would not go near this place

Genossen haben wir den Ausblick vom Balkon, den fussläufig nahen Strand und den Wochenmarkt. Die Matratzen und Überdecken perfekt, die sonstige Ausstattung prima. Nur das Smart TV blieb ein Rätsel. Heizen funktionierte auch sehr gut. Einzig der Name „big blue luxury app.“ ist etwas irreführend, denn obwohl es sehr gut ist - luxuriös ist es nicht.
