1. No one at property to check in at 10pm. Two sets of keys that didn’t work, finally third set got us in at 10:45pm after some one came after a few calls. 2. Completed check in process next morning - no apologies from the manager (Kenny), noted our car details down (and DID NOT PROVIDE parking permit) 3. Towed our car from the hotel parking lot on the first day. No checks if the car belonged to their guest. 4. Kenny and staff did NOTHING to help us that evening as Kenny had left for the day!! 5. We went to the front office next morning to see how we can get our car back. That’s when it took a turn. So far we had been patient trying to figure out how that happened! Kenny started yelling at us with threats and called us liars. Am sure the camera can prove we didn’t get a permit the previous day at check in! Talk about customer service! He did NOTHING to help us get the car back and asked us to check out! He said we were making it an issue! Yeah it is an issue since you stole our car from the hotel parking lot! Am sure he gets a kick back from the towing company! We had to pay $500+ to get the car back when this should have never happened since he had a record of our car at check in! DO NOT STAY! Read some of the other low rated reviews. This guy is not in the right mind, refuses to admit his mistake and is rude with customers. The only reason his hotel survives is because it is right in front of heavenly. After checking out of this hell hole we had a wonderful trip!
