Great location with many options for food and shopping. I felt safe in the area walking at night. Smaller hotel with rooftop pool and bar that wasn’t overly crowded. You receive a small food/beverage credit daily. My mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable the first night. I notified staff and they immediately changed out the mattress. Staff were kind and helpful. My only issue was operating the thermostat - I couldn’t seem to figure out how to increase the temperature so ended up turning the unit off at times. Was informed by a local tour guide that the beach near the hotel is not the safest for swimming due to frequent rip tides but the beach itself was nice with beach loungers and umbrellas available for use. Overall a very nice stay!

The room was in good conditions BUT when it came to the cleaning with the housekeeper, the room was never swept and never dusted. The only thing the housekeeper did was put clean towels and make the bed that’s all. The elevator in our section was out of service the entire week we were there and on the other elevator I almost got stuck in it. The front desk service was ok.
