Great breakfast and staff very helpful with information about how to see Grand Canyon. Professional staff. The hot tub was closed, we were disappointed by that and the pool had floaties so we didn’t go in the pool, it needs cleaning.

Room was clean, air conditioner, refrigerator, bathroom - everything worked great. One far elevator worked, but the main elevator was out of order - this caused lines. Breakfasts are good, but breakfast area is small and supper crowd - even hard to find available table.

Clean room, great breakfast, close to Grand Canyon, friendly employees, good food choices in walking distance. Felt safe and I’m a female traveling solo. There was an employee at breakfast toasting bagels and toast for people that was so nice. Her name ended with “Melda” but I couldn’t see the whole name tag. Also loved the indoor pool and hot tub!

We stayed for 3 nights, room was clean, well stocked and pretty quiet (we were on 3rd floor). The customer service is exceptional especially the breakfast staff! Bonus: about 2 miles away from the south rim entrance if Grand Canyon.

Stayed one night for our stop over at the Grand Canyon. Overall it was pretty decent, my only reason to knock stars off was that the floors didn’t look like they’ve been vacuumed, lots of stuff on the ground in the room. Also the carpet was a tad bit sticky, definelty wouldn’t want to walk barefoot. Bring slippers.

The room itself did its job. However, our room's shower must have been improperly installed. The knob started off with hot, then cold. Water would only be very hot, lukewarm, then very cold. If we wanted wanted warm (lukewarm in our case), then the water pressure was low. The knob would turn itself and make a loud noise if I tried to get right between cold and hot. Same thing happened to my partner. I didn't have an issue with the sink so perhaps that should have been used instead. Really should not have been such a hassle to get a warm shower. Do better, Holiday Inn. Employees were amazing. They all deserve a raise. Very hardworking and attentive individuals.

The water pressure in the bathroom is really good. The included breakfast is really good lots of options and selection. Not sure if this happens in each room the fridge in the room we stayed in made buzzing noise the entire night so it might be challenging for light sleepers.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when my sister called the front desk and asked them to secure her wallet, which she had inadvertently left at the hotel while we were out. The situation was handled promptly and appropriately. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were great! I’ll give the breakfast team an A . They were over and above service for a seemingly full occupancy both days we were there. I was to give a special shout-out to Imelda in the dining room. She is a Rock Star. . The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay. Great location. The staff was exceptional. While it feels like hospitality has gone downhill in some chain hotels we usual stay at, it was awesome ro see how great the hospitality was at this hotel. Thw breakfast staff was phenomenal, friendly and kept things running perfect. Even during a busy time. Loved our stay.

The property itself is great. Clean, good breakfast options (wonderful dining staff), and comfortable. Checking in was a problem with Lyn. We had a 2 nighr stay. Out flight kept getting delayed to which i called and let them know im not a no show but rather will be mich later. It was so delayed our rental company closed we had to wait the next morning for them to open and we decided to go on our excursions before checking in. LYN had they worse attitude. "I was working last night, and I didnt get a call" was the response to we called ahead. I called at 630pm. Idk if others were working or not. But how about you help me check in instead of berating your customer? She made it so difficult. Continued to hell out my information and repeated 3 times i was late. Rudest service ive ever received at check in. I did my part in calling. Ive prepaid. Idk what the issue was but she was terrible! Property around was ok, central.

This was an excellent place to stay for a multi-day trip to the Grand Canyon. The location is 10 minutes outside the South Rim entrance with a grocery store (our lunch sandwiches) across the street, gas station, several restaurants, and the visitor's center from which you can catch a shuttle into the park if you don't want to drive. The hotel staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is great. The only downside was the helicopter tours of the canyon fly over the hotel starting about 7:30 AM, but most of our party never noticed and we continued to be the last ones to breakfast after sleeping in.

The location is 10 minutes outside the South Rim entrance with a grocery store (our lunch sandwiches) across the street, gas station, several restaurants, and the visitor's center from which you can catch a shuttle into the park if you don't want to drive. The hotel staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is great. The only downside was the helicopter tours of the canyon fly over the hotel starting about 7:30 AM, but most of our party never noticed and we continued to be the last ones to breakfast after sleeping in.

The rooms were fine, but breakfast was a disaster. The breakfast was always so full we didn’t even bother to try and eat there more than once. It was always overrun with people and totally chaotic.

The room was clean and in nearly perfect order. The location was fantastic for getting in and out of the Grand Canyon National Park. The breakfast was stellar. The team they have working on that food service is doing a great job and made it possible to start the day really well.

Sometimes a hotel breakfast is ok, sometimes it's "I'll pass." This one was exceptional ! At some hotels it may be hard to find anyone around the breakfast area. At this hotel there were six people running around the dining room making sure the guests were satisfied. We certainly were satisfied and strongly recommend. Trent and Tonja

Wonderful stay overall. The food was great at breakfast, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside is that one of the elevators are out of service. Not a big deal for our group.

Chambre confortable et propre. Beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner qui d'ailleurs avait de bonnes omelettes. Le personnel nettoyait les tables au plus vite donc finalement assez fluide.

The shower in our room only had Luke-warm water, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the walls and door was incredibly thin, we could hear everyone in the hallway and in rooms next door. Finally, we would get back late at night and always struggled to find parking. How does a hotel not have enough parking for all of their guests?

It was a great location and the room was nice and big but the kitchennette area was too small to prepare any kind of food. The breakfast was unfortunately terrible with a basic buffett but the staff were nice and polite. Good hotel but not worth the price paid. Thanks
