Great location. Overall service is good. But the elevator produces loud beep and woke me up several times at night. Room is very small and you have to shower over the toilet bowl.

交通至便、空港からのA21バスでアクセス可能。地下鉄駅もすぐそば。 大変便利な場所でした。 香港のコンセントは日本と形状が違いますが、フロントで変換プラグも無料で借りることができたのも大変良かったです。 ホテルに利用可能な洗濯機がなかったのが唯一残念だったぐらいで、近所にはリーズナブルな飲茶のお店もあるし、総じて満族でした。また利用すると思います。

Poorly maintained room. Tiny elevator serving a 14 floors building. A/C didn't work( at 35 Degrees Celsius). The staff offered a fan, since they didn't have other rooms for 3 people available. We declined and looked for somewhere else to stay.

Nice and friendly staff Convenient location But poor sound insulation Main customers are from mainland who always talk loudly in the corridor , lift and also make noises till midnight. The lift is quite small so take long time waiting for the lift. If you don’t mind the noise , then this is a good choice.

Conveince, however, lack of facilities.

冷蔵庫もなく、部屋が汚い。従業員の対応も悪い。シャワーとトイレが一緒だが、非常に狭い0.5畳ほどしかない。

立地が良く、タオルがふかふかで気持ちよかったです！ ただ、お部屋が古いのとシャワー室の換気扇の音が大きく、壁も薄いため、周りの音が気になりました。 あと、エレベーター2機ありますが、中が狭くて結構待つのが不便だなと感じました。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。 駅・バス停が近いので、安く寝るだけなら充分だと思います。

A localização é maravilhosa, a poucos passos da estação de Yau Ma Fei, com muitos restaurates a poucos metros, comercios. Perto de Mong Kok e Ladies Market,ambos ótimos locais para compras. Porém o quarto deixa muito a desejar. Obvio que entendo a realidade de Hong Kong e já sabia que o quarto é pequeno. O quarto realmente é bem pequeno, pouquissimo espaço entre as camas e para andar, mas conseguimos deixar uma mala grande atras da porta e outra na frente do guarda roupa e ok. O pior de tudo foi o cheiro no quarto, muito fedido e com cheiro de poeira e de algum produto de limpeza forte. A Limpeza deixou MUITO a desejar, o carpete imundo e a cortina fedendo muito, e o ar condicionado também. Derrubei dinheiro embaixo da cama e quando tirei a mão, peguei dinheiro, comida, sujeira. Parecia que nunca limparam embaixo das camas. A localização valeu a pena, porém vá sabendo que o hotel não está nas melhores condições. Numa proxima vez em Hong Kong, irei investir mais dinheiro e ficar em um hotel de rede.

I am a business owner myself so I try to be fair but I really haven’t much to say that is helpful for this hotel. The staff were accommodating as I requested room changes 3 times only to end up leaving early anyway because of the following: These are GUESTROOMS. Meaning you are in a VERY small space with your toilet and shower in the same space. You will be cramped while trying to wash your hair over your toilet and sink while your toilet paper gets soaked. You are limited to 5 MINUTES of shower time - after that you will run out of hot water. There is mold everywhere inside the rooms. Picture attached. They do not sanitize the showers as I asked them for sanitizer so that I could scrub my own shower and they said they don’t have it nor use it. People smoke inside. It’s not smoke free. There are cockroaches everywhere. Picture attached. The cockroach was the last straw for me, so I asked for a refund only to be told that I have to pay for the stay anyway cause I left after 12pm. I was unfairly treated because I had to pay for a room that was deemed unsafe to stay in (mold, cockroaches, unsanitary toilet conditions).

Room was extremely tiny, filthy, old, smelly, bed bugs with noisy and weak air conditioning. People smoking everywhere. This hotel needs major renovation. Other than the location, there is no point in choosing this hotel.

価格の安さで選んだのですが、思っていた以上に綺麗に清掃されてしたので気持ちよく滞在できました。

Room was clean, easy check-in and check out process. The “water closet” was very tight to fit in to comfortably. Room was cleaned daily, I’ll splurge for something bigger next time.

Property quite dated. My room was a standard double which was quite tight. Next to no natural light as there was only a very small window. The toilet/shower is all one tiny 1sqm unit so you have to think about when to shower as the water sprays all over the whole cubicle so everything inside gets wet which means you have to wipe the toilet down after the shower to use the toilet. As the water is all over the cubicle your feet get wet when entering the cubicle to use the toilet. This room is probably typical of a low budget hotel in HK as space is a premium.

Stayed here for 9 days.Check in was a 5 star for me,in a sense that the lady at the front desk was so nice to checked me in and my family, 3 hours earlier than check in time.Room and bathroom were too small but acceptable.Downside,the noise coming from the other rooms was terrible!Felt like walls and ceiling was made from paper.Couldn't get a good rest after a full day being out.On the the upside,the location of the hotel is excellent with all amenities within walking distance(mtr,bus stop,restaurants).

This property is pretty out-dated. Aged furnishing, small TV & NO fridge (not even a mini one). The 2 elevlators operated separated. People simly will call both and make the elevaltors stops every floor during peak time. The bathroom is extremely small and there`s NO separate shower (you`re showering right beside the toliet & the sink. The space you can shower is about foot & a half between the sink & the door and 2 feet from the wall to the toliet. I`m a very samll build Asian female and still found it difficult to shower in such small space. The location is extremely convenience though; it`s about 100 m from MTR exit and bus stops right outside (many routes stop here and can get you everywhere). I visited HK very often and this hotel was on my radar for awhile. I did expected it would be a bit out-dated but was way below my expectation. I am not likely to go back

Twin bed room was very small, especially the toilet. Toilet and shower together, super small. I have to pee sitting side way. Just imagine.

we like the hotel position which in the middle of kowloon. but the rooms are too small. the toilet room are always wet.

Very convenient location next to MTR station, facilities look a bit dated and the rooms are very small, there might be a lot of noise for the street-facing room

Staff is professional and courteous. Location is very convenient. Lots of great restaurants near by. Walking distance to popular shopping areas.

Stayed for three nights in total. Originally staying for one night but then requested for an extention. The helpful staff nicely explained the way to extend my nights at the reception. The location of Casa hotel is extremely convenient with pharmacy, convenience stores and many bus stations around. There are many taxis to catch as the hotel is located on Nathan Road. The only disadvantage appears when the ‘flatmates’ walked past and talked loudly at midnight. But overall the stay is nice and there arent many ppl on weekdays.

Stayed there for couple of nights. 50 mins away from the airport. Good location. Room’s Tiny but it’s clean and price is reasonable too. Staffs are accommodating - even though I checked out at noon but the staffs kindly kept my luggage till late evening so i didn’t have to carry them around. Overall good experience!

Very rude front desk. No fridge and don't provide ice. Room cleaner is very polite though

The hotel is in a great location on Nathan Rd steps away from the subway station with lots of food and shopping in the area. My one complaint was that I booked the room for 2 people and asked for 2 keys but they refused to provide 2 keys lying by saying they don't have enough keys.

My cleaning lady was excellent throughout my stay. It has a great location very close to the MTR station. Restaurants are everywhere within walking distance.

The location is the reason I stay here. I stayed twice (two weeks a part). The first week, the front desk person (a male) was so cold, but he did not did anything offensive, just no personality and do not care whatsoever. The second time was a female, she was very polite and pleasant. The place is clean. From the hotel to the airport, it took me only 45 minutes by train. Around the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and stores.

The hotel is near/Next to a MTR so going with public transport is great. Also there is within a few min walking distance a bus A21 to go to the airport by bus. Location wise it was perfect, shower was good. If you stay for 1-2 night the smaller room is fine, bit if you stay longer i recommend the bigger room. The staff is nice and very helpful, also the cleaning ladies were very friendly. I will stay here next time aswel!

It is just a few steps away from Yau Ma Tei station exit C. Walking distance from airport bus A21 bus stop. The bath room is small and not suitable for big size people. Need to climb a few steps to the lift. Many food options at the area.

Hotel is in the location between the Star Ferry and ladies market, 5 mins walk from YMT MTR station and just behind the Temple Street, also 10 mins will have the bus direct to airport. seven-eleven is by the conner which not need to worry anything with location. Room is small with enough size and got everything you need. Nice people in there as well. Very fit for Solo travel.

MTR station is very close. Many restaurants around. Room was okay. So far so good.

My cleaning lady was excellent throughout my stay. It has a great location very close to the MTR station. Restaurants are everywhere within walking distance.

In center of Kowlooon. Convenient for all transportations. As well as shopping and dining.

繁華街のど真ん中、油麻地メトロ出口のすぐ横にあるので立地が非常に良いです！ 買い物をしてちょっと荷物を置きにに戻ることが可能なのがよかったです。 また周辺にテイクアウトが可能な飲食店やコンビニ、薬局などが多いため、食事や生活には困りません。 フロントの方は丁寧なので、安心感があります。 部屋の清掃は微妙です。入室時から大きめの埃が床（カーペット）に落ちていたり、部屋の隅には埃が若干溜まっています。（掃除機がかけきれていない） 毎朝の清掃も、シーツを整える程度のため過度な潔癖の方は気になるかもしれません。 また廊下がとてもタバコ臭いので、部屋はタバコ臭くなくても部屋にもタバコの匂いが侵入してきます。 ホテルの目の前が繁華街でかなり賑わっているため、極端に横道に入ったり明かりが少ない地元民が多いところにわざわざ行かない限り、治安はいい方かなと思います。

ネイザンロードに面した位置にあり、ホテルの目の前が文明里バス停で、尖沙咀などどこに行くにもすごく便利でした。MTR油麻地駅や空港行のA21バス停にも徒歩30秒ぐらいで着きます。 ホテル周辺には、有名な飲食店やコンビニなど様々な店舗があり、夜中まで空いているお店もあり、とても楽しめました。 タオル・歯ブラシ・使い捨てスリッパ・ドライヤー・電気ポット・コップ・テレビと必要な備品も揃っています。 チェックイン時にBF変換プラグも貸してくれます。 シャワートイレ一体型のバスルームで使うのにコツがいりますが、香港の標準的なホテルのバスルームです。熱いお湯も出て、シャワーの水圧も十分でした。 フロントスタッフの方は英語と日本語が通じ、早い時間のチェックインやチャックアウト後の荷物預かりにも対応してくれます。 またぜひ利用したいです。

地點方便，夠便宜，但只是賓館配置，不要期待有酒店式服務。房間整潔，但走廊有異味，另外當有其他客人嘈吵時，容易聽到，樓下車聲也容易聽到。順帶一提有酒店餐廳，越南餐廳值得一去。整體來講，可以一試。
