The hotel has renovations going on. Don’t pay for premium room if you need a work desk and want an interior that’s colour coordinated as it has a very ugly blue carpet. The sauna spa is very tired. Breakfast buffet very expensive. I’ve stayed here over 20 times but not going to again.

Great location, very close to waterfront and transport links. Hotel has great bones but is a bit tired in parts. Staff friendly and helpful with the exception of the pool attendants who spend entire time looking at phones not the pool and were completely obvious to a pool incident unfolding.

Excellent stay. Did exactly what it said on the lid, only one disappointment was we didn’t know about the pool being closed for R&M. Only minor thing and overall a wonderful stay and great location

Pool area nice, but closes at 6pm which some nights too early after a day site seeing. Pool bar also not operating. Overall a clean comfortable hotel on Nathan Rd close to transport, shopping etc.

Our family of four stayed here for 8 nights, and we had a lovely stay. The location is simply unbeatable with the MTR station and Star Ferry just steps away. Staff were friendly and the check-in staff (Alina) gave us a slightly larger room knowing that we had young children. The rooms were a bit dated, but were clean and still very much serviceable. I believe there are rooms that were more recently renovated. We never tried the restaurants at the hotel, but there are plenty of options within walking distance. The rooftop pool was nice, although the pool isn't heated and there is no hot tub. There is a self-serve laundromat within a few minutes walking distance to the hotel, which we took advantage. Overall a very enjoyable stay and will be back again!

We had a great stay overall. We got to check in early, the room was spacious and location of the hotel is excellent. Cleanliness can be improved especially since there was one day where it was obvious no vacuuming was done and trash and dirty spoon were left after room cleaning was done. The gym was also not regularly monitored and had to keep calling for them to replace the water in the water dispenser. We love the convenience of location so for this we will choose to stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and attended to daily. Special thanks to Xiaoxiang on the 6th floor who was so friendly, attentive and made sure our room was spotless every day! Staff generally were fab. Location is fantastic and rooms quiet despite being on a busy road.

Location of Holiday Inn Golden Mile was very convenient! The hotel is close by the Avenue of the Stars, close the K11, close to the Legoland Discovery Center, and is right across the MTR station. The staff was great. Our room attendant, Cathy, was great. She kept our beds clean and refreshed our room daily. The only negative thing about the hotel is that our bathroom had drain flies. The staff said it's because there was a recent rain and the humidity, there is a drain near the toilet on bathroom floor that does not get any running water, and thus these drain flies will come out. The staff did spray something in the drain and we covered it with a baby wipe, but the drain flies kept coming back. They didn't offer to change our rooms either. The stay would have been perfect if it weren't for the drain flies.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past two weeks, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean, the location is perfect, and the service has been outstanding throughout. Hotel is conveniently located, however is in need of some upgrades and upkeep. Room and specially the bathroom were not in good shape, mold stains in the ceiling, tub with grout peeling and with mold, doors peeling.

We stayed at 3 different Holiday Inns during our trip and this location was by far the most outdated. Furniture cabinet doors were broken or had lots of scuffs or dents, washroom ceiling was moldy and peeling, and at times ventilation was not good, there was an Smokey odour or it was humid even though we were in non-smoking room. I almost flipped when we read that there was a surcharge for using toothbrushes but luckily no charges were applied. No complimentary water and the pillows were flat with zero neck support. This hotel is in need of a renovation asap to match the finesse and style of the concierge lobby.

Hotel has a fantastic location and a great restaurant not to mention a bar with great atmosphere. Now my room was a great disappointment, it was so laud being just behind the elevator sharft at the top Floor. Almost imposaible to Sleep and work up really early. Left the hotel being very tired.

This Holiday Inn in Nathan Road has not been upgraded since my last visit in 2017. Flooring carpet in room needs replacement. Bathroom has been cheaply patched up and tired. Staff are unfriendly, lack hospitality. This was a great property, now no longer unfortunately.

Hotel is near shopping centres, mtr and restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and straight away they changed our room and asked if we need help with our suitcases. Breakfast food is really good and have lots of choices. I will come back to this hotel.

I love this hotel. Stayed many times in the past. Always exceptional staff and willing to help when needed. I forgot my phone in the cab, tired from my 20 hour travel day. They were able to locate the driver and had my phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Also got my room ready at 8:30 am. They went above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay in when coming to Hong Kong.

Location was great! Close to all the shopping and dining and Victoria harbor. The MTR is right next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was a busy hotel with lots of guest coming in and out all the time, you didn't have to wait for the elevator.

This hotel was easy to get to on the metro and only a couple of blocks from the waterfront and Star ferry. The rooms were a little dated but bedding and room size exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

In town for 5 night stay. It happened to be during the Chinese holidays when they had massive amount of visitors for the fireworks at Victoria harbor. We just watched it in front of hotel on nathan road. No worries about taking subways to get back to hotel afterwards. Can’t beat the location as it is in the middle of everything.

The hotel has renovations going on. Don’t pay for premium room if you need a work desk and want an interior that’s colour coordinated as it has a very ugly blue carpet. The sauna spa is very tired. Breakfast buffet very expensive. I’ve stayed here over 20 times but not going to again.

Hotel is near shopping centres, mtr and restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and straight away they changed our room and asked if we need help with our suitcases. Breakfast food is really good and have lots of choices. I will come back to this hotel.

The service, the location, and hotel staffs are the reason we stay here every time we visit HK. This was our third visit. However, the breakfast can be better. Even though we paid for the breakfast during our stay, we did not eat the breakfast at the hotel because of the quality of breakfast. Please improve the variety and quality, in particular, daily variety. We are so bored to eat the same food everyday.

I was traveling to Hong Kong for a work meeting and my customer recommended this hotel. I'm pleased that she did because this place was fantastic! Very clean and a great location. Across the way is the metro and a huge shopping mall with tons of restaurants. Its in a busier area, so there's lots of walkable places. The breakfast on site was pretty good. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Bottled water provided in the room as well as a small fridge, coffee, tea and a kettle for hot water.

Great location, wonderful buffet breakfast, serving staff excellent very friendly. Rooms spacious, could do with a bit of an upgrade (bathroom area) but very clean. Pool area nice, but closes at 6pm which some nights too early after a day site seeing. Pool bar also not operating. Overall a clean comfortable hotel on Nathan Rd close to transport, shopping etc.

The hotel is considerably old but amenities are still usable and the hotel is well located. The check in and out process were smooth too. However, I want to highlight the attitude of the guest room service staff could be better. We bought some roast meat back to the room and would like to heat it up. Called the reception and told us it’s chargeable at $25HKD. We were okay to pay and so we waited for a staff to come to the room to collect the food. When the staff came, he repeated that there’s a cost to heating service and i said we were aware. He then told us it’s $27.50HKD which was different from the price quoted by the reception but it was fine as I assumed it could be his service charge. Then he came back with our heated food and told us to pay on the spot. I found it weird as usually services are billed to the room during checkout. He even insinuated and seems to want us to use credit card instead and hinted that would be more convenient as he had brought the terminal with him. However as tourists, we just want to clear our cash sometimes so we paid cash and came back 3rd time to return my change. This staff was unfriendly/did not smile the whole time at all. Unlike some hotels elsewhere which is complimentary, we even paid for this heating service. The hotel should review their employees especially when they’re working in a hospitality industry. If they don’t like to serve, jolly well don’t face customers.
