The hotel was in good repair, my room was comfortable and the staff was nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of breakfast choices that incltided gluten free bread. There can be some loitering in the area but that's true of most urban areas. To ensure security neither the hotel front door now the elevator will function without a room key card. There are parking garages nearby you can use that cost less than the hotel's valet service but they don't offer in and out privileges

The rooftop was under construction and not available - this is what sold me with the pictures. I did not see it posted on Expedia where it was not open. Nice to have the microwave and mini kitchen area, but won’t book again honestly.

I stayed at the hotel for five days and it was perfect for a longer stay. The room is spacious and has almost a full kitchen and sitting area. The bathroom was also large and updated. There were plenty of options for breakfast everyday. The only issues was lack of hot water the first two days in the morning. One of the elevators also felt a little unstable.

This is the perfect hotel for a show at the Tabernacle. So close and *safe enough* to make the walk at night. The gentleman who checked us in was an absolute doll (I think his name was Tim!) So friendly and accommodating. He made sure my reservation was linked to my Hilton account, and I got my snacks. My ONLY complaint was that the rooftop deck was closed, which was a MAJOR reason I chose this hotel. We wanted to be able to dip out there for a smoke instead of standing on the street being accosted by the homeless, which happened almost every time we went out. If a part of the hotel is going to be closed, that's the kind of thing guests should be told ahead of time in order to make adjustments to expectations, if not accommodations. All things considered, and assuming the rooftop deck is open, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Our suite was SUPER nice.

The hotel itself is a really nice quality and the staff was really nice and helpful. I feel like there should be a heads up about the lack of parking accommodations and that $45/night for valet should be your expectation. We were on the 9th floor and the noises the elevators make were enough to make my whole group nervous. I really liked the room, it was spacious and comfortable. On the final morning we were cutting it close for the breakfast (it runs 6am-10am) and we showed up at 9:45 and it was all put away and the workers were wiping the counters. That was a little annoying.

The hotel itself is nice but it has honestly the worst valet service. Incredibly slow and the employees has no sense of urgency at all. Drove around the hotel 3 times because there was no one in valet to help and when he did show up, he just walked around avoiding his job. I will not be coming to this hotel ever again.

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived which was expected due to me arriving before the usual check in time. The room I was first put it looked very nasty! The second room I was put in looked way better. The showers need to be properly cleaned. The shower floor looked gray! Overall customer service was great!

Sunday night we arrive. Place looked cleaned. I walked with mt sicks they where dirty. The bed skurt looked dirty, i get they dont get changed daily but atleast they should be moved to remove crumbs dust. That night we used the bathroom its seemed vacked up. We left them know tuesday morning enginerrs came byt they left toulet dirty. We asked that toilet be cleaned and garbage be taken out, none of the requests where taken in consideration, they told us cleaning happens every other day. Staff was pkeasent but they need better cleaning service. This could have been a perfect stay

The room was half cleaned. Pillow case n sheets were still dirty, the sink was properly cleaned/rinsed out. The fridge was dirty. The floor was very dirty. When checking-in the man at the front desk gave false information regarding parking. Then charging $200 security incidental fee for a room is ridiculous especially if the room was dirty upon arrival.

Rooms are a bit dated but large and have a kitchenette. The floor in our room was not clean. Comfortable beds. There is a paid parking garage right across the hotel which is very convenient.

Our room was not ready when we checked in at night! They were overbooked! When we finally got our room, the sheets from the sofa bed were dirty!!! The space was over all not as clean as it was supposed to be and there was a definite odor all over the hotel!

My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was extremely helpful, but it took a little longer to check in because only one person was working at the time. The room was clean, & had an extremely nice kitchenette with a full size microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, & dishes/utensils. There is also a small 2-cup coffee maker in the room. The desk chair had an armrest that was desperate need of repair, & the bathroom door would not latch (it only closed). The staff asked if we wanted to be moved to another room, but we said "no, we only wanted them to be aware of the needs for repair". Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful! The ladies tending the facility are extremely welcoming & helpful. There are several options for breakfast. This hotel is also located in easy walking distance to several restaurants, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, & Coca Cola Museum. The only downside is the lack of maid service. They only service the room every other day. When the maid came, she only changed out towels & gave us more packets of coffee. The bed was NOT made. The trash was NOT taken out, & the dishes were still in the sink, dirty.

probably one of my worst stays ever! air conditioner kept shutting of during the night got up 3 times to turn back on 76 degrees all night zero sleep! housekeeping knocked at 8:00. coffee maker was missing pod insert so no coffee got downstairs to coffee and got last half cup from dispenser so I just wanted to leave so notified valet ($50) at 8:36, at 8:56 received notification no valets were available try again in 10 minutes finally got my car at 9:09. never again !!!

Great location to the College Football Nation Championship but the room was super small and we had a view of a brick wall. For 1,000 a night I guess I expected more. Service was great and room was clean….just super small. And HOT. We couldn’t get the temperature to regulate, it was a sauna in there. But I guess I would stay again if I had a function to go to, everything was within walking distance so that was nice. Staff was super friendly.

The place was nice and I enjoyed the breakfast they had. The room was nice and clean. I liked that they had a normal size fridge vs just a mini fridge. My only complaint was that I did not like the barn door for the bathroom. There is about a 1 inch gap so you don’t have much privacy if you are sharing a room with someone else.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Hilton properties at this level (Hampton, Home 2, Tru) and this one was really surprisingly bad. The room smelled strongly of bleach, which I appreciate meant it was clean, but when your shoes are sliding in the residue, it’s a bit much. Unfortunately our room was relatively close to the elevators, one of which made screeching noises all night long and kept waking us. The same elevator had a panel dangling off the wall when we used it, which was later removed. I’ve stayed in a lot of Hilton properties at this level (Hampton, Home 2, Tru) and this one was really surprisingly bad. The room smelled strongly of bleach, which I appreciate meant it was clean, but when your shoes are sliding in the residue, it’s a bit much. Unfortunately our room was relatively close to the elevators, one of which made screeching noises all night long and kept waking us. The same elevator had a panel dangling off the wall when we used it, which was later removed. We couldnt stay in our room more than an hour, the air conditioner would not cool the room down below 74, and that was miserable in our room, so i dont even know if it even worked at all, we left at midnight and drove all the way back to NC, would not recommend at all

We were there for a race this weekend and it’s really hard to sleep because you could hear anything from the rooms. Also parking… we appreciated the valet! But it would have been nice to have something with a parking garage nearby… we had to pay $100 for parking for 2 nights. This was no way the hotel’s fault but there was an event going on up until 4am and loud music until 4am… the race started at 730am … we were exhausted:(

Room was okay. Bathroom and shower was the main concern. The shower was made to where the water pooled heavily while the water was on and never fully drained. Screws at the bottom of shower were rusty and moldy, leaving stains all in the shower. Bathroom overall did not feel sanitary for that reason. We came for the grand national tour, so we were walking distance from the Mercedes-Benz stadium which is a plus. Parking is going to be high either way. Valet here is $45 a day and the parking garage we used was $40 for overnight parking.

Rude staff, I had to call the customer representative to intervene, and still did not get the fan to supplement the air conditioner that was not working. I had never stayed at a hotel where the front desk asked me to come to the office to sign for a fan, “ A BEHAVIORS YOU WILL SEE IN A MOTEL INN”, which was later brought to my room by the night staff. He was the only reasonable staff member willing to keep me comfortable from the frustration of the non-working air conditioning. I could not believe the morning staff hung up the phone on me. The day shift staff are suffering from cognitive and anxiety disorders due to their behaviors. What a fool they were for the two nights I stayed at the hotel. Upon arrival at the property the valet stated he could not park my car because valet parking was full and told me to park across the street which cost forty dollars. I then entered the property and saw a lobby full of people sitting around on their phones. After approaching the front desk, I understood what everyone was doing. The desk staff rudely said any reservations made that day has been cancelled and offered no further assistance or apology. They refused to assist in finding a new hotel for me to stay in even though they knew almost every hotel in the area was booked. They hung up on the lady from Orbitz who tried to call them to see what she could do to help me. Rudest people I have encountered in quite some time! They cancelled my reservation along with dozens of other people because they overbooked. You don’t overbook that many people! That is a scam! I will continue to complain and reach out to people in management and higher up until I have been compensated.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Valets were fantastic and quick! A big shout-out to Trey and Jordan for taking great care of us while we were there. Sonya in the kitchen was so sweet and kept the breakfast area clean and stocked.

Immediately upon arriving, we faced our main issue with this hotel: Even though our stay was prepaid through Expedia, the person at the front desk told us that they "were sold out of the type of rooms we paid for". (We prepaid for a two-queen-bed type of room. We were asked if we could accept a 1-queen-bed and a Sofa-bed room, and to make up for their mistake, they would waive the safety-deposit / holding charge on our card. When he was finishing the check-in process and was providing us our key cards, I got an alert that a charge was made to my debit card. It was their standard holding charge for a safety-deposit, USD 90/night, for 2 nights = $180. My particular bank does not release a holding charge from any hotel until after 30 days from the date the holding charge is made. Gigantic inconvenience. The hotel employee even called "a manager", to try and fix it, but could never do it. It was upsetting how incompetently we were checked-in and consequently, monetarily affected by this mistake. Don't think I'll stay there again. Other than that, the hotel is great, excellent location, two blocks from Centennial Park, State Farm Arena, and the Georgia Aquarium and Coca-Cola Museum. Excellent breakfast quality and superior service by the kitchen staff.

Really convenient to walk to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was my main concern. Shout out to the front desk, specifically Tee, who not only gave me an early check in when my flight arrived at 10am, but also gave me a very late check out, since I needed time to recover from my concert, but also had a later flight and had a long day ahead. My only negative experience was with the bedding, as there wasn’t a real duvet cover, and only a thin sheet to cover the duvet, but it was also a very hot night and I didn’t want to sleep with the full duvet. Bring back real duvet covers and flat sheets!

In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such friendly accommodating staff as the ones at Home2 Suites in downtown Atlanta. They all had smiles every time I saw them. Trey asked a few times if there was anything that they could do to make my stay the best ever. Miss Zelda made sure the breakfast was hot and that your cup was filled at all times. This place is super warm and inviting and the staff made it top notch. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice but it has honestly the worst valet service. Incredibly slow and the employees has no sense of urgency at all. Drove around the hotel 3 times because there was no one in valet to help and when he did show up, he just walked around avoiding his job. I will not be coming to this hotel ever again.

The hotel was in good repair, my room was comfortable and the staff was nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of breakfast choices that incltided gluten free bread. There can be some loitering in the area but that's true of most urban areas. To ensure security neither the hotel front door now the elevator will function without a room key card. There are parking garages nearby you can use that cost less than the hotel's valet service but they don't offer in and out privileges

The hotel itself was fine, breakfast was good. but the area it was in downtown was uncomfortable to be in, didn’t feel safe at night or walking, parking was also VERY expensive, loud music was blaring outside from a car for about two hours on my second night there.

My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was extremely helpful, but it took a little longer to check in because only one person was working at the time. The room was clean, & had an extremely nice kitchenette with a full size microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, & dishes/utensils. There is also a small 2-cup coffee maker in the room. The desk chair had an armrest that was desperate need of repair, & the bathroom door would not latch (it only closed). The staff asked if we wanted to be moved to another room, but we said "no, we only wanted them to be aware of the needs for repair". Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful! The ladies tending the facility are extremely welcoming & helpful. There are several options for breakfast. This hotel is also located in easy walking distance to several restaurants, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, & Coca Cola Museum. The only downside is the lack of maid service. They only service the room every other day. When the maid came, she only changed out towels & gave us more packets of coffee. The bed was NOT made. The trash was NOT taken out, & the dishes were still in the sink, dirty.

The hotel is in walking distance of almost everything. The only time we had to drive was to the Zoo. If you haven’t read the fine print- you do have to pay for overnight parking but honestly it’s worth it. The hotel breakfast was good, clean, and staff were amazing. They all went above and beyond during our stay.

I feel like there should be a heads up about the lack of parking accommodations and that $45/night for valet should be your expectation. We were on the 9th floor and the noises the elevators make were enough to make my whole group nervous. I really liked the room, it was spacious and comfortable. On the final morning we were cutting it close for the breakfast (it runs 6am-10am) and we showed up at 9:45 and it was all put away and the workers were wiping the counters. That was a little annoying.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and very well kept. Staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. We brought our dog and the only time we knew there was another dog next door was when we ran into them in the hall. Parking in ATL sucks, but they have valet. We missed that detail and had already parked but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

One of the best stays I have had.. best staff they were helpful in every way I highly recommend this hotel it’s close to everything you can walk, staff was so kind gave us suggestions which helped us navigate what to do,to where to eat. Security was great! Roof top view was beautiful We were traveling with a service dog they where having a test with their fire sirens and they made sure we got out of the building before this happened so it didn’t scare her or send her into protection mode this place is great!! We will be back to stay
