Everything was wonderful. The only thing that I wish they would have is a slip mat inside the bathtub. It’s very slippery and it has no handles to hold onto very dangerous situation. Other than that it was excellent choice.

The room smelled like dog. Our tv didn’t work properly. No one made up our room the next day. We had to ask for clean towels. Would not give this place a high rating.

You get precisely what you would expect from the "Holiday Inn Express" experience here. This stay was interesting in that there were three wedding parties at the property on a Friday night. I am not a frequent HIE customer. This location was closest to my Friday night destination, City Winery Hudson Valley, which is why I booked the room. Because of my last-minute booking and the hotel's sold-out status, the cost didn't match the value. That said, it IS summertime in the Hudson Valley.

Management was awful, housekeeping needs training. The filth I saw was built up. You can’t just clean the surface this is a hotel and it has never been cleaned in detail. If you deep clean once it will never look like the build up I saw. If employees saw this as if they were a paying patron and they would stay her with there family and pay $$$ then they have no business working in there field. If management doesn’t spot check and ask for better work then they have no business in management. Management doesn’t not take pride in the place they work then they are not doing there job to the fullest.there are stains on furniture you can not tell me they could not see this mess. Plastic ware for breakfast set so all hands touch everything. Not pride in there set up. The fancy coffee machine dispenser only gives 1/2 a cup and if you do it twice then you have to pour out a bit just to add creamer. It is like nobody think of details. My recommendation is stay away from this filthy hotel.
