The elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. We had to go through are luggage in the trunk and bring in just a few things to get us by. The doors nearest to our room and car were broken. We were given a room that was already occupied. Was quite a shock when we walked in. Pool and hot tub out of service. Floors felt like they were caving in. Couldn’t even shut the bathroom door because they were so uneven. Ants all in our room and bed. Very dirty. Overall just a bad experience

1 night stay. The place was clean and well kept. The family enjoyed the breakfast. Room and hotel were nothing fancy but served its purpose. The elevator broke the morning of check out so up and down 3 flights of stairs sucked, but stuff happens.

Check-in staff rude. Fitness center closed with windows covered. Breakfast fairly minimal. Indoor pool unheated. Whirlpool fabulous and beds comfortable. Why no mini coffee maker in room is a mystery since room was actually spacious and updated.

We walked in and the family in the lobby said they were waiting on a new room or the room to be cleaned because "it smelled like poop". Then another guy walked over and said the elevator didn't work. During this time we also found out that the pool was down all day(ended up being into the next day) because of sanitary issues. The overall location looked disgusting and I'm just glad they weren't surprised when I cancelled right when I walked up.

Was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioner did not work right, the tile on the floor in bathroom were loose. The equipment in the fitness center did not function and the night attendant was rude and unresponsive.

Extra $1.50 fee at hotel when booking with Expedia, haven’t encountered that before but whatever that’s okay. Music blasting (no exaggeration) from 10pm til 12:30 then 3:30am till 5. Wasn’t interested in getting in a conflict with next door neighbours. I’d imagine there were several complaints. Breakfast was the best part. Pool itself looked ok, lots of discolouration or mold at the corners of the walls and floor, no towels available. Seemed like very high levels of chlorine, didn’t feel safe. Beds were comfortable and clean. Microwave was covered in greasy handprints. Gym was unavailable. I’m not a picky person, I’ve stayed at many motels and hotels but this is one I’ll always remember. I’d suggest booking else where. Front desk worker must do 24 hours shifts, I think more hands on deck could bring this place back to life..maybe? Who am I to say. Thanks for reading.

Traffic is terrible around the area (not the hotels fault). Hallways, elevator, and room stunk like weed. You could hear everything from the hallway like conversations from inside rooms. It seemed more like a halfway house. Showed up to check in and the worker just sat in the office for 5 minutes (I could see the cameras). Floors were disgusting in room. Furniture and bedding were covered in stains and loose trash. I love Red Roof Inns, but not this one. Terrible decision to stay here.

First off we booked through a 3rd party. They charged us once we got there an extra $1 bc we used a 3rd party. Yet the rates were the exact same. The room was dirty. Blood on floor, mold on tub, dirt, food on end table. Tv service horrible. Never worked. Noise very loud all night. Waffles were the only good thing.

The bed was one of the most comfortable that I've ever slept on. Even better than the one that I have at home. TV worked great. Nice bath with plenty of towels. I like the fact that you could get a cup of coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

Very, clean, cozy, Modern decor,restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. My room was very nice, but small .My cell phone had terrible reception, even when I turned WiFi on. I guess it was because my room was located on the 1'st floor near the back of the building near the laundry room.My phone worked fine in the rest of the hotel. They hotel also serve hot breakfast in the morning. Overall my stay was good.

I payed online to make it as smooth as possible. When I checked in staff said I had to pay 1.50 so I asked why because my receipt said paid in full she couldn’t tell me why except it’s there policy. The 1.50 wasn’t a problem I just wanted to know why and couldn’t get an answer so when I paid it I asked for a receipt and the all of a sudden she said she’s going to tell her boss to refund it back to my card. Shady!!!

Check in young man has AirPods in and on his phone. Could hardly understand him. Then he tells me there is a $1.50 charge because I booked using a third party. Head up to room With wife and kids. Smells like pot. Pizza delivery man is it, Tough area as well. Just left and drove 6 more hours just to get home. Don’t stay here!

I ended up not staying at this hotel because I felt afraid in the parking lot before I even got out of my car. Strange people in the parking lot. One lady almost fell into my car. I did not stay. This Inn was not in a good part of town.

This is a great place to stay while traveling North or South on 95 when you need to sleep. Clean with many restaurants close by too. It’s kinda far away from places of interest in Savannah which was my main reason for this trip.

The room was ok- updated but microwave and mirrors was dirty and dust on furniture. Bathroom smelled of mold and room had funny smell. Ice machine didn’t work so had to go upstairs and use that one. Carpet and elevator were so old and dirty. Could hear every single step of the people above us- so annoying. Staff was very friendly though. Right off 95 so very convenient- close to everything- 20 minutes away from historic savannah.

It wasn’t fancy and it wasn’t ritzy, but it was great for a quick three night stay for my Mother’s 85th Birthday weekend & party. We didn’t stay in the room much, we were mainly out with family but it was comfortable, the beds were soft but had a firmness to them and it was pet-friendly which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was minimal, biscuits, eggs and sausage gravy along with cereals & toast. We didn’t eat there but once, but it was the same menu each morning. It would’ve been nice to have some bacon or sausage to change it up.

Had booked for 3 nights. Bathroom floor was dirty, even after complaining the first night they still didn't clean it very good. Fridge seemed old, noisy, very wobbly and scratched up. The worse/cheapest TV controller I've ever used. When I complained to the manager about not being able to take some toast up to my room (my wife had a bad nights sleep and couldn't make it for the 9am deadline) the lady just said that's the rules. She was very nice though. Although you can bring food in to cook in the microwave... Walls are not very well soundproofed. Constant banging of doors that don't have proper dampening. Sorry but we wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms was really nice the beds comfortable. The only thing I did not like is that they stop serving breakfast at 9 and when I went down there close to 10 and asked for some milk because there was cereal left she refused to give me any and was very rude about it.

I feel like I was scammed. I received a call from the hotel stating that they will have to charge me for make up being on the sheet. they told me it wouldn’t come out so when I return back to the hotel, I went to the front desk actually to look at the sheet, not only was it not that much make up they didn’t even attempt to wash it so I said y’all didn’t even wash it. I was told because they already know it’s not coming out. So I said I do not understand if y’all didn’t attempt to wash it and every make up is different. They could not even explain it to me I really did not wanna go back-and-forth. So I just started going through the process of paying my fee when I was told I only could paid in cash that did not make any sense to me ask why I could not be paid with card I was told as the hotel policy, but it’s OK for me to pay for my booking with card. So I asked for receipt and it was hesitation on me getting a receipt also it was dirt stains on the wall. Shower curtain was dirty. my stay was not refundable so I really wanted to leave, but I could not. I was gonna lose out on all the money I put in. And they serve breakfast, but you cannot take it up to your room. You have no choice, but to eat it In the lobby/Dining area

1 person at desk- unfriendly, strict in rules of place. Breakfast empty for awhile, very limited with food. they had problems with people taking food back to room & waste. Room very clean, quiet. Stairwell floor-spilled sticky mess on floor.

The hotel was a little run down. Our room was spacious but the subfloor was uneven all over over the place. The tile in the bathroom was cracking. The king bed was comfortable though. We did get put in the wrong room than what we paid for. So what we thought we were getting, we didn't get. The hot tub wasn't working. The pool was decent. The check in guy was friendly. The guy who was doing some cleaning was friendly as well. Overall was a decent one night stay.

The breakfast was poor—just juice, bad coffee, waffles, and poorly made scrambled eggs. Hotel staff allowed homeless people into the breakfast area; basically, anyone from outside could walk in and eat. The water in the pool and jacuzzi was freezing cold, whereas on my previous visit, it had been warm. There was a very strong smell of mold in the room and the hallway. They really need to replace the carpets; they smell terrible. It’s sad that the place isn't being maintained.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at a red roof Inn. My husband has used them before for town business trips .He said it was the cleanest one he’s ever stayed in . The room was clean except for the ice bucket and when we first got there, the room had a musky smell, but went away after we turned the air conditioner on. The young lady at the front desk was really helpful and polite. we did not partake in the breakfast since we were not allowed to bring it back to our room.
