Petropoulakis Tower is set in a restored centuries-old tower house, which stands on top of a hill. With commanding views of Lakonikos Gulf and Mount Parnon and Mount Taygetos, the family-run guest house features an outdoor pool. Only 2.2 mi from Gythion, Petropoulakis Tower serves as a perfect base from which to explore Manis coastal villages, pristine beaches and towers. Petropoulakis Tower rooms feature wooden beamed roofs and bright-colored walls. Each is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and has a mini-bar, safe and satellite TV. Balconies offer views over olive groves, forests, mountains and sea. Hearty breakfast and dinner are prepared with homegrown, organic ingredients. There is a traditional organic food store on site. Guests can learn how to make olive-oil soap, prepare traditional spoon-sweets and bake bread in an original wood-fired oven. A TV lounge, and caf bar with fireplace are available to guests. A furnished terrace can be used during warm weather. This exceeded ALL expectations! A must stay. The owners are not only attentive but also wonderful, friendly people. Food was unparalleled and the rooms very well appointed.

L'hotel est bien soigné, avec une vue dégagée sur la nature environnante au niveaux restauration et piscine, l'endroit est calme est paisible. Petit déjeuner copieux, produits locaux. L'extrême gentillesse du personnel (mention spéciale à Erita).un endroit idyllique

If you're under the age of 40 stay somewhere down the road in the main town of Gytheio!! My boyfriend and I (age 30 and 29) felt way too young and energetic for this sleepy hotel. Upon arrival, there were two stains on the outdated, cheap hotel which is not up to standard for a hotel listed as 4 stars. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They used our balcony as a storage unit for towels and sheets which we found rude. Although we booked the cheapest room, this is not acceptable. Misleading to say free Wi-Fi because it doesn't work in the rooms just the outdoor space by the pool. Pool closes at 7 pm. Breakfast is buffet style with (cold eggs) and other items served to you by the owner himself which we found odd. I wouldn't say the owner is as rude as everyone else's reviews but he gives you a vibe that he's doing you a great service by allowing you to stay there and is not hospitable at all (and I don't think it's a language barrier but a personality flaw) my advice is to stay somewhere in the lovely town 10 minutes down the road of Gyhteio!!

Excellent - beautiful room- clean , spotless Alexandra at breakfast - fantastic But owner - Inn keeper should change his way on customer service , no acknowledgement what so ever , not even a thank you No class , very unfortunate and disappointing Looked fed up and disinterested Simply sad
