Our family and friends fell in loved with the apartment, pool and location. Near the see in a perfect place to snorkel with childs or alone. The views across the bay are wonderful. The pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip,and the kids really enjoyed it a lot. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable beds, clean towels for beach, pool, shower... plenty of space for our family and air conditioning during the hot nights. Owner and their wonderful parents made our stay extra special with a delicius food and wine on our arrival as well as bottled water in the fridge and a fruit bowl.They looked after us exceptionally well, making us feel right at home. Lixouri is a walk or short drive away so you can choose for eating out in local restaurants or do it yourself in Villa Ostria enjoying in the garden, the wonderful location and facilities. We cross the fingers to be lucky and could come back in a near future

Was exactly as displayed. Lovely people, would recommend anyone to stay there. Would love to return!

It was a great little apartment. Perfect location with huge outdoor area perfect for kids with swing and hammock. The pool was nice witha great view. It has 3 rooms one doesnt have a/c but not an issue. The washrooms are small. The staff does daily clean up. The wifi works great. Great hospitality with water and beer in the fridge and some fresh fruit on the table. I would say this place is good for 6 peoples.

Flat with beach access and 3 mins to lovely, peaceful Lepaldi beach. Sand, snorkelling. Clear water. Easy access to lixouri. Great hosting, plenty of towels, daily cleaning, helpful advice. We were 5 and the apartment felt fine. Would have been cramped for 7. Living area not huge. Comfy beds. Hot shower. Lovely pool. Sun loungers. Seating areas in shade. Really beautiful view of sea and mountains from balcony. Lovely week enjoyed by all. Thank you Spyros and family.
