Great staff, happy to help with any needs and reccomendations. perfect location for downtown and the university. The only concern (as noted by others), the walls are painfully thin meaning you can hear everything your neighbour does, and they you! Good breakfast included, safe parking, would stay again with earplugs

Easy walk to Uptown Athens. Happy that it is a dog friendly property. There are east walks to safely walk my dog.

The staff is so nice and the rooms were super clean.

My sheets were yellow, and the top sheet was torn. There was coffee left in the coffee pot. On the pull out there was food on it and a green lighter. It is probably still there didn’t pick it up. There is no security. It was very expensive for all of this. The bananas on the breakfast thing were black, the creamer curdled in my coffee. We were in Room 215 for a college visit. I wish I would have stayed at the university hotel.

Smart tv didn’t work with thete internet. Informed 2 diffrenr staff members and nothing was done. Had to use our phone to hotspot to tv. Booked a premium deluxe room and room was a regular room. Mold in shower.

First thing I noticed when using the bathroom was long dark hair wrapped around f the vitrine of the shower door. At the same time my daughter was turning down the bed to find it looked like it had been slept in, stained sheets, and lots of hair. I called the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room. She said the hotel was full and offered to bring clean sheets, which she did within a matter of minutes. The sheets she brought were Watt in a ball, she started to help me put them on, and I told her she could go, and as soon as she left, we noticed that the new sheets also had stains on them. By this time, it’s after one in the morning, we needed to be up at 6 AM so we decided to just sleep with our clothes on. It was very hard to sleep because the walls are so thin in this hotel you could literally hear every car at the intersection, especially the loud trucks accelerating when the light turned green. Our refrigerator was very noisy, the lack of carpeting or area rugs made for hearing every footsteps in the rooms around us. When I went to take my medicine and fill the clear plastic cup, the water was literally brown. Very disappointing stay which got us off to a rough start for our college visit. I would not stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel. Bed and pillows are comfort but holds heat.

Really enjoyed my time here. Customer service was excellent. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It wasn’t too noisy, and they gave complimentary water and sodas in the room, which was convenient.

Love how close it is to Court St but we visited in the summer. I can imagine it would get pretty noisy during the school year. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything the people were saying in the room next door. Breakfast was nice and the complimentary drinks in the room were appreciated.

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you so it's hard to sleep if your neighbors come back to their room after you are asleep because you hear them, their conversations and their televisions.

The suite was spacious. Loved the shower. Perfect location for walking uptown or to campus. The staff were nice and helpful. The beds weren’t super comfortable and the in- room a/c was noisy. Blankets on beds were scratchy. Overall good room, though.

The room was ideal. Large. Clean. Great bath with a multifunction shower. However, all of the lights are 6000k LEDs which is fine if you're shopping, but atrocious in a bedroom. There was no escape. I wound up turning everything off and using ambient light from Athens. Fix that and you'll have an ideal spot.

The room was nice, comfortable bed, nice showers. Liked the hotel in general but our room was directly next to the breakfast area. At 4 am both mornings we were wakened to slamming cabinets, coffee making and many additional noises. Our room #205 was also right next to the street and apparently they failed to use sound deadening glass as we heard every can and truck all night long. Just don’t get a room on the street side of the building or next to the breakfast srea!

No Wi-Fi, we paid good money for the stay and cannot use any of the things they offer

Most everything was great! Few weird things... One Pepsi and one water (both complimentary) were already opened. The air conditioning units were SUPER loud, like sounded broken. The automatic lights in the bathroom were super problematic when showering.

Great stay. Provided free cans of pop and water in room. Had to request additional towels, but promptly brought them to the room. Front desk very helpful and friendly.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite on 1/28 for the weekend of 3/4. Called 5 days prior to confirm the suite (me and another Dad were coming down for the last time before out kids graduation). Confirmation that the room was good. Got their Saturday and both 2 bedroom suites were taken and they had me down for a 1 bedroom. I said that would not work because of the other Dad. They had one other room available and I asked for it to be discounted so that my cost would be inline with the original room. It cost me significantly more than the orignal 2 bedroom suite. They are more concerned with $$$ than customer service and making things right. Fair warning.

Friendly helpful staff!

The staff at this property was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a ten month old baby with me and struggled to get luggage and baby items up to the room. The staff helped me upon check in and check out to get items to the room and back to the car. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent location to stay if you are visiting Ohio University. The staff is fantastic and they do their best to accommodate the needs of guests.

The hotel itself was great, but there was a lot of street noise so it was difficult to sleep. Easy walk to Court Street, comfy beds, adequate breakfast.

Really cute little boutique hotel in the middle of Athens, very near Ohio University. It was a Friday night and college kids were out having fun, so it was a little noisy late at night. Otherwise, it's a great little property. Only disappointment was in the breakfast but then most hotel breakfasts aren't great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There’s also free complimentary breakfast from 6-10am. Good location near everywhere. Unfortunately the room isn’t sound proof so you can hear everything especially when you’re still sleeping in the morning, be prepared to wake up early because of it.

It was very clean ! There were two of us The complimentary breakfast they left in the frig was 1 yogurt , I juice, a sm fruit cup and a tiny muffin . The complimentary soda was nice. Maybe have an ability to charge the phone on each side of the bed.

The staff are very friendly. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast did include eggs and breakfast meat, but there is nothing of note for breakfast as space is limited. The biggest drawback was souns coming from the adjoining room. I could here the couple's conversation quite clearly, and the noise from raising and lowering the blinds. Even with that, i would consider staying here again if im spending time in the area. It is close to a number of restaurants and bars that appear to be accommodating to the college students.

This property was a 5 star in every respect. The front desk was very professional and made a great dinner recommendation. The location was close to campus town but still quiet. The room was clean and we enjoyed the updated decor. The hot breakfast had a nice variety and was very good. We would definitely stay at this location again.
