Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Strand, ideal zum Entspannen. Auch das Essen war recht gut. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Die Sanitäranlagen wirken veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt zwar einen Parkplatz, aber dieser kostet 10 € pro Nacht, bei dem Hotelpreis nicht angemessen. Insgesamt okay, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Ik zou maar 3 sterren geven Sommige delen van gebouw mag wel vernieuwd worden en aan het zwembad lig je heel dicht bij elkaar en de jacuzzi was meer kapot dan dat je ervan kon genieten.

Gostei das dependências do hotel, da comida, da limpeza, o chuveiro era fraco e tive um incidente que me causou um baita transtorno, meu carro foi rebocado de uma área privada do hotel, em nenhum momento fui informada que não poderia estacionar e poderiam anunciado através das caixas de som de entretenimento para comunicar o inconveniente, mas não foi feito

Nice budget hotel which has been freshly decorated recently. Food buffet is decent and closeness to back is great. My only gripe, which means I won’t be returning, is the outside space is so small that people are packed in like sardines when sunbathing. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. We ended paying to upgrade to Royal Elite as there’s a separate area to sunbath but even that is fairly packed. If you like space when relaxing, my advice is find another place. If it doesn’t bother you, then this place is great for a budget stay.

Un séjour agréable personnel disponible et sympathique Nous avons profités de la plage à proximités laissant la très petite piscine et transats aux autre pensionnaires Nous étions en tout inclus et avons pris plaisir à déguster des repas varies Par contre après le diner le salon est très très bruyant impossible d'avoir un discussion avec nos amies Micro ,musique animation à revoir Après 7 jours nous partons satisfait Et nous tenons à signaler l'entretien et la propreté exemplaire de la globalités de la structure

Wir waren zu viert im Hotel und hatten All In. Das Hotel liegt traumhaft schön direkt an der Bucht und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Die Liegen um den Pool sind sehr dicht gestellt, da der Platz dort einfach begrenzt ist. Die Getränke waren ganz gut, die Cocktails waren leider nicht so gut. Das Essen war gut, es gab immer viel Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sauber, leider riecht es aus dem Badezimmer (Abfluss) unangenehm. Jedes mal wenn wir ins Zimmer kamen, stieg uns der Geruch in die Nase. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut und für Kurztrips zu empfehlen.

Struttura ben curata con personale gentile e professionale. Mare bellissimo a pochi passi dall'hotel, ma con spiaggia pubblica con lettini e ombrellone a pagamento (24 € al giorno per 2 lettini + un ombrellone). Ristorante con cibo vario e di buona qualità. Animatori molto bravi e non troppo insistenti. Spettacoli serali molto belli. Fermata autobus a 300 metri per andare a Ibiza in circa 45 minuti a 3,10 € a persona. Ottima vacanza!!!!!

Hotel in a great location and all staff were lovely. Good size rooms and good choice of food in the restaurant. Pool area was a little bit cramped for the number of hotel guests, wasn't much of a problem for us as the hotel was right on the beach.

This was my second stay at a Sandos hotel with the other one being in Lanzarote, both were excellent. Great location in the cove with a nice clean sandy beach. Hotel was clean with the service being good. Only watch out is quite a few steps to the pool and beach. Big shout out to Danny who is part of the entertainment team.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! DONT LEAVE STUFF IN LUGGAGE ROOM! Two pairs of my shoes were stolen from there and the staff didn’t help to find it, didn’t seem to care, and I suspect they were the ones who took it. They have no security for the luggage room when so many valuables are left there. The food here is disgusting and place is overall gross. Adults only place but there’s a 11pm bedtime in Ibiza. Joke of a place. 0/10. Stay anywhere else. You will find better for a better price. Ew I’m honestly disgusted.

Nous rentrons d'un sejour de 10 jours à l'hotel Sendos El Greco en formule tout inclus elite. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au calme dans un cadre preservé et plus nature que le sud de l'ile d'Ibiza. Le personnel est au top avec une nourriture variée. Je conseille tout de meme le tout inclus royal elite avec vie sur mer. Ce pack permet d'avoir acces à des espaces reservés notamment pour les transats et un bar reservé. Dans cette formule, vous avec acces à l'ensemble des marques internationales. Un vrai plus par rapport au tout inclus classique de l'hotel. Pour les chambres, nous sommes sur une qualité standard mais propre. Enfin si vous avec un vehicule de location, il y a tres peu de place de parking à l'hotel mais ils donnent acces à un parking à 100 metres moyennant une caution de 5 euros pour la clé. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour.

Nice budget hotel which has been freshly decorated recently. Food buffet is decent and closeness to back is great. My only gripe, which means I won’t be returning, is the outside space is so small that people are packed in like sardines when sunbathing. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. We ended paying to upgrade to Royal Elite as there’s a separate area to sunbath but even that is fairly packed. If you like space when relaxing, my advice is find another place. If it doesn’t bother you, then this place is great for a budget stay.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! DONT LEAVE STUFF IN LUGGAGE ROOM! Two pairs of my shoes were stolen from there and the staff didn’t help to find it, didn’t seem to care, and I suspect they were the ones who took it. They have no security for the luggage room when so many valuables are left there. The food here is disgusting and place is overall gross. Adults only place but there’s a 11pm bedtime in Ibiza. Joke of a place. 0/10. Stay anywhere else. You will find better for a better price. Ew I’m honestly disgusted.

Hotel in a great location and all staff were lovely. Good size rooms and good choice of food in the restaurant. Pool area was a little bit cramped for the number of hotel guests, wasn't much of a problem for us as the hotel was right on the beach.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The food was really good. The wi-fi in the rooms could be hit and miss. Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nous rentrons d'un sejour de 10 jours à l'hotel Sendos El Greco en formule tout inclus elite. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au calme dans un cadre preservé et plus nature que le sud de l'ile d'Ibiza. Le personnel est au top avec une nourriture variée. Je conseille tout de meme le tout inclus royal elite avec vie sur mer. Ce pack permet d'avoir acces à des espaces reservés notamment pour les transats et un bar reservé. Dans cette formule, vous avec acces à l'ensemble des marques internationales. Un vrai plus par rapport au tout inclus classique de l'hotel. Pour les chambres, nous sommes sur une qualité standard mais propre. Enfin si vous avec un vehicule de location, il y a tres peu de place de parking à l'hotel mais ils donnent acces à un parking à 100 metres moyennant une caution de 5 euros pour la clé. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour.

I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .

Avevamo prenotato una stanza vista mare con trattamento Royal Élite per una settimana, chiedendo, prima di arrivare, la cortesia di avere la stessa dello scorso anno o una nelle vicinanze… ci viene data una stanza nel corridoio opposto, a un piano diverso, vista mare parziale perché, mettendosi al centro della stanza, per metà era vista muro!! Abbiamo fatto richiesta alla reception di cambiare stanza per 3 volte, ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero chiamato nel pomeriggio per cambiare… dopo una settimana siamo partiti e stiamo ancora aspettando la chiamata! Altro aspetto negativo le pulizie per i corridoi vengono fatte utilizzando aceto quindi l’odore che si sente passando al caldo, in quanto nei corridoi non c’è aria condizionata, è alquanto sgradevole. Buono il ristorante, ma meno degli altri anni, i bar e molto bella la baia ma vista la scarsa attenzione riservata a chi, come noi, è ospite per la quarta volta in 5 anni, ci rifletteremo bene prima di tornarci, per quel prezzo ci sono tante valide alternative.

It was terrible. I am so disappointed about it, I don’t recommend it to young people especially. The only only good thing was the Chef Cheikh and Mister Saleck that made our trip better by taking good care of us by their professionalism and their welcoming attitude. The other staffs were rude and not friendly. The room that we had was terrible extremely small (not like the pictures) but it was cleaned regularly. The room really shocked us. The place of the hotel is really far from everything we had to rent a car because we didnt wan’t to stay too much at the hotel because it’s too small and we were not comfortable from the looks of other clients : since we were young and different than the other clients (we were not white). I’m so disappointed I was not expecting this experience. Also, the food was not good and not adjustable to everybody.

Mare bellissimo a pochi passi dall'hotel, ma con spiaggia pubblica con lettini e ombrellone a pagamento (24 € al giorno per 2 lettini + un ombrellone). Ristorante con cibo vario e di buona qualità. Animatori molto bravi e non troppo insistenti. Spettacoli serali molto belli. Fermata autobus a 300 metri per andare a Ibiza in circa 45 minuti a 3,10 € a persona. Ottima vacanza!!!!!

This was my second stay at a Sandos hotel with the other one being in Lanzarote, both were excellent. Great location in the cove with a nice clean sandy beach. Hotel was clean with the service being good. Only watch out is quite a few steps to the pool and beach. Big shout out to Danny who is part of the entertainment team.

They have no security for the luggage room when so many valuables are left there. The food here is disgusting and place is overall gross. Adults only place but there’s a 11pm bedtime in Ibiza. Joke of a place. 0/10. Stay anywhere else. You will find better for a better price. Ew I’m honestly disgusted.

Amazing stay hotel was lovely as were the staff. Everywhere was kept clean and the choice of food was good. Hotel is directly on the beach which we loved.

Wir waren zu viert im Hotel und hatten All In. Das Hotel liegt traumhaft schön direkt an der Bucht und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Die Liegen um den Pool sind sehr dicht gestellt, da der Platz dort einfach begrenzt ist. Die Getränke waren ganz gut, die Cocktails waren leider nicht so gut. Das Essen war gut, es gab immer viel Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sauber, leider riecht es aus dem Badezimmer (Abfluss) unangenehm. Jedes mal wenn wir ins Zimmer kamen, stieg uns der Geruch in die Nase. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut und für Kurztrips zu empfehlen.

Struttura ben curata con personale gentile e professionale. Mare bellissimo a pochi passi dall'hotel, ma con spiaggia pubblica con lettini e ombrellone a pagamento (24 € al giorno per 2 lettini + un ombrellone). Ristorante con cibo vario e di buona qualità. Animatori molto bravi e non troppo insistenti. Spettacoli serali molto belli. Fermata autobus a 300 metri per andare a Ibiza in circa 45 minuti a 3,10 € a persona. Ottima vacanza!!!!!

Hotel in a great location and all staff were lovely. Good size rooms and good choice of food in the restaurant. Pool area was a little bit cramped for the number of hotel guests, wasn't much of a problem for us as the hotel was right on the beach.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The food was really good. The wi-fi in the rooms could be hit and miss. Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nous rentrons d'un sejour de 10 jours à l'hotel Sendos El Greco en formule tout inclus elite. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au calme dans un cadre preservé et plus nature que le sud de l'ile d'Ibiza. Le personnel est au top avec une nourriture variée. Je conseille tout de meme le tout inclus royal elite avec vie sur mer. Ce pack permet d'avoir acces à des espaces reservés notamment pour les transats et un bar reservé. Dans cette formule, vous avec acces à l'ensemble des marques internationales. Un vrai plus par rapport au tout inclus classique de l'hotel. Pour les chambres, nous sommes sur une qualité standard mais propre. Enfin si vous avec un vehicule de location, il y a tres peu de place de parking à l'hotel mais ils donnent acces à un parking à 100 metres moyennant une caution de 5 euros pour la clé. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour.

3 nights on all inclusive in standard room with balcony - apart from very friendly service from staff, it was not the greatest experience tbh - basic room stuck at back with balcony on floor level looking out into a wall, strong sewage smell issues in my room which could only be remedied with staff pouring a cleaning liquid of some sort down the drain which masked the smell to an extent. Made me seal off bathroom door at night and avoid room when I could during the day. I read about similar issues in other reviews but took a chance hoping it was resolved. Periodic sewage smell in front of hotel on beach also during the day. resort itself felt a bit like a budget cruise-ship experience - from food quality, slightly cringy evening entertainment, limited drink choices and quality (one beer option, all spirits and mixers were unknown brands, more familiar options cost extra), social areas. Everyone packed out like sardines around pool, away from beach. This is probably all fine for a lot of people if it’s what you’re expecting, and is aligned with price (ie 3 star) Due to an issue with my next hotel (Barcelo) I was upgraded to sea view room + elite member level (which has its own separate bar & lounge area on the beach) for my last night (paid for by Barcelo, which was great btw) and this upgrade felt like a totally different resort experience. The room was significantly nicer + newer, and the elite area had more drink options and lounge area next to beach.

I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .
