Warren House Hotel

Além de belíssimo, o hotel conta com um staff atencioso, dedicado e extremamente educado, o que foi muito importante. A pouco mais de 200 metros, há transporte público. O pequeno almoço era bem servido e variado.

All the staff were very friendly helpful and professional

The staff were very welcoming. The pool was very cloudy which was a bit concerning. The shower was blocked which caused it to flood the bathroom. We asked for it to be fixed, but the soaked towels were not replaced which was a little disappointing. The restaurant menu was not quite what we expected and we found it a bit limited, but our food was tasty and very nicely cooked and presented. Breakfast was good, the eggs to order and fresh orange juice were a highlight.

Our triple adult room had no hot water. Reported to reception, promised 2 doubles but that night only given one, so one of our party had to stay in room with no hot water. Asked to speak to manager next day who moved us to an apartment for our last night with hot water.,

Comfortable, super clean room. Friendly staff. Relaxing vibe in bar area. Plenty of free parking. Great location near Richmond Park. I’m not sure if the hotel have bikes to hire but if they did, a ride in the park and along the Thames would be nice.
