Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. Room was in poor condition from the door handle pulled out of the door, lock difficult to operate, toilet seat hanging off, shower held together with zip ties (really), curtains broken, etc.

Good value rooms with 2-3 real ale choices and a meal of the day with a pint offer that is excellent value for money. Breakfast freshly cooked to order. Restricted parking on main road outside but unrestricted parking on side street if you can find a space. Very friendly staff. Ideal for contractors or tourists.
