Sköna sängar, bra pentry där det är lätt att laga mat. Utsikt över Älvsjömässan, 11:e våningen gav god utsikt och soluppgång. Rent och städat. Lätt att få tag på någon på telefon och att få hjälp när man behöver. Tvättstugan hade en trasig tumlare, synd.

It was nice having a fridge/freezer and a stove. The bonus was having free access to a laundry room. You book a 3hr time slot and have access to 2 washers and dryers. Only your key unlocks the laundry room during your time slot, so you can go back to your room and relax between loads (bring your own detergnet). Conveniently located just down the street from a main train line and a coop grocer.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Beim Parken des PKw ist ein klein wenig Recherche nötig. Grundversorgung und einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

All good as an apartment. We can cook ourselves. Good view. Near to shopping and train station. Parking is not easy, need to reserve ASAP once got message from the Hotel.

The Location is really good. All clean and safe. But I have 3 points: 1. if you are traveling with 4 persons and need to sleep on the sofa bed, the air condition which we are not able to turn off was too cold at night for the persons who slept on the sofa bed. 2. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable! 3. If you need to wash and dry clothes- the dryer didn’t work well and clothes were still wet and there not enough time to dry it again in the dryer.

decent place to stay for a week with everything we needed available including access to laundry without extra charge. very convenient location to get in and out of Stockholm and our apartment had great views of the city.

Room was on 15 floor and elevator wasn't working. I had 20+ kg lugage and with two kids and 8 hours drive whoh want to take staris it was

Rymlig och fin lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt åt 3 håll. Förbättringspotential finns dock: - Incheckningen skulle underlättas om parkeringsfickan utanför var reserverad för incheckande gäster och max 15 minuter. Nu är parkeringsfickan alltid full och man tvingas köra upp på trottoaren utanför entrén för att lasta ut bagage, dumt o jobbigt. - Se till att det finns ett ordentligt skohorn i lägenheten! En billig åtgärd som visar på omtanke. Annars allt bra!

Close to convention center. Easy access. Not as pictured in add. No lounge only double bed. Small kitchen. Odor in bathroom after using shower. Floor with areas of something stuck to the floor

Trevligt I stort. När vi checkade in så fick vi ett rum där det hade rökta i. Efter pratat med servicedesk och stödet bekräftade att det luktade rök där så bytte de rum snabbt och smidigt för oss. Det trots en hög beläggning.

Alles war großartig, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das einzige, was nicht so gut war, war, dass der Haartrockner nicht funktionierte, also war etwas kaputt und ich habe das erst gemerkt, nachdem ich meine Haare gewaschen hatte. Alles andere war in Ordnung und die Metrostation war nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Jeg var fornøyd med oppholdet . Leilighet har alt utstyr som man trenger for hverdagen. Vi har fått en dobbel seng for 2 ungdommer . Sengen var ikke egnet for 2 personer, lurte å be om ekstra seng for comfort . Vi har vært i 2 uker og med tre person vi burde ha eget seng . Jeg var ikke fornøyd med rengjøring , det var mye støv og rommet ble rengjørt kun en gang i uken. Ellers greit for kort opphold!!!

Leiligheten var dårlig vasket, flekker på vinduer, speil og benker. Toalettet hadde en merkelig lukt av både urin og sigaretter.

Le ménage au sol n’avait visiblement pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Très nombreux cheveux et taches collantes au sol. Aucune réaction des gestionnaires malgré notre signalement via Expédia.

This apartment is in a nice area. A little far from the city center but the train and subway station is 5 minutes away walking. The time to get to the city center is about 20 or 25 minutes so it’s not so bad. It is very clean. The only bad was the sofa bed. It was really run down, full of holes and all the metals were felt on the back. Time to replace it. Stockholm is a beautiful city!

Very spartan apartment, that really showed heavy use. Curtains, bed, amenities were in poor shape. The only redeeming qualities were its proximity to the business venue and commuter rail station. The apartment was right next to the elevators, so I constantly could hear it at all hours. No sites and few restaurants near the apartment.

Close to train station, painless check-in, underfloor heating in the bathroom was great, the flat had everything you would need. Could use a new paint job on the walls. 10/10

Schlafcouch war unbequem. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Clean, spacious and so quiet at night! I got to sleep really well. The only small issue was the mattress on one bed being worn out, the kind where you sink into it, but fortunately I was on my own and the bed closer to the fridge was better.

Overall we had a very good stay here. The apartments are adjacent to the Hotel L and you can purchase breakfast at the hotel if you like (its a fairly good breakfast, we went there once). The apartment has a sitting room, small galley kitchen, bathroom and bedroom so there is a fair bit of room to spread out (more than most hotels I would say). The check-in/out is pretty easy, although you don't get the access code until shortly before your stay begins. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within 5 minutes (not a ton of restaurants but highly recommend Grappolo D'uva Italian nearby). The building is right next to the subway/bus/train station, which is very convenient for getting around. The windows are very soundproof so you cannot hear the trains; however - and here is the reason I didn't give 5 stars - it was quite warm in our room (June) so we had to have the window open, meaning we could hear the trains through the night. We could not cool the room off sufficiently because there is no control for (cooling) temperature. There is a thermostat and you can turn the dial to increase the fan speed, but unfortunately that doesn't change anything. I called ApartDirect (they were relatively easy to get a hold of via phone as well as email) and they informed me that the temperature controls were managed globally for the entire building so (despite the thermostat/fan control in the room) there is no way to adjust this for your own room. We did find a small fan to use.

Windows overlook the railway tracks, making the apartment noisy. Earplugs are a must to have a good sleep. Otherwise very comfortable and accessible. About 15-20 minutes by train to Stockholm Central. Good for a weekend stay.

Ett praktiskt och bra ställe till vettig kostnad, men servicen drar ner betyget rejält. Kom till ett rum där vattnet var avstängt. Ringde felanmälan och hamnade i nån telefonkö på engelska. Gav upp efter lång väntan. Nytt försök med samma resultat. På tredje försöket kom jag fram till nåt engelskspråkigt callcenter. Senare hörde en man av sig och han tog sig till hotellet. Det hela ledde till att vi fick en kod som gjorde att vi kunde komma in i ett annat rum. Därefter är allt tyst. Otroligt dåligt.

This was a great place to stay overall. Our apartment was comfortable and the view from the 14th floor was really nice. The only thing that we really have to complain about was that we got locked out of our room twice and couldn't get in with our code and had to call to get help to get back inside. The hotel doesn't have a reception, but you can call 24/7 to get help. The laundry wasn't the greatest either, but at least it was free. I would stay here again in the future as it was an affordable place only 10 minutes to downtown with the commuter train.

Spacious, well-equipped, clean apartment in a good location for the commuter train into Stockholm, and with places to eat, drink and shop nearby for the quieter days. Online text communication was clear and the access code worked easily. Only snag was that I reported an issue to maintenance with the cooker on the day of arrival, got an acknowledgment email, and heard nothing again before we departed 3 days later, so had no use out of that.

Functional little apartments only a short walk away from the Stockholm Fair. Very convenient for a business trip if you're going to Stockholmsmässan. Only three stops away from the city center by the nearby train. Read the check in/check out instructions carefully as there is no reception. I had a small issue checking out but their call center fixed it all immediately.

Overall we had a very good stay here. The apartments are adjacent to the Hotel L and you can purchase breakfast at the hotel if you like (its a fairly good breakfast, we went there once). The apartment has a sitting room, small galley kitchen, bathroom and bedroom so there is a fair bit of room to spread out (more than most hotels I would say). The check-in/out is pretty easy, although you don't get the access code until shortly before your stay begins. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within 5 minutes (not a ton of restaurants but highly recommend Grappolo D'uva Italian nearby). The building is right next to the subway/bus/train station, which is very convenient for getting around. The windows are very soundproof so you cannot hear the trains; however - and here is the reason I didn't give 5 stars - it was quite warm in our room (June) so we had to have the window open, meaning we could hear the trains through the night. We could not cool the room off sufficiently because there is no control for (cooling) temperature. There is a thermostat and you can turn the dial to increase the fan speed, but unfortunately that doesn't change anything. Property was perfect for my needs with a grocery store and the metro nearby. Very easy to get into the city. Quick responses from management whenever I had any issues.

Marvellous apartment: up to date furniture, clean, clear communication, supermarket and (local) trainstation 7 minutes walking. You can reserve a parking place behind the building.

Spacious room! perfect location next to train station, supermarket, a few restaurants and Stockholm conference center.

It was excellent. The hotel is convenient to the train station and very large and good equipped supermarket. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was spacious and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and it had everything you needed to cook a simple meal in the kitchen. It was very easy checking in and out with the codes and super close to the train station.

Das Hotel befindet sich nahe dem Bahnhof und ist in wenigen Schritten schnell zu erreichen. Von dort sind es drei Stationen bis Stockholm City. Man ist also schnell vor Ort. Bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man auch nahezu nichts von den Bahngeräuschen. Das apartdirect Hotel ist im Motel M mit integriert, hat allerdings einen separaten Eingang und ist nur über einen vorab versendeten Keycode betretbar. Dieser Code dient auch zum Zugang der Zimmertür. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kann man nur telefonisch über eine Hotlinenummer jemanden erreichen, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit kleiner Küche. Eine Grundausstattung für 4 Personen war da. Auch die Möglichkeit zu Kochen (2 Kochfelder) war gegeben. Großer Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Fön vor Ort. Das Apartment war etwas " abgewohnt", hier und da mal eine Schramme, aber ansonsten in Ordnung. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einen Reinigungsservice gibt es nicht vor Ort.
