My flight got cancelled at two different dates going in my connecting in Charlotte and then out of Charlotte 12 days later. The first night was Aug 18th. The young lady could see I’d been emotional. Just dropped my kid off at college when flight got canceled and stuck in Charlotte. She was amazing and even offered up a hug. Great service. The next morning the gentleman held my bags and I relaxed at the pool. The night of the 29th of august we had a similar experience with travel and couldn’t get out until the next day. I knew exactly which hotel to stay in for the night. I will continue to return. Thanks for the amazing customer service

The stay overall was nice but we were charged for parking. You all stated that parking was free but it’s not! The hotel stated that you all need to update your website about parking because there is a charge. The breakfast wasn’t that good. No meat for breakfast. Fairfield Inn must do better about the breakfast.

Just needed a place to sleep as I had a long layover at Charlotte. Airport transport was fast. Both drivers, pick up in the evening and going back in the morning, were super friendly. Check in was also fast. My room was exceptionally clean, but most important, quiet. Panera and Chipotle were a quick walk away to grab dinner. My evening driver offered to take me a little farther down the street if i wanted to eat at a sports bar instead of fast food. (See what i mean by super nice?) Breakfast was just ok. Not spectacular but good enough to get a meal before my flight. The breakfast staff worked hard to replace items that were running low. Would definitely stay again! I appreciate the high standards at your hotel!

I’ve had some disappointing experiences elsewhere recently, even with very new hotels. Just poorly painted, dirty corners, obvious lack of care and attention detail and corner cutting. I was really pleased how clean and fresh my room felt here, especially being so near an airport. I didn’t interact much with the rest of the building but the desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was clean and the food was tasty. Elevators and halls were also very clean and nice. I come through Charlotte yearly and would definitely stay here again.

I was expecting the property to be less dated than it was. It was overall clean, but a little dated, worn. The breakfast had good options and was great. The shuttle driver was very kind. The front desk check-in staff was a little gruff but overall we had a good stay.

Breakfast was very decent. I slept pretty good. Only negative issue was my bed had a dip in it and kinda hurt my back. Also I was told at the front desk they needed to do a $20 hold but they took $30 off my card instead. I was also unaware there was an $8 parking fee.

I appreciate the high standards at your hotel!

Just needed a place to sleep as I had a long layover at Charlotte. Airport transport was fast. Both drivers, pick up in the evening and going back in the morning, were super friendly. Check in was also fast. My room was exceptionally clean, but most important, quiet. Panera and Chipotle were a quick walk away to grab dinner. My evening driver offered to take me a little farther down the street if i wanted to eat at a sports bar instead of fast food. (See what i mean by super nice?) Breakfast was just ok. Not spectacular but good enough to get a meal before my flight. The breakfast staff worked hard to replace items that were running low. Would definitely stay again! I appreciate the high standards at your hotel!

The hotel was definitely nice and comfortable. The people at the service desk had an attitude that made me lower the rating. Well it was the older lady when I checked out. The you g lady with the long nails was very sweet.

Fairfield Inn is very nice. Lobby is very attractive and the rooms are very comfortable. There is plenty of parking and this hotel is near Charlotte airport.

Only thing we had a problem with was finding the correct door for the lobby since there was no sign for it and the other half of the building was another hotel by Marriot that had a clear lobby entrance that we thought at first maybe the right entrance but was not. Everything else was perfect!

A few comments as below: - The room window does not have curtains to cover completely, hence morning could be bright and early. - Lobby does not have tea coffee service beyond breakfast hours - Convenient location for morning walks since its close to few city parks, green and serene - Conveniently located next to Chipotle and Panera where you could walk to buy a meal - Bar and restaurant Jocks and Jill is a five minute walk

I was expecting the property to be less dated than it was. It was overall clean, but a little dated, worn. The breakfast had good options and was great. The shuttle driver was very kind. The front desk check-in staff was a little gruff but overall we had a good stay.

I stayed for a week and loved it, I was booking day to day so ended up staying in different rooms each day. They all met my expectations! Rooms are pretty spacious and very clean. I love the social area too, they have a fireplace and great outdoor furniture to hang out, the swimming was great too. I loved the free breakfast, cage free eggs and a great oatmeal bar, they change it up a bit daily, each day was great. The breakfast staff are on top of their game.

The stay overall was nice but we were charged for parking. You all stated that parking was free but it’s not! The hotel stated that you all need to update your website about parking because there is a charge. The breakfast wasn’t that good. No meat for breakfast. Fairfield Inn must do better about the breakfast.

After 3 flights cancelled and a HORRIBLE experience at another hotel we HAD to walk out of for our family’s safety, we were so HAPPY to be here! Clean, friendly service, great breakfast buffet and free shuttle to airport.

I’ve had some disappointing experiences elsewhere recently, even with very new hotels. Just poorly painted, dirty corners, obvious lack of care and attention detail and corner cutting. I was really pleased how clean and fresh my room felt here, especially being so near an airport. I didn’t interact much with the rest of the building but the desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was clean and the food was tasty. Elevators and halls were also very clean and nice. I come through Charlotte yearly and would definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel stay for me. The room was clean and the service was amazing. I was able to get an early check in. Now the breakfast was the regular breakfast but it was clean. I do not eat powder eggs or pork so it would be good to have other proteins orher than that I enjoyed my stay. The bed was super comfy. If I’m back in Charlotte this would be where I would stay. It was costly but worth every dollar.

Breakfast was very decent. I slept pretty good. Only negative issue was my bed had a dip in it and kinda hurt my back. Also I was told at the front desk they needed to do a $20 hold but they took $30 off my card instead. I was also unaware there was an $8 parking fee.

It was a quick stay, we got in late and flew out early. We did not get to use any amenities but the staff was amazing! The room was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean. The breakfast area tables were clean and food free. I would have preferred if they put 4 sets of towels in the room rather than just 3 (2 queen beds in the room) but that was pretty minor as I could have gone and asked for more. The only negative is that they separately charged $8 a day for parking. If you are paying for a room, parking should be included. Even the Hyatt across the street did not charge us for parking and their lot was much smaller. I would stay here again as I love an immaculately clean hotel but you need to be ok with paying for parking on top of the room charge.
