Nowhere in my booking did I see there was no parking except $50/ night valet, nor have I still found anything stating this. I would not have stayed here if I knew that and I definitely won’t recommend this stay to anyone. Unfortunate.

Unable to get a key at check in, had to be escorted by front office person to get into room. Only one of three elevators working causing longer than normal wait times. Hotel was nice and walking distance to most items. Feels like a manager should have site if keys are not working and trying to compensate for this poor service. Only one guy was trying to work the front desk and escort people to their room causing extra wait.

Nobody informed me that the entire building's AC unit and TV's werent working when I checked in. The bathroom tubs drain also wasn't functioning properly. When I attempted to get a partial refund from the hotel I was denied, so I reached out to Expedia where I got an immediate 50% refund once I explained my situation. I understand the staff was doing everything they could, but communication would have been nice and my request for a refund shouldnt have been denied. With all the issues the hotel was attempting to handle, the stay was not worth the money I had paid. Thank you Expedia for the immediate help!

My room was quiet, exactly what I needed to focus on work then unwind on my business to leisure trip. The bathroom sink was a bit clogged. The room also felt warm even after I adjusted the thermostat. Fitness center was perfect for an early morning workout.

A lot to like, and a couple of hiccups. First is, upon arrival there is very little space to pull up. The valets work hard to be efficient, but they can only do so much. Second when you enter on ground level, there is a an out of service elevator that seems to have been out of service for awhile. You have to schlep your bags up to the reception area via the stairs. Fortunately we had small bags but at times when we travel w our children this would be a major problem. At check in, at 4pm, many of the rooms I and others were checking in to were not ready for check in. Folks were forced to sit in the lobby w their bags awaiting a room assignment. We were fortunate enough to get our room. It was nice and yet in the building placement the window faced a rooftop hvac system and a another section of the hotel. No view, little day light. We are there to sleep but it’s be nice to see something vs a building and mechanical equipment. Last but not least parking is scarce and the valet is $49 per night. Depending on length of stay this can be a problem. Overall a positive experience but not an excellent experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the overall stay seamless. The location is perfect—walking distance to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was especially impressed with the well-equipped fitness facility. Very mid level experience. Was expecting more for the price and location. The room had a musty smell, there were hairs in the shower, trash tucked into a chair, and crumbs all over the desk chair, and a stain on the pillow. They also do NOT have any parking options other than their own $50 valet parking. We circled around the blocks until we found street parking, which was inconvenient, but we didn’t feel like spending $50 each night. The staff member at the desk was friendly enough. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. Overall, not the absolute worst stay, but we had higher expectations.

I'm trying a different hotel under the Marriot Brand in Bellevue. When we first got there, we noticed that the valet parking greeting area was jammed to the point that it was backed up to the street. It looked like only one person was working there. The service was great, but our room was right by the elevator, so it was quite noisy. Either the room is not soundproof as expected, or the elevator is making too much noise. The decor and decoration at the hotel is clean and modern.

It was not possible to get the room temperature set at a comfortable level and the AC made a lot of noise when it turned on and off (which it did all night). The bed only had a thin top cover. It would have been helpful to be able to turn the thermostat down colder and to have a thicker top cover or blanket (the room did not have a blanket).

All of the hotel staff were super nice, no complaints. However the facility is worn out, cold, and depressing. The room was cold, dark, small, ultra depressing. If you open the curtains you have another guest room looking right in your window. This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in years. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations and toilets from all directions. Dreadful.

Overall the property was nice and the location was great. However they dropped the ball when it came to customer service, they double charged me for the room and upon contacting customer service to correct the issue they said they couldn’t find any record of my stay and did nothing to try resolve the issue

There’s a valet scam happening here. We checked out, tried to give the front desk agent the valet ticket to pay but she said that’s for the valet (and no mention that the hotel would be charging our room for it) so we went down to grab our car after checking out, got our car and paid the valet in cash for the 1 night of parking. We then get an invoice from the hotel with a charge for the valet - ok so we got double charged but it’s an easy fix right? No. The hotel refused to help us explain that the valet service is contracted by town park and they are a 3rd party service and they need to investigate. They also say that the valets are trained to not any money from guests either. They make me call the district manager of townpark and they didn’t even pick up for 4 days. He was very unpleasant and accused us of not specifying that this money we are giving the valet attendant as “parking” fee and that the valet assumed it was a tip. Why would we tip someone $50 for a 1 minute car retrieval? So now the hotel and parking company are telling me different things and I call the hotel again and again and they still refuse to help and I’ve left messages for the manager to which they won’t respond to. It’s not about the parking money anymore. This has become the most egregious customer service I’ve ever experienced and want to warn all prospective guests of this scam.

I prepaid for two queen beds, yet when I went to check in they said no beds were available. They booked me in a courtyard, which was ok’ish (internet didn’t work and there was a power outage). Worst part was I was lied to by the staff at the AC, I was told i had two queen beds at the courtyard. Yet it was actually a single bed and pullout couch. Last time staying at any Mariot properties.

The staff knocked once quickly, then walked into our room. This was a particularly inconvenient time in early morning. Instead of an apology, I received written instructions on how to use the "Do Not Disturb" tag and to bolt the door. I\'m aware of these checks, I would expect that there would be some expectation of privacy without having to take those measures.

Hotel tried to tell me that I did not pay for my hotel stay and I had to prove it in two different ways for them to give me our keys. There was no further communication or follow through from mgmt to let us know that they'd resolved the matter. We also left something behind in our room and this hotel DOES NOT pick up their phone EVER and their mailbox is full. Hotel tried to tell me that I did not pay for my hotel stay and I had to prove it in two different ways for them to give me our keys. There was no further communication or follow through from mgmt to let us know that they'd resolved the matter. We also left something behind in our room and this hotel DOES NOT pick up their phone EVER and their mailbox is full. A reputable hotel should call to let you know that they found something in your room that was left behind. All in, very unimpressed with this hotel!! Rrrrggghhh!

We arrived at 137am when our check in was at 4pm, our room was not ready and the staff was very flustered. She was kind but we had to wait for our room to be ready for about 45 minutes. Our room was not very well ventilated either.

We had a great family stay. Comfy beds and rooms, great walkable location. Affordbale parking options. Great shower. Overall had a wonderful 4th of July in Bellevue. Plan to stay here again in the future. Pillows could be larger and more supportive. Otherwise no complaints. We love our pillows I guess.

This is a new hotel with comfortable beds. Don't be fooled by the listing name - it is not in downtown Seattle. Be prepared for riding the bus 45-50 minutes each way if your destination is downtown. Also, watch out for noise, if you're sensitive.

After paying exorbitantly high amount for one night stay, you'll need to mandatorily pay $49 for valet parking. Just a reminder to everyone who's booking this hotel. The rooms were clean, but small. Shower was great. Staff was exceptionally polite and nice. Breakfast was good as well.

Beautiful hotel, inside and out. Nice outdoor seating outside of the bar/ lounge. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A little complicated to turn into for parking and you need to be fast to get out for valet parking. Great walking distance to local restaurants, bars, Safeway, the Bellevue downtown park and Bellevue Square shopping. Room was nice but was pretty small and not the cleanest; grime in sink and a funky green gunk stuck on our way near the bed. Nice water pressure and temperature from the shower though. Would go back, but with ear plugs. In their defense, I'm a light sleeper and should have come prepared. For a Saturday night/morning, I should have expected lots of shutting doors and loud voices at 3/4am.
