Room was not vacuumed and had some trash still in it. My king room was not available due to cleaning not done had to be given a queen. No towels in the pool area for guests. Seemed short staffed

I was given an occupiers room. When I went back to the desk. No apologies were given. They were more concerned about me being seen. The hotel smelled like mold and weed. Overall gross

A lot of our county was out of power from an ice storm, and when we showed up for check in, they were swamped. Even so, they managed to help myself and another customer while still answering calls and questions within minutes. The hotel could have been a dump and I wouldn’t have complained because the employees at the desk were fabulous. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean and the pool was great.

Bathroom and entrance floor was wet until it was sticky when it dried. Fire alarm went off at 2am! Asked about it at the front desk and they said it happens every time someone showers without the fan on

I was traveling with my co-worker. When we went up to our rooms after getting our keys. When she walked into her room it was being occupied and she quickly ran out. The front desk did not act surprised or even apologize. The hotel smelled like pot on our floor and the elevator had an awful smell.

Overall an OK stay. Staff was fine and bed wasn’t bad. Hotel had a bad musty smell in the hall (occasionally you could smell it in room). Shower needed some maintenance and extra cleaning. Exterior door at end of hall would not latch if it was not pulled shut.

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful. I wasn’t impressed with the room, it wasn’t very clean. Stains on side of bed and on chair. Bathroom floor dirty. Housekeeping needs some guidance.

I was in a room and after I had checked in I noticed that the bathroom shower still had someone’s old wash cloth in it and hair in the shower. I usually always carry extra cleaning supplies so I didn’t make a fuss and this is the first time it’s happened. Not sure what’s going on but the showers is where the most bacteria can hide. Makes me wonder if the sheets were changed.

Not as clean as when we stayed a few years ago. Lots of mouse traps out in visible areas and saw mouse droppings in our room on the 2nd floor. Room smelled like urine. Also, they tried to charge my credit card for someone else’s room and luckily my bank saw it was fraudulent and declined the charge. Probably won’t be back next time we’re in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looked newer and had a good bed, with great sheets, silky smooth. The tub had a little bit of mildew. But, overall it was a great stopover along the interstate.

Always love staying here! Was in town for the NASCAR race and was happy to see I wasn’t the only one. Lots of tv channels! Very clean rooms, bathrooms and sheets. Definitely will be staying here for many more years whenever I’m in Coldwater!

So hot in the room, air conditioner was broken. When I tried to call front desk phone was not working, had to go down to lobby. Attendant said that she knew the air was broken in our room and couldn’t believe they put us in it in the first place. Moved rooms and it was a downgrade (instead of king bed it was two queen. Instead of walk in shower it was a step in tub shower) Will not recommend this hotel

The address took us to a corn field. We kept driving to turn around in a strip mall and the hotel was across from the strip mall. Located behind Hampton Inn. Sign for Holiday Inn is very hidden.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was honestly the best I have had in a hotel. There were many options. I will stay here again if I travel to Coldwater.

Although the staff is thoughtful, there is a new $10 a day parking fee. The hotel is a rural location with plenty of parking and no security attendant. It appears like a money grab by owners located in California. Felt bad for the desk attendant who has to put up with the new policy.

Double check your reservation. We reserved a king room a week ago and when we got there and got our key, we discovered we got 2 queens. Not ideal. When I went back to ask where out King room was, the answer was "I didn't know, I've only worked here for a week and sometime else assigned the rooms.". I asked for a refund of some kind but was told"I can't do anything about it." Hotels. Com reached out on my account and got nowhere with the hotel. The hotel is fine. I just didn't get what I ordered and was told take it or go somewhere else. Oh, and plan to pay $10 to park your car at the hotel your paying to stay at. Ridiculous!

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was really good. It's right by a walmart and a couple of banks so the location is very convenient. We did notice that the floor of our room wasn't vacuumed very well and the vent in the room was not cleaned and was clogged with dust. They also charge a $10 fee for parking which I did not know about when booking.

The front desk receptionist was really nice. Our room was clean. Walking in the hotel you could smell how clwan it was. I'll definitely be back!
