They are pet friendly, for a price, unless it's a service animal. I had to have 2 rooms for 5 people. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was all carbs: toast/bagels, waffles, and snack cakes. The pool was pretty good but small. They did have pool towels to use. The shower pressure was great but not very warm.

The room was clean but smelled very musty. The pool area was very nice but all of the lounge chairs were broken. The staff over all were very pleasant especially the older gentleman that worked in the afternoons.

I love this property because it’s in the middle of things you can get too easily. There is a CVS right next-door which is extremely convenient. Parking is always available. The pool is always clean. Customer service is always fantastic. Cleaning is on point. It’s right across the street from planet fitness and nice local dining options when you’re in Texas you got a drive everywhere but still it’s nice to have good options 10 minutes away

The staff were great, had a few issues with having a dog. Even though it was a service dog, we were not allowed in a room with a carpet, so we had to take a smoking room as it was the only ground floor room with wooden floors available. No elevator for the second floor, so a stinky smoking room it was! We were able to move rooms after two nights when a ground floor room with a wooden floor became available. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff very friendly and I would come here again.

The room had been recently been painted and vinyl flooring was put in. There were no bedside lamps or lights, the bathroom fixtures were old and mold was all around the fixtures in the shower and there was a peeling top coat. Also the room and ac were very musty and the smell never left. The parking was ample ,the rooms open to the outside if that is a concern. I checked out the next morning and the hotel would not reimburse the 373.00 I had prepaid thru Expedia. The front desk person told me I must seek reimbursement thru Expedia which I will try to do. I guess I would not recommend this hotel. The staff seemed nice and were polite.

Great place to stay! They have very spacious rooms for great prices. The staff is all nice and friendly. There is a space outside to BBQ! I highly recommend it. I've been here for a long stay and haven't had no problems 😁

The staff was very welcoming extremely nice. The pool is open from 10 to 10 extremely clean crystal blue. The bed in the room was so comfortable.cvs right next door you can walk there.

This hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. Upon entering the room, we found dead roaches scattered on the floor. As we inspected further, we discovered there was no cold water, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and we had to request a plunger. The shower was covered in mold, and the towels had unsightly brown stains. When we approached the management, they treated us as if we were overreacting and refused to refund us or address our concerns. Additionally, the breakfast provided had moldy bagels. I wouldn't let my family use the bedding, and I even had to purchase roach spray to avoid roaches crawling on us during the night. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel available in the area during our stay, so we had no choice but to endure this terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Only issue was I had was we booked for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids 15,14 & 8). Room only had 2 queen beds. There was no fold out chair or option for a roll away bed. My 8 yr old had to sleep on the floor.

First thing is the bed frame sticks out and they have it covered so you can't see it. I slammed my shin in to that thing 3 times just walking by felt like I slammed into a trailer hitch it was terrible. The people above us were up running around until 5am in the morning so I got no sleep whatsoever.

The room was ready upon arrival and all my special request were done beforw arriving. Had a brand new TV in the room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable Highly recommend and the price was great as well.

When i got in our keys were not activated so i had to walk all the way back to the office the lady thst was working very rude nothing like last time the room had roaches eww but it looked clean the tub was wide and the shower hot the microwave was dirty with a roach walking around in there i ordered food instead of using the microwave the bed.was comfy and the little chair and table combo was cute

..The room was clean and cool it was very hot outside. The pool looked great... The only problem I had with with the little girl at the front desk.. I was 14 minutes early. And she wanted to charge me 20 dollars..seriously? I left and came back and the man at the desk was really nice. He was very apologetic for the way she acted so overall he made it better.

My family and I stayed the night before our cruise in Galveston. The location is okay, but there plenty of other options. I guess I’ll say basically, you get what you pay for. This hotel is very inexpensive, but you’re not getting much at all. Our room smelled terrible. I rented 2 rooms and one of them smelled terrible (smoke). I read the reviews before I booked here and they were generally pretty positive, if not good. I’ve stayed a lot a lot of hotels and I can honestly say that I will not return here.

My family and I stayed the night before our cruise in Galveston. The location is okay, but there plenty of other options. I guess I’ll say basically, you get what you pay for. This hotel is very inexpensive, but you’re not getting much at all. Our room smelled terrible. I rented 2 rooms and one of them smelled terrible (smoke). I read the reviews before I booked here and they were generally pretty positive, if not good. I’ve stayed a lot a lot of hotels and I can honestly say that I will not return here.

Safe location, clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool. Breakfast was lacking. Bathroom sink and shower fixtures are loose. Sealant around shower bar looks like someone sealed over mold/mildew.

They are pet friendly, for a price, unless it's a service animal. I had to have 2 rooms for 5 people. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was all carbs: toast/bagels, waffles, and snack cakes. The pool was pretty good but small. They did have pool towels to use. The shower pressure was great but not very warm.

Very convenient location, staff was excellent! Breakfast is simple but we weren’t expecting too much. Expedia offered a great price for our 1 night stay.

Had construction workers and people opening our door noises. Microwave didn’t work. Room had roaches. No full breakfast only cereal and bagels and muffins and waffles.

This hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. Upon entering the room, we found dead roaches scattered on the floor. As we inspected further, we discovered there was no cold water, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and we had to request a plunger. The shower was covered in mold, and the towels had unsightly brown stains. When we approached the management, they treated us as if we were overreacting and refused to refund us or address our concerns. Additionally, the breakfast provided had moldy bagels. I wouldn't let my family use the bedding, and I even had to purchase roach spray to avoid roaches crawling on us during the night. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel available in the area during our stay, so we had no choice but to endure this terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was shocked to get such a great deal and this place did not disappoint! Nice sized fridge and microwave in room. Lights galore in the room. Very cold a/c as well. Breakfast 6-9am is perfect for those who like to sleep in a bit. Great choices including make your own waffles. Pool looked perfect but didn’t have a chance to use it. Staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. Could not ask for a better place with such a great price. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

It was absolutely awful. Staff was rude and the ac didn’t work good at all and all the rooms smelled like mildew and had food left in the fridges.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this property. I was traveling on a family vacation with my young children, and the room we were assigned posed a legitimate health and safety hazard. Upon entering, we discovered severe, active mold growth blooming directly on the interior fabric lining of the bedding and curtains. Furthermore, the bathroom appliances—including the hair dryer base and its power cords—were covered in dark mold spots. This is a blatant health code violation and completely unsafe for anyone to breathe in, let alone children. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, they relocated us to a clean room for the night, acknowledging the issue. However, because of the severe lack of hygiene and maintenance, we chose to cut our trip short and check out early the next morning. To make matters worse, when checking out early and requesting a refund for the unused nights due to their failure to provide a safe, habitable environment, the front desk staff refused to handle the paperwork and deflected responsibility, claiming we had to handle it entirely through our booking platform. I have fully documented the mold with photographic evidence and am escalating this directly to corporate and my credit card company for a chargeback. Do not risk your family's health or your hard-earned money staying here. The property suffers from severe neglect and poor customer service.
