Cute intimate Inn. I like the quaintness without the feel of the big resorts. I felt like a valued guest. I like the breakfast cafe with breakfast burritos, sandwiches, & more with lots of coffee options! Fresh squeezed lemonade &/or orange juice. Pool & Jacuzzi. I will definitely stay here again.

We just completed our stay at the Inn at Deep Canyon. You can't beat this homey little property for its convenience- there is a lot of dining nearby. Of course, the whole area is known for the fact that EVERYTHING is at least a 30 minute drive, but it helps that you can get a good meal close by. In terms of the Inn itself, it is quaint. The rooms a bit dated but clean. There is no housekeeping and the office is only open from 8 AM to 6 PM, so if you stay here be warned: get your extra paper towels, towels, toiletries, and toilet paper when the office is open- you aren't going to find magical replacements every day. In the morning they have complementary pastries and coffee which is nice- it isn't a full breakfast but will infuse you with enough sugar to get to lunch. If you check in past 6, you'll likely be directed to a lock box and be texted a code for you keys where you'll check in the next day. Regardless of the season, DO bring a bathing suit since the pool is WELL HEATED and there is a jacuzzi. All the staff are very nice and accommodating.

The only negatives were that the door handle was in direct sunlight, and was hot to the touch. We were out late at night, and when we returned at about 11:30 PM, all the parking spaces were taken, so we had to park on the street.

Love love love this place. Will definitely return. I was there during “shoulder” season, so it probably isn’t always so quiet, but it was when I was there! I had a downstairs corner unit (#117) and noticed that it has 2 adjoining doors to adjacent units so I am looking forward to bringing back the extended family! There is a little tent with table and 4 chairs right outside the unit with a bbq, putting green and the pool. Cute statues around the pool and friendly guy named Andy at the desk. The unit itself was fine with a comfy bed, fridge and microwave. Ice and pool towels are available. I really like to support non-chain motels/hotels and my experience here was great!

Cozy and smaller than chain hotels. Nice pool area. Good morning cafe for coffee and some food. Staff friendly and helpful (& accommodating). Comfortable room. A bit dated but very clean. Parking not great, had to park on side street. Our window air conditioner cycled on and off frequently and was a bit loud. Close to food & shopping. Less expensive than most on hwy 111. Fridge and microwave in room.

Everything was very dated, floors were dirty, cigarette burn in the comforter, smelled like chemicals when we walked in. Dominique checked us is and she was great. Quiet little place but can’t foresee staying there again.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Beautiful gardens, it is a relaxing place to stay. However, i would not stay in room 117 again, because it is close to the gate, and it is kind of noisy because people use the gate to in n out. The only thing that front desk is open until 6 pm.

While the checkin was quick and easy and the front desk woman was friendly, they didn’t know to give me a better tv remote so I could change the input and use my Roku. They didn’t tell me they had several in their desk drawer and I ended up having to go buy my own. The room was huge and wonderful, but while using I noticed the bathroom and closet were filthy and obviously had not been cleaned well….i found several hairs and dirt, even under the glasses left on the bathroom sink

I've stayed here many times over the years and it is usually a lovely stay. I was lucky to get the last available room on the day I wanted, but the room was close to a noisy road and it was next to a gate in a corridor that was also noisy. The price was lower than average, so I was glad to get a room on short notice.

Great location just off the 111. Room was big with separate living room and bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of closet space. Very nice pool area. Very close to grocery store and many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Older hotel with dated decor but spacious and convenient. Nice pool area although the tile could use a good scrub. We tended to roll together in the bed and the pillows were too firm. On a busy corner but quiet neighborhood overall. Easy walk to good restaurants and reasonably priced rooms.

Staff was wonderful. It’s an older property. Probably used to be apartments. Room was spacious and very clean. Sheets were a little rough. Well stocked kitchenette and plenty of towels in bathroom. Reminds me a f Melrose Place

Love the Inn at Deep Canyon, my go to PD place. Looking for pretentious & expensive? There are plenty of options in the area. The Inn ain’t one of ‘em. Cozy, quiet, well kept and the pool is heated! Kevin is a true gent, and runs a tidy operation.

Been going to PS for many many years, staying at the same place. It was sold so we had to try somewhere new. Wow what a nice surprise. This place exceeded our expectations!!! Great accommodations and everyone is so nice. Will be going back soon!!

Our stay at this property was excellent. I had received a call from the Inn the day prior to our departure to confirm our reservation and expected arrival time. This was so surprising as I’ve never had this type of follow-up. Well done!! The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Our room was not ready for pre-arranged early check-in, but the staff offered another equivalent room, so all was well. The room was very clean. The pool area was very relaxing and the water was warm and crystal clear. The entire property was very quiet. It felt like an oasis. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing we observed was no housekeeping of our room between a Wednesday check-in and Saturday check-out. Not sure what the housekeeping service level is at this property. Overall we highly recommend this Inn!!

The pool is gorgeous, and the whole property is super quiet and tranquil. The room was very clean & spacious with fluffy pillows and nice toiletries. Especially at this price point you cannot get better than this. Wish I could stay longer!

Great location just off the 111. Room was big with separate living room and bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of closet space. Very nice pool area. Very close to grocery store and many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Cozy and smaller than chain hotels. Nice pool area. Good morning cafe for coffee and some food. Staff friendly and helpful (& accommodating). Comfortable room. A bit dated but very clean. Parking not great, had to park on side street. Our window air conditioner cycled on and off frequently and was a bit loud. Close to food & shopping. Less expensive than most on hwy 111. Fridge and microwave in room.

Took my mother there for her 61st Birthday and we absolutely loved it. The location is in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and the Living Desert Zoo! Will definitely be returning to The Inn!

Cute intimate Inn. I like the quaintness without the feel of the big resorts. I felt like a valued guest. I like the breakfast cafe with breakfast burritos, sandwiches, & more with lots of coffee options! Fresh squeezed lemonade &/or orange juice. Pool & Jacuzzi. I will definitely stay here again.

We just completed our stay at the Inn at Deep Canyon. You can't beat this homey little property for its convenience- there is a lot of dining nearby. Of course, the whole area is known for the fact that EVERYTHING is at least a 30 minute drive, but it helps that you can get a good meal close by. In terms of the Inn itself, it is quaint. The rooms a bit dated but clean. There is no housekeeping and the office is only open from 8 AM to 6 PM, so if you stay here be warned: get your extra paper towels, towels, toiletries, and toilet paper when the office is open- you aren't going to find magical replacements every day. In the morning they have complementary pastries and coffee which is nice- it isn't a full breakfast but will infuse you with enough sugar to get to lunch. If you check in past 6, you'll likely be directed to a lock box and be texted a code for you keys where you'll check in the next day. Regardless of the season, DO bring a bathing suit since the pool is WELL HEATED and there is a jacuzzi. All the staff are very nice and accommodating.

I very much was surprised at the overall value and attention to detail at this property. Little things that you might not expect at this price point, like flower arrangements in a corner, the overall size of the room being much larger, a very nice pool, a deck where you can go out and sit, the cleanliness of the older appliances. When you get on the porch, you see a little view of the mountains, and maybe even a sunset if you're at the right time. And also it was extremely quiet! In the mornings they have a lady outback making $7 custom burritos if you want to partake in it, but also around the corner is a local joint called John's which is a classic diner.

Overall the staff was very nice, the hotel is old, but clean which was important. The place is tired and it is in a busy area of PD. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning.

First of all, the lady who checked us is was very friendly and very helpful, which is a great start. Our room was clean & spacious. Outside the pool & hot tub were pleasant & inviting. There is a little coffe shop on site in the morrnung, with a few breakfast & pastry options. But for me, any hotel is all about the bed, which was very comfortable. Will definitely consider staying again next time I visit the desert.

I reserved this hotel for my husband because it was near where he was doing business. He's been going to Palm Desert for over 40 years and never knew this place existed. He was very impressed with the room. His only complaint was that the on-site restaurant didn't open early enough for him to eat breakfast before he got going. No problem though, because it's so close to Keedy's which is his all time favorite place for breakfast.

I found this place using the family friendly option and it was not. Maybe it was just the guests that happen to be there but the same people were an issue for both days my kids and I spent at the pool. The pool is 24 hrs for adults and people do stay out there partying. There were empty bottles and cans left out. As an adult only this would be fine, but with my young kids and a few others this behavior wasnt ideal.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE HIGH RATINGS!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Parking was questionable, very limited for the rooms, I arrived and no one is at the "front desk" you have to press a button and wait for someone to show up, there are drug addicts walking around the property's adjacent, and the room AC wasn't working, rooms are old shabby, seemed sort of clean, but after the check in and questionable characters walking around I decided it WAS WORTH IT TO PAY TO NOT STAY HERE, I contacted hotels.com to cancel after I left as the property seemed very unsafe and not comfortable, and the hotel refused to refund any money even though I never actually stayed. They earned every bit of this review, unproffesional, seemed like some sort of side hustle for someone not an acutal property, the "breakfast" pay as you go breakfast snack bar in room next to the lobby. Save yourself some money and DO NOT STAY HERE! of I could give zero stars I absolutely would!

Great place to truly unwind. If you dont want to be around kids, then book the condo with a private pool area. Enjoyed quiet with no interruptions. Will book again. Only down side , living room tv wifi cut out every few minutes. Couldn't sit on the couch and relax since the TV would annoy me constantly cutting out

We live in Indian Wells and, while we had workers in our home, decided to stay here with friends. I reserved 2 one-bedroom suites. 122 degrees Saturday. Our suite had non-working A/C in the main room. I recorded an 89 ° temperature in that room. They left a fan in front of the A/C after multiple complaints. Roaches in the bedroom; we have pictures. Zero concern from the hotel, considering they were made aware of the issues.
