Description is listed with a lift ( elevator). But one block has no lift and I was put on the 5th floor of this block. I think because I book with hotels.com The receptionist seemed to think this was ok and tried to tell me it’s only a few steps . It’s not just about taking luggage which they did not assist its every time you go out. No early check in given. Hotel not busy Breakfast was a typical Thai affair dating back from 80s. Never again. Location is good for train line to airport but that’s it. So weigh up which is more important for you. For price point there is far better hotels around this area. I would not stay here again at half its current price

As othes note ,best location for transport interface Basic ( it is a small hotel ) but perfectly adequate breakfast ( included ) Arguably the coldest pool in Bangkok , so refreshing after hitting the attractions all day. 距離Phaya Thai站只係幾分鐘的距離去機場同去Siam商圈都好方便不過夜晚番去條小路無路燈有啲黑住宿方面今次住係新個棟樓無電梯得樓梯好彩有工作人員幫手搬上去唔明點解新建的反而無電梯房間乾淨整潔不過沖涼花灑水壓有啲差工作人員都十分親切友善

Fräscht, litet hotell väldigt centralt. Fräscht, stort rum. Väldigt nära tågstation, trots detta var det hördes inte tågtrafiken. Gångavstånd till tågstation med direkttåg till flygplatsen. Dock väldigt lyhört inne på hotellet, hörde grannar tydligt. Skön säng och kuddar. Tråkigt poolområde, ligger på markplan och är mörkt. Frukosten okej, dock dåligt utbud på pålägg till toast, bara smör och marmelad. Otroligt bra service!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Style, kurzer Fußweg zur Endstation des Airport Link Paya Thai daher ideal um zum Flughafen zu kommen, Zimmer erstklassig, Frühstück kleine Speisen Auswahl dafür sehr gute Qualität und alles super sauber und frisch, einzig am Pool sind Liege Flächen sehr begrenzt .

Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione dello Sky train e quindi molto comodo da e per l'aeroporto. Hotel nuovissimo con camera super confortevole, colazione buona e abbondante, bella piscina. Con 20 minuti di cammino si arriva a Siam Square considerata il centro di Bangkok, con i suoi enormi centri commerciali , acquario ecc.

The staff was very professional, consistently demonstrating a high level of service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, Nis which assisted us was friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries or needs. Responsiveness: The staff responded quickly to any requests.We had issues with the water pressure for the shower and Chop attended to us immediately. When i requested for a later check out, he tried his best to help. I had to use grab delivery to send my lugagge for repair and Patty assisted me without fail. When it was due to be sent back in evening, Chop who was on morning shift handed this info to Patty on the afternoon shift. They helped to store my luggage and when i enquired via email, Patty responded very promptly and assured me my luggage was back. She is very helpful and bubbly, indeed a jem to the hotel. Room Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean upon arrival. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and all surfaces were thoroughly dusted. Breakfast: Always new selection of food and the hef is very accommodating. Boke, always welcome you with warmth and ensure the coffee is hot and topped up. Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was clean for a 6 yr old hotel with clean tiles, a well-scrubbed shower, and neatly arranged toiletries. Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room during my stay, promptly refreshing the towels, making the bed, and ensuring everything was in order.

チェックイン前に共有部分(プール)のシャワーを使わせていただきました。スタッフは非常に親切で、部屋も清潔でした。１点だけ、部屋のなかに蚊がいたことが残念でした。場所柄全くいないのは難しいのかもしれませんが…。それ以外はとても満足でした。

The heater is difficult to adjust either too hot or too cold. No hand soap. Housekeeping never clean the bathroom properly. The laundry service is terrible. Ordered express laundry to receive same day but till the next day afternooon it wasnt ready. The staff keeps shifting responsibility and kept on saying the laundry service is not provided by hotel but external source. Requested for late checkout and understand it’s subject to availability but the staff’s manner is disappointing. Overall, it wasnt a pleasant stay.

Room 4109 was bigger size with 2 chairs. Room 5106 was smaller size with 1 chair but this room smells like sewer in the bathroom even with the ac and air vent on. Housekeeping didn’t really clean the room, they only tidy the room. There are some toiletries and free 2 bottles of water every day. You can use the refrigerator to keep things cool no charge. There’s hot water kettle and coffee and tea in the room with cups and spoons. Breakfast not too fancy but good. Has swimming pool outside. Staff helpful and you can store your luggage in the hotel if you need to. Walking distance to BTS train and Airlink to airport. Very easy to get around by train. Overall good to stay here.

You can take Bts directly from airport to the hotel that costs 1.5 dollars. Most people do not know that the BTS also offers elevator and escalator on the hotel side but they are near the railroad across the Phaya Thai rd; ask them about it so that you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. The only complaint is the internet, its not easily on in my laptop and I stayed in 4 different hotels during that trip and had no problem at the other 3 hotels.

You can take Bts directly from airport to the hotel that costs 1.5 dollars. Most people do not know that the BTS also offers elevator and escalator on the hotel side but they are near the railroad across the Phaya Thai rd; ask them about it so that you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. The only complaint is the internet, its not easily on in my laptop and I stayed in 4 different hotels during that trip and had no problem at the other 3 hotels.

The staff was very professional, consistently demonstrating a high level of service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, Nis which assisted us was friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries or needs. Responsiveness: The staff responded quickly to any requests.We had issues with the water pressure for the shower and Chop attended to us immediately. When i requested for a later check out, he tried his best to help. I had to use grab delivery to send my lugagge for repair and Patty assisted me without fail. When it was due to be sent back in evening, Chop who was on morning shift handed this info to Patty on the afternoon shift. They helped to store my luggage and when i enquired via email, Patty responded very promptly and assured me my luggage was back. She is very helpful and bubbly, indeed a jem to the hotel. Room Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean upon arrival. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and all surfaces were thoroughly dusted. Breakfast: Always new selection of food and the hef is very accommodating. Boke, always welcome you with warmth and ensure the coffee is hot and topped up. Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was clean for a 6 yr old hotel with clean tiles, a well-scrubbed shower, and neatly arranged toiletries. Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room during my stay, promptly refreshing the towels, making the bed, and ensuring everything was in order.

The heater is difficult to adjust either too hot or too cold. No hand soap. Housekeeping never clean the bathroom properly. The laundry service is terrible. Ordered express laundry to receive same day but till the next day afternooon it wasnt ready. The staff keeps shifting responsibility and kept on saying the laundry service is not provided by hotel but external source. Requested for late checkout and understand it’s subject to availability but the staff’s manner is disappointing. Overall, it wasnt a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel situated up a quiet side alley close to Phaya Thai station. Very convenient for the airport rail link. Large comfortable rooms, great buffet breakfast and very attentive, professional staff. This was our third visit here with the fourth already booked. Highly recommended.

Nice and cozy hotel, clean and quiet environment. 2-3 mins walk to BTS and 3-4 mins walk to MRT. Staff were helpful, polite, friendly and breakfast were decent too. The alley leading to the hotel is quite dark at night but overall it's a very pleasant stay.

Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione dello Sky train e quindi molto comodo da e per l'aeroporto. Hotel nuovissimo con camera super confortevole, colazione buona e abbondante, bella piscina. Con 20 minuti di cammino si arriva a Siam Square considerata il centro di Bangkok, con i suoi enormi centri commerciali , acquario ecc.

Fräscht, litet hotell väldigt centralt. Fräscht, stort rum. Väldigt nära tågstation, trots detta var det hördes inte tågtrafiken. Gångavstånd till tågstation med direkttåg till flygplatsen. Dock väldigt lyhört inne på hotellet, hörde grannar tydligt. Skön säng och kuddar. Tråkigt poolområde, ligger på markplan och är mörkt. Frukosten okej, dock dåligt utbud på pålägg till toast, bara smör och marmelad. Otroligt bra service!

About a 5 min walk to BTS Phaya Thai. Nice hotel decor, modern facilities, very comfortable bed makes for a good night's sleep. Room and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast was very filling, have a choice of Thai food and Western. Staff were very helpful.

Excellent 5 days stay! We received a warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. The room was spacious, spotless, and very clean. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was a real bonus, perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is located in a quiet side street, away from the busy main roads, yet still in a great location: only a 15–20 minute walk (or just 2 BTS stops) from Siam Center and Paragon and MBK shopping malls. Another major advantage is that Phraya Thai Airport Rail Link Station is only 200 meters away, providing a direct connection to Suvarnabhumi Airport in about 30 minutes, with no traffic jams. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
