Rodeway Inn West Point, MS

The hotel was under construction. There was a small parking lot.

The are in the midst of rennovation but it could have been maintained better in the room that wasn't being worked on. I had an issue with my room not being cleaned on Saturday night when I returned from an event. I always request downstairs due to a leg injury but due to the room not being cleaned they gave me another room but it was upstairs. My knee swole and I was in a lot of pain from climbing those 2 flights about 4xs to complete my stay there. I would like either a reimbursement to my card or a free room for my next visit. On my previous visit my husbands phone was stollen and nothing was done about it. Queen Carr-Willis Very unhappy

I really like the new remodeled place nice clean I was really surprised I will stay there again I no there are more motel but really this one it’s 5 star don’t go too the other one I try them before I didn’t like them this one really has a good 5 star for me

The hotel served its basic purpose as a place to stay, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive I can mention. Upon arrival, the property felt noticeably unclean, and even the front doors didn’t fully open, which made for a poor first impression. At one point, a guest was getting her hair done in the lobby, and after kneeling on the floor, her white pants were visibly dirty—this pretty much summed up the condition of the place. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. However, the room view overlooked someone’s backyard with Christmas lights, which was a bit underwhelming. The “continental breakfast” was also disappointing. It’s more of a grab-and-go setup, offering mini muffins, yogurt, a granola bar, and an apple—nothing substantial. Overall, while the staff was great, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel really need improvement.

Perfect location but needs upgrading to bathrooms and bedrooms (outdated)
