Briarcliff Motel

The room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Easy parking, quiet,close to everything. Restaurants within walking distance. They have a pool seasonally and a great view from the back- we have stayed multiple times and have no issues. We will stay again.

Convenient location. Good value. Our unit was "around the back" and it was not clear how to get there. Someone was often in our parking space. The outlet for the heater occasionally disconnected. Still I think it was worth it

Pool on website says it open but it was closed. Property was stunning. Staff was friendly. Rooms were lovely. I took a shower and walked around putting my clothes away. When i sat down my feet were black. I never left the room. I was disgusted.

I was a little worried after reading many negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised and plan to stay here again in the future. We booked a room last-minute and got a good deal. The bathroom was very clean and had a new floor, new sink, and new toilet. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and a wall tile was missing. The room had a good ac unit, a decent little TV, a fridge and a coffee maker. We didn't use the pool but the pool area looked nice.

Just an average bare bones motel room. Towel rack broken. Coffee setup in the lobby unimpressive.

The Briarcliff was the perfect choice for our 1 night in North Conway. Our room faced the pool, for a quick swim, there was a very comfortable King bed, needed after a long drive and was conveniently located next to a great restaurant (Muddy Moose)and Outlet Shopping (Settlers Green). We will definitely stay here again.

Bed was comfortable! Shower was not good. Heated pool was anything but!

The Briarcliff was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The staff, especially the woman at the front desk was so friendly, helpful & accommodating. The property was very clean & beautifully decorated with hanging flowers everywhere, a really nice touch. This is my second time stay, first was in the winter & it was great then too. Will definitely book when I’m in the area again. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable place to stay, and an incredible value, compared to other choices in the area, that can be 3-4x more expensive. Comfortable bed, sparkling clean bathroom, plenty of TV stations. I will definitely return anytime busines brings me through Conway.

Nicely renovated, clean

10/10 this is a family run motel. White clean and cute with flowers out front. One of the cleanest rooms we’ve had in our journeys.

The property itself was in dire need of upgrade. The furniture was stained and filthy. The sheets were dirty. We had to switch to another room, had the same problem. The frame to the bathroom doors are broken. The internet does not work. The best part of staying there was leaving. This was gross.

Clean room great stay!

Staffs are friendly and nice. However sheets and pillowcases were old and apparently haven’t bleached for a long time. Bath curtain was short and water was in bathroom floor after the shower.

Front office staff was very nice and friendly. Room seemed clean but shower curtain was falling apart, and stained. Room was very small, and so was bathroom. Heard room above us walking around.

It felt dirty! Like i needed a shower B4 during and after!

Room was outdated

Great location for shopping. The room itself was lacking. Heat was unbearable (close to 80*), air conditioner did not work properly, needed to prop door open during the night to cool down. Front window would not open. Back window would not lock. Road at back of building was loud.

It was a good hotel. Our room had an enclosed balcony looking out at the mountains. The balcony had a table and two chairs.

Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi poor. Room needed repairs. Tv was small.

It was...ok. It was clean. Check-in/out was quick and easy. Bathroom was sort of remodeled. Water was hot. Area was quiet considering the location on main rd. Room was pretty...well, NOT pretty. Badly in need of updating. Wi-Fi was terrible. For price it was just ok.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the room has some issues. The front door lock is so loose and outdated that I didn’t leave anything valuable in the room. The windows are fairly new but whoever installed them didn’t do a proper measurement of the window frame so over time the upper and lower windows just don’t lineup so a guest cannot get them to lock for security. The bathroom was nicer but again the door knob was so old that it actually didn’t work properly and my wife got stuck in the bathroom, I had to open the door from my side of the door to get her out. Lol I missed my opportunity for a real vacation. I informed the staff about the bathroom door knob and they did offer to fix it right away but I was only staying overnight and told them that they could fix it when I checked out. The bedroom night stand lamp was missing one of the two light bulbs that it was designed to use and the standing lamp didn’t work at all. The overhead recessed lights worked perfectly and had no issues. I did not stay in a room with a view so I couldn’t give you a review about that. Other than that it’s about what a person should expect for the price per room per night. It’s very close to many area attractions and was very clean with friendly staff. I’m a security nut and unfortunately I probably will not stay here again until those issues have been corrected, which is sad because it’s a very nice location and very nice staff.

The room was not big enough for 4 adults. We had paid for Queen beds, I believe they were full size. 4 adults not very comfortable to do anything but lay in bed.

The place was fine, and the room was clean. The only problem that we had was the window . The window could not be locked which is a security issue because you cannot get the two window panes to meet in order to lock the window.

Staffer acted strangely, laughing to himself and staring, forgot to give me room key. Bad wifi compounds weak cell service. Bathroom shower grab bar broken. Otherwise nice enough for the price

The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. The staff (young man) was kind and very pleasant to talk too.

Worst welcome ever

It was a easy check in and easy check out. Accesible from the road and clean.

The room was neglected. We were there 3 long nights. Housekeeping came once, even though we hung the sign in the door handle. We called the motel 8 times on our way there, left a VM, never answered. Got there, manin the office said "sorry".No explanation.

Check in was a quick and easy experience, room was clean and stocked as expected. We needed a couple extra towels and front desk was happy to help us out. I would stay here again in the future.

We always love to stay at this place because it’s friendly and is close to the downtown. Muddy Moose is amazing to eat and is a simple walk back.

Conway is a great little town. This was a great way to enjoy the town and everything it has to offer. Very close to great food, shopping, and ski slopes. Made for a perfect stay as we made our way from ski resort to ski resort.
