Really loved the property! Admittedly I am a bit biased as it is right in the heart of all the best shopping in Naples and I do loovvee to shop! :) The room was really great. very spacious, had a large bed, plus a couch that I believe pulls out to another bed if needed (we didn't use it as we were only there for 1 night), there was a safe in the room, free coffee/ tea & great water pressure in the shower. It's very naturally bright in the room we had as well which is one of my favorite things! My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!! Mario was prompt and readily available if we needed him, the space was very clean and the balcony overlooks a gorgeous view of the Galleria Umberto I which was built in the late 1800s and is even a World Heritage Site (fun fact)! There's loads of dining and shopping nearby/ walking distance and the free breakfast was a nice added bonus. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here on your trip to Naples!

We stayed 2 nights with my family in this small hotel. The hotel was in a good location and the host was helpful and nice. But the room had ants on the floor which was not nice, it was difficult to sleep in the hotel because of the noise coming from outside and the breakfast was bad.

We knew it was difficult to find. However when we did find it, we could not contact anyone on the intercom. It was a very odd situation with no lobby, only a building door in a small interior courtyard for cars. Finally someone answered the buzzer but still no communication. When the clerk appeared we did not feel welcomed and he spoke no English. Our room was large but awkwardly appointed with bad lighting but a comfortable bed. The shower was a tiny and prefab and the plastic soap dispenser broke upon trying to use it. We were given a huge pile of keys which all went to different things- our room, the elevator, door at the lobby and the gate to the courtyard.

Beliggenheden er fin, meget central og i gåafstand til alt. Der var ingen i receptionen under vores ophold med 3 overnatninger. Sengen var forfærdelig, trænger til ny madras. Ingen bodylotion, selvom der stod, det skulle være der. Vinduer åbner ud til flot galleri med støj, ikke til frisk luft. Dyrt ift. standarden generelt.

excellent choice of location for visiting Naples and its surroundings. The rooms all overlook the Galleria Umberto...incredible view!❤️! The breakfast is delicious with a nice choice of pastries. Coffre, chocolaté, water always available. The staff is very nice. Mario and Peter welcomed us with sympathy and recommended places and restaurants in Naples. I recommend Maison Toledo 210 for visir’ting Naples. excellent choix d'emplacement pour visiter Naples et ses environs. Les chambres donnent toutes sur la Galleria Umberto... une vue incroyable !❤️ ! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec un beau choix de viennoiseries. Coffre, chocolat, eau toujours à disposition. Le personnel est très gentil. We loved that the hotel is in the city center, walkable to everything, 1 to 5 min walk to the the main attractions and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Also gelatos near by. The only problem we had was not being able to get in the hotel for almost an hour. :((. We were busy trying to find transportation to the hotel from Naples and the hotel called us to confirm of our arrival time during that chaotic time. So we missed his calls/messages on what’s app when we arrived to airport. Wish they could have messaged a day before to let us know instructions how to get in at check in. We arrived after 5 pm and you have to buzz in but there are many buttons so you have to know which button is the correct one. They did compensated us to a bigger room, which we were happy about bc the smaller room with the bunk beds was small, it didn’t feel like a welcoming room. Don’t purchase the small rooms. But the bigger rooms are nice and great views from the balcony in either rooms. Thank you for a kind and patient customer service. I also read in reviews it was loud at night to sleep but there were no noise at all. Slept peacefully. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak English, but used Google Translator. -Entrance is a little tricky. Enter next to/under Zara. Then turn left up 2 steps where there is a security guard. Elevator up, go left, then right, then left again. Entrance is on the right. Look for the signs on the wall. Small reception area. You will receive many keys! Free wifi.

Cons 6 keys to memorize (key for building entrance, key for elevator halls, key for elevator, key for unit compartment, key for room, and key for safe box) <- this I can understand because this building is very old. But, Uncomfortable bed, No amenities (no shampoo, no lotion, no other amenities that other normal hotels have), No paper tissue (Kleenex), No sleepers -> so disappointed for 200 euros per night.

l'emplacement, près du metro, du funiculaire, du quartier espagnole, des différentes places, de la via Toledo, et de la galerie Umberto est ce que nous avons le plus apprécié. Par contre le bruit lors de l'évacuation des toilettes et de l'utilisation de l'eau chaude est un peu gênant. Au point, qui ne concerne pas l'appartement, mais le transport par AIR FRANCE, est l'impossibilité d'avoir un horaire fiable pour le vol du retour ! (cf. mail Expédia et AIR FRANCE du 21/05) motif nouvel horaire de vol, 18h55 au lieu de 18h15 ... mais qui en fait était inchangé, nous avons failli manqué l'avion ! Même à l'aéroport les 2 horaires étaient indiqués : On time 18h55; Expected 18h15 ... Et il est parti à 18h15 !!!

Bed was firm new and amazing. Air conditioning got super cold super fast- even better than American hotels. Friendly staff. The best part was it felt like home with inner dining and kitchen and balcony. I extended my trip because of the comfort!

El hotel no se parece a las fotos. No hay alguien en recepción constantemente. El baño hace mucho ruido y no creo que valga el precio. Está bien ubicado.

Beliggenheden er fin, meget central og i gåafstand til alt. Der var ingen i receptionen under vores ophold med 3 overnatninger. Sengen var forfærdelig, trænger til ny madras. Ingen bodylotion, selvom der stod, det skulle være der. Vinduer åbner ud til flot galleri med støj, ikke til frisk luft. Dyrt ift. standarden generelt.

We loved that the hotel is in the city center, walkable to everything, 1 to 5 min walk to the the main attractions and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Also gelatos near by. The only problem we had was not being able to get in the hotel for almost an hour. :((. We were busy trying to find transportation to the hotel from Naples and the hotel called us to confirm of our arrival time during that chaotic time. So we missed his calls/messages on what’s app when we arrived to airport. Wish they could have messaged a day before to let us know instructions how to get in at check in. We arrived after 5 pm and you have to buzz in but there are many buttons so you have to know which button is the correct one. They did compensated us to a bigger room, which we were happy about bc the smaller room with the bunk beds was small, it didn’t feel like a welcoming room. Don’t purchase the small rooms. But the bigger rooms are nice and great views from the balcony in either rooms. Thank you for a kind and patient customer service. I also read in reviews it was loud at night to sleep but there were no noise at all. Slept peacefully. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

GEREMIA, the doorkeeper is a superb addition to Mansion Toledo. He carries the True, Warm Neapolitan Hospitality to all the Guest. Quite and affordable B&B located in an early 20th century building integrated into the Galleria Umberto, iconic landmark in the entireItalian Peninsula. I loved my room with a view with a balcony opening up into the actually Galleria it was like sleeping in a part of the Great Neapolitan History.

We knew it was difficult to find. However when we did find it, we could not contact anyone on the intercom. It was a very odd situation with no lobby, only a building door in a small interior courtyard for cars. Finally someone answered the buzzer but still no communication. When the clerk appeared we did not feel welcomed and he spoke no English. Our room was large but awkwardly appointed with bad lighting but a comfortable bed. The shower was a tiny and prefab and the plastic soap dispenser broke upon trying to use it. We were given a huge pile of keys which all went to different things- our room, the elevator, door at the lobby and the gate to the courtyard.

Amazing location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Near tonnes of restaurants, clothes shopping and sites. We really got to experience the heart of Naples. Make sure to ask taxi to be dropped off near Galleria Toledo. There is a taxi stand at 5 minute walk. I was surprised by the entrance but my friend told me that is normal for Naples and the security guard was a plus. Very safe. We will be back.

Really loved the property! Admittedly I am a bit biased as it is right in the heart of all the best shopping in Naples and I do loovvee to shop! :) The room was really great. very spacious, had a large bed, plus a couch that I believe pulls out to another bed if needed (we didn't use it as we were only there for 1 night), there was a safe in the room, free coffee/ tea & great water pressure in the shower. It's very naturally bright in the room we had as well which is one of my favorite things! My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!! Mario was prompt and readily available if we needed him, the space was very clean and the balcony overlooks a gorgeous view of the Galleria Umberto I which was built in the late 1800s and is even a World Heritage Site (fun fact)! There's loads of dining and shopping nearby/ walking distance and the free breakfast was a nice added bonus. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here on your trip to Naples!

Coffre, chocolaté, water always available. The staff is very nice. Mario and Peter welcomed us with sympathy and recommended places and restaurants in Naples. Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak English, but used Google Translator. -Entrance is a little tricky. Enter next to/under Zara. Then turn left up 2 steps where there is a security guard. Elevator up, go left, then right, then left again. Entrance is on the right. Look for the signs on the wall. Small reception area. You will receive many keys! Free wifi.

l'emplacement, près du metro, du funiculaire, du quartier espagnole, des différentes places, de la via Toledo, et de la galerie Umberto est ce que nous avons le plus apprécié. Par contre le bruit lors de l'évacuation des toilettes et de l'utilisation de l'eau chaude est un peu gênant. Au point, qui ne concerne pas l'appartement, mais le transport par AIR FRANCE, est l'impossibilité d'avoir un horaire fiable pour le vol du retour ! (cf. mail Expédia et AIR FRANCE du 21/05) motif nouvel horaire de vol, 18h55 au lieu de 18h15 ... mais qui en fait était inchangé, nous avons failli manqué l'avion ! Même à l'aéroport les 2 horaires étaient indiqués : On time 18h55; Expected 18h15 ... Et il est parti à 18h15 !!!

We stayed 2 nights with my family in this small hotel. The hotel was in a good location and the host was helpful and nice. But the room had ants on the floor which was not nice, it was difficult to sleep in the hotel because of the noise coming from outside and the breakfast was bad.

Posizione ottima per girare a piedi la città. Il personale è molto gentile. Purtroppo la struttura è molto datata. I bagni sono ricavati all’interno della camera e ogni volta che si utilizza l’acqua parte una pompa molto rumorosa che può disturbare chi sta dormendo. La colazione, senza infamia e senza lode, è servita al bar dentro la galleria da personale non proprio accogliente.

위치가 완전 최고에요. 근데 침구에서 약간 냄새가 나서 힘들었어요. 실제는 사진보다 오래된 느낌이에요. 특히 바닥이 좀 깨끗한 느낌이 덜 해요. 정수기가 있지만 정수기물 마시고 배탈이 났어요. 생수를 주시는게 훨씬 좋을것 같아요. 중간에 정전이 됐지만 약 2시간 안에 해결해 주셨어요.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Sterne Die Maison Toledo in Neapel ist einfach hervorragend! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Neapel zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Mario: Seine Informationen und Wegbeschreibungen waren absolut weltklasse. Er ist äußerst freundlich, kompetent und immer hilfsbereit, sodass man sich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben fühlt. Auch Imma die Reinigungsfee ist ein echter Segen für alle Gäste. Alles war jederzeit sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens organisiert. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Service, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den großartigen Aufenthalt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Neapel zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Mario: Seine Informationen und Wegbeschreibungen waren absolut weltklasse. Er ist äußerst freundlich, kompetent und immer hilfsbereit, sodass man sich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben fühlt. Auch Imma die Reinigungsfee ist ein echter Segen für alle Gäste. Alles war jederzeit sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens organisiert. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Service, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den großartigen Aufenthalt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Well sized rooms overlooking Galleria Umberto. A useful communal area with coffee machine, seating and access to a small balcony area. We were not sure about having breakfast tickets for a cafe in the Galleria - but it worked really well, the pastries were always fresh and the coffee good. And there was the possibility to add items for those with larger appetites. Mario was very helpful and made some great recommendations for for eating out. would definitely recommend
