Huge and beautiful hotel, we loved it, I wished that there was a convenient store on the property to buy something’s we needed or wanted. There wasn’t much food options for kids, the choices for a real meal is a very pricy buffet (looks good but too expensive for picky eaters), Chinese food (tasty), and expensive “western” restaurant on the 23rd floor (good, but again, expensive). I wish that the Japanese restaurant was still open. The hanok cafe was gorgeous. Rooms were great. Two twins were spacious enough for a small family. Great overall, and we will definitely be back.

Good quality of room with kind housekeepers. But, front desk managers are not kind. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not free. No convenience store near or inside the hotel. Hotel dishes are not bad, but they are quite expensive (more than three times compared to those of local restaurants).
