This hotel was very nice and clean, excellent staff. The only part I did not like was that it does not come with breakfast. You must pay $18 per person every day for breakfast which I have never heard of before. It got quite expensive but there aren't a ton of other options unless you want Juici Patti for breakfast and don't mind walking a few blocks to get to it. Emancipation Park was nice but only worth about 15 minutes of your time. Local Kingston culture is what you will find surrounding this area. The hotel is safe and has convenient parking with a 24/7 watchman.

The location was excellent. Front desk check in was awesome too. The bar didn’t have any rum at all for drinks. I found that odd seeing that there’s so much rum in Jamaica. I tried ordering chicken tenders for my daughter off the menu and they didn’t have any. This was around 5pm and not late. The room was clean The women’s restroom by the pool/patio was infested with mosquitos. They were everywhere.

Whenever I showered, the water did not go into the drain, but onto the floor in the bathroom. Therefore, I had to spread towels on the floor. As a result, I walked on a damped towel daily. When I requested to change my room, the employee Asia informed me that all the bathrooms had the same drain issue as mine.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Courtyard by Marriott. While the hosting provided by the hotel was commendable, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff for the checking in and felt well welcome. The room was clean, silent, and comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities (including iron). The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my visit. However, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with the bread, ham, and cheese at the breakfast offerings. A tip to the staff at breakfast is to smile more. Despite the breakfast experience, I found the rest of my stay at Marriott Courtyard enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to the positive aspects of my stay. In conclusion, while my time at the Hotel had its ups and downs, I cannot overlook the commendable hosting provided by the hotel.

All the staff is so nice and sweet and very professional. The food was amazing the chef and the server are amazing and housekeeping are really sweet they made me felt really welcome. I was really sad to leave to go back home but I highly recommend staying here

The property is ok, Location not the best, issues with safety walking out of the property. Food choices were poor, deliver and quality poor. Over priced for that area. Not a good representation of the Marriott brand.

The hotel was very nice, however I find the dining staffs need customer service training. My friend and I went down to get breakfast, Jamaican foods were missing, so my friend went outside and bought Jamaican food. I bought 2 coffees from the hotel and sat down to drink my coffee, when a staff came over and told us he cannot eat there, even though the area was empty. I reminded her I just bought the coffee from there, she said we can drink the coffee but not eat there. We moved to the lobby area where the coffee condiments were not on the table. after that we started eating at the Spanish court hotel where the service was much better.

Clean and comfortable. Staff members were very friendly and professional. Food was good though some items would run out. Very convenient location. Park across the street but also has a gym on site. Enjoyable stay.

I stayed at the hotel for a special event. Upon arriving, there was a wait time to clear the room. This is not all-inclusive, so be aware you will have to pay for food in the hotel. Honestly, just get food locally; it’s cheaper and better. The hotel food was decent but not worth the price. The room are nice and clean. Overall the hotel is safe and comfortable especially for solo or business travelers .

This hotel was very nice and clean, excellent staff. The only part I did not like was that it does not come with breakfast. You must pay $18 per person every day for breakfast which I have never heard of before. It got quite expensive but there aren't a ton of other options unless you want Juici Patti for breakfast and don't mind walking a few blocks to get to it. Emancipation Park was nice but only worth about 15 minutes of your time. Local Kingston culture is what you will find surrounding this area. The hotel is safe and has convenient parking with a 24/7 watchman.

Perfect stay starting with Rachel at the front desk. Parking was easy, everyone there was very nice and treated my family well. Will be back again this year. Food at the was hotel was also very good.

The location was excellent. Front desk check in was awesome too. The bar didn’t have any rum at all for drinks. I found that odd seeing that there’s so much rum in Jamaica. I tried ordering chicken tenders for my daughter off the menu and they didn’t have any. This was around 5pm and not late. The room was clean The women’s restroom by the pool/patio was infested with mosquitos. They were everywhere.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the view overlooking the city, and easy access to Emancipation Park. We highly recommend this hotel!

My flight was canceled. The first night of arrival I called the hotel to let them know. Do not cancel my stay. I will be there the next day. They still canceled it regardless that I spoke to a worker and they said they would not cancel it. I had a three hour bus ride to the location and had nowhere to stay due to them not following through.

The furnitures were old and outdated. The staff was not friendly. There were no service at nights. For example when I ask the night front desk for a bottle of water I was told I could not get the bottled water until the moning and no one sent me water the next morning. The same thing happned when i ask for a towel at night and noone bring the towel the next moning. The cleaning staff was not happy when I told her to come back later she rolled her eyes and mumbled her displeasure under her breathe

Excellent place to stay in Kingston. Our second time there and we truly enjoyed the property. And, oh the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Looking forward to our next stay.
