It is unfortunate that the shuttle bus from the airport did not come after an hour and a half of waiting. I think it was in service, but I could not find it, probably because it was crowded. I think it would be better if the shuttle bus stopped at the pick-up point for 5 minutes or so, and if it called out to the bus driver or other staff, there would be no one who missed the bus.

Room was nice. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Pool was nice. Gym wasn't a gym, it was a storage of broken equipment. Clearly the machines are not maintained at all. It was one of my main reasons for this accomodation choice, and it was a total lie. It added significantly to the costs of accomodation, having to work out at near by commercial gym. You can't really tell you have a gym, if every machine is broken!

This is a great hotel across the street from the airport but the airport shuttle is not always reliable. (Think of the worst traffic you have ever been; things don't work smoothly.) We walked what Google indicated would be 10 minutes to the hotel. But there is a fence around the Bali airport, following the map is complicated, and you have to walk a block on a main road with no sidewalk. I'm not saying don't do it if you have a problem with hotel pick-up, I'm saying be aware of what you are doing, and stop often to ask for directions.

So convenient. Despite what some taxi drivers may tell you, the hotel does pick up at the airport every hour 24/7...free of charge. The hotel is right next to the airport, but still quiet. Great amenities, pool and the cafe food is delicious.

Stay just to wait for my flight. Room is very basic, but there are a nice restaurant and massage/spa in the hotel. The location is very close to airport and they provide transport to and from the airport, international and domestic terminal every hour, this is a very helpful for traveler. They also allow to stay for 7 hours, but need to book direct.

Very convenient airport hotel perfect for before or after a flight. Shuttle service runs promptly on an hourly basis. Restaurant is open 24 hours. Pleasant bar and swimming pool. Rooms small but well appointed. Would definitely use again

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made my stay better. Room service was quick even though the food was not the best. The hotel was dated and dirty. The kettle had debris in it and everything had dust on it. There was a dead bug under the glass of my desk and sticky smudges on top. The bathroom did not come with washcloths. Just a heads up. But the customer service mostly made up for everything. The pool and gym were nice. If you need somewhere convenient before your flight, it's ok. I would not recommend it for any other reason.

This is an excellent little hotel very close to the airport. The staff is so nice and the place was so clean. Exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for easy access to the airport.

The staff who checked in for us was very nice and friendly. The luggage was also delivered by the security professionally. However, our rooms 318 and 319 were very noisy in the evening because it’s by the street and the window of 319 couldn’t be closed properly. There was a huge gap on the window. Swimming pool was very shallow. It might be for kids only. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff who checked out for us was very cold. Maybe it’s too early. The highlight I want to mention was the free airport transportation and take away breakfast that I asked for. It’s ok but not worth the money.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. We had a very big comfortable bed with lots of pillows. There was one chair in the room with a long desk. We ordered room service (which was very fast), and they provided us with a second chair. I travel with medication that needs to be refrigerated and ice packs that need to be frozen. The room had a small fridge (all we needed) and a small freezer compartnent, perfect for my ice packs. Lastly, they were very helpful with our luggage to and from the room to the shuttle.

Very friendly staff. Despite this hotel being almost at the airport, we didnt hear any jet noise. The beds are typical SE Asian, on the hard side. Makes for an early breakfast. The breakfast buffet had quite the variety and was tasty.

Shuttle pick up should be once every hour, driver bypassed domestic twice, saw the van sped passed even thought text reply from front desk confirm specific pick up time. After numerous further text complaints and waited for one and half hour, driver finally come without apology. At check in, front desk never mentioned the pick up delay. Never use Harris again. I was given a side room next to street without elevator, safe was malfunction before arrival, i have two luggages had to be carried by myself up the stairs while rest of hotel has elevator. I am 60 , seems like front desk intentionally pay back for my pick up delay complaint, Terrible hotel service…..

We used Harris hotel as a transit hotel prior to our late night flight. Really impressed by the staff, service, cleanliness and standard of the hotel, and if I come to Bali again will definitely stay more days in this lovely hotel. Staff went over and beyond in their service and helpfulness. Free shuttle service to airport really good ( I had to take my partner to the airport first before my flight and return to the hotel, and again later for my own flight - it wasn’t a problem at all using the shuttle service so many times. The shuttle crew even did a special trip to take my partner as we missed the scheduled trip. Awesome service)!

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the free transport from/to the airport and the free breakfast (although change in one or two of the hot meals would be excellent). Bad experience: I reserved two rooms because originally we were a party of four. Unfortunately one guest was not able to travel with us. We arrived at the hotel about 3:00 PM June 27 (check in time is 2:00 PM) and no rooms were available. One room was became available after 20 minutes. After we settled in the room, I came to realize that the one room is enough for the three of us and since our departure from Bali is on June 29 at 1 PM, it would be more convenient to have the one room for extended stay on the 28th. I went to the front desk and requested to just keep the other room for the 28th instead of having two room for that night since it was not yet available anyway. The front desk refused and gave the lame excuse that the reservation was online, he cold not accommodate the request. I then requested for a late check out considering that the availability of the rooms were late. I was only given 1 hour late check-out despite the more than 2 hours delay of availability of one room. What was the hotel going to loose in accommodating my request?

We stayed here for 2 nights before or flight back to Vancouver. Very good option as it’s very close to the airport and has a free shuttle to and from the airport mind you a grab taxi is only $2. The hotel had a courtyard function that was going to be a bit noisy and we were in the courtyard. They offered us an upgrade to a room in a quieter location It was perfect. We would stay here again for a night or two

We had a late arrival so decided on a one night stay for convenience. We were very happy with our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Having the free airport shuttle was really great too. It’s in a more local area as opposed to a tourist area but we found the walk to Jl Kartikq Plaza to be quick and easy. Short walk to Jerman Beach too. Would stay again

Really not happy. Restaurant gave me stale rice. Tried to fix it by making dish again and just mixed more stale rice with good rice. Absolutely disgusting, thats how you give guests food poisoning. You kindly didnt charge me for the meal because you knew what your restaurant staff were doing!

We stayed there the night before the airport and it did the job. We had dinner there and the portions were very small and bland and there were no other restaurants around. The staff were so lovely and accommodating.
