The sales manager worked all weekend. He was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good and a nice pool area. It may could use more parking unless there is a overflow lot. Great location!

The staff was nice but as i walked to my 3rd floor room there was the scent of vomit by the elevator. Stayed one day and then had to find a new place to stay due to an electrical fire. Sent in a refund and have not seen it yet.

I didn’t like the property at all, booked a 4 night stay in this hotel and there was no pillows for my kids, the pool was closed which my kids was looking forward too being that it was in the 90’s out there. My wife also got bit by a bed bug please stay away from this hotel . This hotel is very nasty and dirty and this is unacceptable

This is a very noisy place to stay. You will need ear plugs if you plan to sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations in the next room. If you are on the bottom floor you will hear thumping of foot traffic from upstairs all night. And slamming of doors every five minutes. Our bathroom was very dirty. The door had ground in dirt and dust all over it. Clearly the place is only cleaned to a bare minimum. The carpets are very stained also. There was basically no breakfast items available when we stayed. Not even a tea bag!!! I paid for a place that had breakfast. This place was absolutely terrible. I was told they had delivery issues so their breakfast items were not available. Perhaps take breakfast OFF your list of services so guests are not inconvenienced. The corridor stank of weed from undesirable individuals lurking around the back entrance and parking lot. Big waste of money!!

The hotel was okay. The staff was very accommodating and understanding. Sometimes that’s what is needed to make some reviews better. One thing that I could not understand if I am on the second floor. The doors are not closed off at the bottom and we had a cockroach roach that came into our room. I do understand they have them in the area, but how does it get to your room on the 2nd floor.

My overall experience was incredible like it is every time I stay at Comfort Suites near Camp Lejeune. The only issue I had this time around was the people around me. The doors to the rooms are heavy so if you let them go they will slam, and the people across the hall from me and the people next door to me were constantly letting the doors slam. Around eight am there was nonstop door slamming and the people above me on the third floor were making a lot of noise as well. I understand that this is a hotel and there will be noise but it was nonstop from eight am until 11:45 pm. I've never had this problem before on any of my other stays here so it was just a bit of an annoyance after the first few hours. Other than those around me the rest of my stay was top-tier as always.

It was a awesome stay with awesome breakfast until housekeeping lied and said they can’t come in your room with the do not disturb sign on the door but then came back and said they got a report of a broken window and that we were smoking in the room. We were on our way to church when the police were called. I will NEVER stay here again. I don’t appreciate being excused of something I didn’t do especially when it was me and my children in the room, one who is diagnosed with asthma.

I could not get over how friendly the entire staff was! Even though we arrived late the girl at check in was cheerful and all smiles! The room was so clean and bed was so comfortable! A housekeeper saw me gathering trash from my vehicle and ran over to take care of it for me! Breakfast was well stocked and delicious! The breakfast attendant was friendly and attentive! Happy, perky guy at checkout! Every single person greeted us with a jolly good morning/evening!

There was basically no breakfast items available when we stayed. Not even a tea bag!!! I paid for a place that had breakfast. This place was absolutely terrible. I was told they had delivery issues so their breakfast items were not available. Perhaps take breakfast OFF your list of services so guests are not inconvenienced. The corridor stank of weed from undesirable individuals lurking around the back entrance and parking lot. Big waste of money!!

The sales manager worked all weekend. He was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good and a nice pool area. It may could use more parking unless there is a overflow lot. Great location!

Not a bad place to stay location is near everything you could ask for. Only complaint is there are no quarters availble on site to do the laundry. Had to drive a mile to a gas station to get them to be able to finish laundry

This is a very noisy place to stay. You will need ear plugs if you plan to sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations in the next room. If you are on the bottom floor you will hear thumping of foot traffic from upstairs all night. And slamming of doors every five minutes. Our bathroom was very dirty. Would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty and dusty with cobwebs on the lamp shade and on headboard of the bed . The hotel smelled liked pot . And the breakfast was the worst I have ever had.

The breakfast buffet was poorly staffed and by 730 had hardly any eggs and some other food items left. Eggs were not warm. Apparently the food is put out around 630 and that is it for the entire breakfast.

First off, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. To make matters worse, as soon as you step inside the front entrance, you are hit with an awkward, foul odor that immediately makes you regret booking. When we walked up to check in, there was a guest being assisted in front of us. Rather than receiving a professional, polite welcome, the woman at the front desk blurted out, "Hold on, let me finish helping him." Not a "Welcome," not a "We’ll be right with you" just complete rudeness right out of the gate. Room 1: Filthy, Unmade, and Unsanitary We got checked in and went up to our room. Like I do at every single hotel I stay at, I immediately pulled out my disinfectant spray to sanitize the surfaces. That’s when the nightmare truly began: The Refrigerator: I opened the mini-fridge and almost vomited on the spot. It was beyond filthy, covered in grime and gross buildup. The Beds: The beds were completely unmade and covered in hair. It looked like someone had just rolled out of them and management didn't even bother to send housekeeping in. My husband actually started trying to clean out the fridge himself, but I said ABSOLUTELY NOT. We are paying customers celebrating our daughter’s special day we should not be sanitizing hotel biohazards! YES, I TOOK PICTURES FOR PROOF OF EVERYTHING. Toilet had a leak floor always covered in water. Children running up and down hallway at midnight screaming. Sketchy people coming and going or hanging out in the parking lot. Doesn’t appear to be a safe place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property
