Vi ankom etter stengetid, men dette var ikke noe problem. Nøklene ble levert til en bar vedsiden. Kommunikasjon og alt fungerte veldig bra

Room needs attention (water damage on the base boards, shower head leaking, sheets were stained, exposed wires in the bathroom by the shower window). Hotel hard to find from courtyard. Told it was on the 3rd floor but really on 2nd floor and then had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. This hotel is not good for anyone with physical impairments. Main lobby was cluttered. Wifi was spotty. Had to catch an early flight and did not sleep due to noise of traffic, honking, people yelling, and other guests entering their rooms. Was not there long enough to have breakfast, but the seating area was cluttered with boxes. The positives: Room had a nice view of the castle. Recommendations: This hotel should have better signage in the courtyard or provide instructions of how to get up to the lobby. It should also let people know not easy access for those with disability.

We stayed in the junior suite, staff were brilliant, very friendly also the staff in the cafe below. Breakfast to the room was great, our room was amazing with hot tub. Location also fabulous. Thank you Carten staff.
