MONT SAINT MICHEL BEI 2 KILOMETERN

Grundsätzlich war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten uns allerdings von den Fotos leiten lassen und sind von einem Haus und einem Schlafzimmer mehr ausgegangen. Es ist innerhalb des Hauses sehr hellhörig und wir hatten die Wohnung unten, sodass man von oben jeden Schritt hört. Das Grundstück ist leider offen (kein Tor), das ist mit Hund etwas doof. Und die Fahrräder sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Wir hätten es als Wohnung für den Preis nicht gemietet! Was auch noch wichtig zu wissen ist, daß das Bad/ die Toilette von einer für geräuschempfindliche Menschen unangenehm rauschenden Lüftung bedient wird, auch nachts. Zum Schluss noch anzumerken wäre, dass um die Ecke der Bus für 3,10€ direkt zum Mont Saint Michel fährt

Situation : exeptionnelle. Idéale pour partir vers le mont st michel à pied, point de départ idéal pour visiter le sud Normandie et le nord ouest breton.Logement : Personnes sensibles aux chants de coq, peut être en tenir compte. Matelas dur. Une location de vélos sur place est possible. Propriétaire réactif, sympathique et orientant vers les endroits de visite et vers les commerces intéressants. (Boulangerie, épicerie, magasin de souvenirs, restaurant,….Suivre ses conseils est une valeur sure.

The only negative relating to this stay was the weather, and we don’t hold the VRBO manager responsible for that. And the weather could have been much worse. It was really just a little too cold for those of us from Hawaii. Hundreds, perhaps thousands, braved the cold to walk out to Mont St Michel, and there were people wading in the water to the side of the raised road and walkway. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the recommended restaurant just across the street in front of our house. The house, itself, was very well appointed with everything that we needed. With the manager living right next door, there would have been no problem getting assistance if we needed help with anything, but everything worked just fine. The WiFi was a little bit weak in the house, but it worked. It did work better at the table just outside the back door, since the router is set up on that side of the house. I would say that we hope to return some day, but at 76, living in Hawaii, that is a fairly unrealistic wish.

La location est superbe, tant dans la rénovation que dans l'équipement proposé. Idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pieds (boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants.... et le Mont Saint Michel bien entendu). Ajouté à cela un propriétaire hyper sympathique et votre séjour est génial.
