The hotel is about 10 suites located in the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavík. With full length windows, you get to see amazing skyline views of the city. Check-in process is easy, for us we got a code since we were arriving around 12am. Parking is free. The location is little outside of downtown of Reykjavík, about 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. But there are bus stop right next to the hotel. The room is gorgeous. It’s spacious with a bar like high desk behind the bed. Huge closet to put and hang all the stuff. The bathroom has separate standing shower, and a hot tub. It also has full length window to enjoy the skyline while soaking in the tub. They provide free breakfast, pretty decent for a free one. It has variety of items like bread, cheese, fruits, cereal, eggs, milk, cucumber and avocado. They confirm breakfast time the day before, and bring it to the room in a trolley. There’s a common area in the middle of the floor to get drinks, ice, snacks, coffee, water and tea. There couches and high tables to hang out and enjoy the Reykjavík skyline. Overall we loved the hotel and their service. It was almost self-serve, and we liked that experience.

This suite provides the highest view of the capital. The room Ian’s lobby are modern Scandinavian style. The breakfast delivered to room was an unexpected bonus. The lobby is undergoing some renovation so that is the only minus. We parked in slots right outside this building only to discover later we got parking tickets. It was later explained that you can park across the street in the residential area for free. This really should be explained at check-in.

Tower Suites is up there on the best places we've stayed on a vacation anywhere. Great staff, top notch suites, the breakfast daily is an absolute treat. The views speak by themselves at the 20th floor. The honesty bar is a cool way of making a full size bar available to anyone to mix their own drinks. 5/5.

Truly an exceptional experience. Staff was extremely helpful and positive. They made a consistent effort to be of service...making an extra effort to allow early check-in after a long and tiring international flight. Great amenities in the common lounge used by only 8 suites. Only issue is that it is difficult to find--not well marked outside, so recommend calling for instructions on how to find at street level.

Parking was very confusing as the hotel doesnt have its named displayed from the road. Also it is in a building with a lot of other businesses and the underground parking is a nightmare. Also our TV did not work with apple cast and there were only 10 stations available. The property looks very nice but for the price I had hoped for closer to perfection.

Wonderful place. Great care team. We were met at the parking lot and our luggage was taken upstairs by the host. Delicious breakfast every morning to the room. Comfortable bed ( firm), blackkout curtains, great rest every night, which was important as I was driving a lot during the day. Quiet, clean and spacious room with an outstanding view at the city. Highly Recommend Tower suites to travelers.

Absolutely stunning suite. Extremely large room with a big comfortable bed and gorgeous ensuite. The ceiling to floor windows made the view spectacular. The whole suite was spotless and the large, freestanding pebble bath was definitely a highlight.

Séjour correct, chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner et vue magnifique. La responsable de l'accueil est très sympathique et serviable. En revanche, l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plus un appart hôtel avec concierge par conséquent il ne faut pas s'attendre à la même chose (pas de room service la nuit, pas de choix dans les menus, etc.).

We came in after 5:00 pm and there was no one at reception upon entering the building. Fortunately the receptionist upstairs checked her email after a while and came down to get us. She was very polite. The room had spectacular views and was very clean.

Nice and quiet place.It’s not hotel it’s more just suite rooms of top floor on the business plaza.Just one floor all rooms and small lobby area.Beautiful view and delicious breakfast.Nice and clean comfortable room

We just stayed at the Suites in room #4 from 10/5-10/7. We thought it would be worthy to share that we had a very okay experience and we felt disappointed that we weren’t advised before hadn’t (right when we booked) that a huge cooperate party right below us would be taking place. We had a “I am sorry” gift on our table, which was considerate but too late. We should have known about this prior to arrival. We would have reconsidered our booking and went somewhere else. This was clearly known prior as the woman in the lobby said it happens 1x a year. It was extremely loud, the base was shaking our room nonstop you couldn’t even have a conversation (this was for hours). We weren’t able to rest after a long day touring. We actually ended up leaving for a few hours to avoid the disruption. Then when we arrived back, there were alcohol bottles and cigarettes all over the front and entrance way it was disgusting. Also drunk people asking for rides and acting obnoxiously. In addition, we weren’t asked if we wanted anything or needed anything upon departure. The 2 ladies at the front just kept talking to themselves and were completely disregarding our departure. Lastly, we heard them talking this AM which was disruptive this morning before we even left our bed. We were in room 4, which is close to the entrance and very noisy and loud. We were disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of honesty, disruptive nature and cold demeanor was off putting.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and couldnt be more pleased that we did. The views are completely unrivalled to anything else you will find in town. There is free underground parking for the duration of the stay and only a 15min walk into downtown reykjavik. The room was spotless and bed very comfy. We did not book the concierge service however all staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. The front desk staff always asked what our plans for the day were as we left and provided advice accordingly. Although using our phones as keys, we were also given a physical key card aswell. We were also provided with a phone number should we need any assistance with anything at all out of hours. Last but not least....the breakfast is wheeled in on a trolley every morning at your preferred time, it is totally outstanding and feels like a real treat. We would book to stay here again without hesitation.

Gorgeous property on 20th floor. Breathtaking view of harbor and snow capped mountains (thanks for the telescope in the room) Great beds, beautiful bathroom. Could not ask for more. We loved it!

The room and the hotel are lovely. There were a few issues that we wish had been better. The TV kept blanking out, was hard to navigate channels and was way too low to bee seen from bed while watching the news! Minor, but worth mentioning. The LARGE picture windows had drapes that would not block the light from the corners requiring us to wear sleep masks every night. Due to the masks, we didnt even mind the auto turn on bathroom lights coming on upon entry at night!!! The breakfast was outstanding! I did enjoy looking down on the part of the city of Reykjavik we were able to see from our window in RM 3.

The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing. Our only complaint was that because there were so many windows. It was actually kind of warm in the room. Iceland prepares for cold weather and We had some warm days that The air-conditioning system couldn’t keep up with, especially when the blinds were open to the windows. They arranged a ride from the airport which was very helpful( no uber here, they did have taxi’s)

Hotel was fantastic and the team who looked after us were amazing! View was stunning and enabled you to see much of the city which was lovely during the light festival. Really close to town and easy to get around from there as also on the main pick up/drop off route for tour companies. Room was spacious and loved the shower after a day out exploring. Breakfast was amazing and always delivered exactly on time and a great mix of yoghurt, fresh fruit and every day different meats and cheeses! The bed was super comfy and felt like we were sleeping in the clouds (with the suites being on the 20th floor). Was the most silent and relaxing holiday we have had and loved getting to sit in bed and watch the snow fall on the city. Was bliss

Vanvittigt lækkert hotel. Afsindig udsigt. Lækkert morgenmadskoncept med levering på værelset. Eneste minus var, at værelset var lige til den kølige side. Da vi skruede op for klima larmede/summede det en del… hvis man nu skal finde noget negativt ved hotellet. Vi kommer gerne igen!

The staff was great prior to arrival. When we used Google maps to get to the hotel, it took us to a building with limited signage for the tower suites. We walked into the building lobby and did not find anyone down there (we later found an elevator around the corner of the lobby). We had no instruction where to park and finding the entrance to the hotel was very confusing. We saw some reviews mention they received an email prior with instructions where to park underground, but we did not. Parking was approximately $4 an hour, not included in the hotel room price. We were able to reach the hotel via email from Expedia which was helpful. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. They do not offer room service which seemed odd. As we came back from dinner, the code reader in the parking garage did not work. We pulled and pulled on the doors, trying different angles of the card. Eventually out of desperation (no one answered the chat via Expedia we had used), my husband was able to brute force doors apart. We got up to the tower suits and saw a sign that no one was on duty and to call the number if we needed assistance. We were not aware that people were not always on duty and we would need to call if we required assistance. The staff apologized profusely the next morning for the issue with the door. They were polite and kind. We went to the restaurant they recommended in the lobby of the building, the waiters ignored us completely. Overall okay stay.

We arrived at Tower Suites very early in the morning. Kimsy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was able to get us into our rooms well before regular check in time. The rooms are very comfortable, the views amazing and breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We were traveling with family and chose to have our breakfasts in the reception area and were able to watch 2 amazing sunrises! Thank you for your hospitality!

Tower Suites was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The views are amazing!! All the staff were so nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast was phenomenal. If we ever return to Iceland this is where we’d stay again!

Truly an exceptional experience. Staff was extremely helpful and positive. They made a consistent effort to be of service...making an extra effort to allow early check-in after a long and tiring international flight. Great amenities in the common lounge used by only 8 suites. Only issue is that it is difficult to find--not well marked outside, so recommend calling for instructions on how to find at street level.

After a long trip in Iceland this was the perfect place to end our last couple of nights. The check in process was straightforward and easy, parking was manageable if you’ve got a halfway decent understanding of parking in Iceland. The staff was absolutely exceptional and very helpful with whatever you need. The corner suite is an absolute gem with an amazing view of the ocean and city. The breakfast that is delivered every morning has an amazing selection that’s perfect to fuel your adventures for the day. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking to indulge yourself on your visit in Iceland.

It was a great stay at the Towers Suits. An amazing breakfast was served to the room every morning. The view of the room was partially toward the ocean. The location requires some walking to the main street but I liked that. The staff is very helpful and polite.

The hotel is about 10 suites located in the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavík. With full length windows, you get to see amazing skyline views of the city. Check-in process is easy, for us we got a code since we were arriving around 12am. Parking is free. The location is little outside of downtown of Reykjavík, about 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. But there are bus stop right next to the hotel. The room is gorgeous. It’s spacious with a bar like high desk behind the bed. Huge closet to put and hang all the stuff. The bathroom has separate standing shower, and a hot tub. It also has full length window to enjoy the skyline while soaking in the tub. They provide free breakfast, pretty decent for a free one. It has variety of items like bread, cheese, fruits, cereal, eggs, milk, cucumber and avocado. They confirm breakfast time the day before, and bring it to the room in a trolley. There’s a common area in the middle of the floor to get drinks, ice, snacks, coffee, water and tea. There couches and high tables to hang out and enjoy the Reykjavík skyline. Overall we loved the hotel and their service. It was almost self-serve, and we liked that experience.

It was definitely a luxury experience unlike most stays I've ever done, 10/10 no notes on the hotel itself, the staff and amenities were bespoke. Breakfast was custom made to my liking and brought on a cart in the morning at a time of my choosing. Unbelievably good food and the lady working the desk was very charming. Word of caution, however: it is the highest up apartment in the entire city, maybe the entire country and the hotel is limited to the private access top floor of a new skyscraper of mostly corporate offices. At night, it was likely that my (city facing/partial ocean view) hotel room was the only one lit up in the tower and since the walls --including the bathroom-- are all glass, everything inside rather stands out and there no real privacy without curtains drawn. At some point, shortly after returning back at around midnight, someone somewhere in the city who noticed my arrival to the hotel room started blasting the apartment with a high powered laser pointer until I closed the curtains. It was definitely a luxury experience unlike most stays I've ever done, 10/10 no notes on the hotel itself, the staff and amenities were bespoke. Breakfast was custom made to my liking and brought on a cart in the morning at a time of my choosing. Unbelievably good food and the lady working the desk was very charming. Word of caution, however: it is the highest up apartment in the entire city, maybe the entire country and the hotel is limited to the private access top floor of a new skyscraper of mostly corporate offices. At night, it was likely that my (city facing/partial ocean view) hotel room was the only one lit up in the tower and since the walls --including the bathroom-- are all glass, everything inside rather stands out and there no real privacy without curtains drawn. At some point, shortly after returning back at around midnight, someone somewhere in the city who noticed my arrival to the hotel room started blasting the apartment with a high powered laser pointer until I closed the curtains. That aside, it was a remarkably nice stay, the only concern is that its wildly ostentatious for better or for worse and maybe the locals aren't too pleased with that haha. I would stay here again.

Super friendly staff, amd lovely room spacious room with a gorgeous view! Total boutique hotel experience. The only thing that was tricky was getting into the property upon arrival. It’s not super well marked, so we circled the building a few times until we realized where the entrance was. It’s located on the 20th floor of an office building, and to get in, you have to call a number so that the manager on duty can come down to let you in. Overall, totally great experience overall and highly recommend!
