Despite two numerous to count, WhatsApp contacts with the hotel and our attempt to contact Hotels.com we were left in the dark as to which room was ours. We were able to get into the front door, no problem, but the line on our self check-in said your room number is.__! that was not very helpful. We attempted to contact the hotel directly, we were told there would be staff at check-in, but there was no one anywhere to be found, and I was not able to communicate with Hotels.com. Ultimately, we took the room that best matched the photo on our confirmation. Fortunately, it was not the middle of the night as we were trying to check in. I hope the hotel and Hotels.com can resolve this self check-in issue so this never happens to anyone else.
