This apartment easily gets 5 full stars! It was immaculately clean, perfectly situated, and everything our family (2 adults and 2 teens) could have asked for. It was in a quiet part of Venice and yet only a 10-15 minute walk to everything you want to go to. A grocery store was a few blocks away and the fully-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook most nights. We went in the middle of a heat wave and the A/C and fans were most delightful and worked very well. Our daughter enjoyed a cool bath most afternoons. There are stairs going up, but they are well-lit at night with the switches and it is not laborious. We would absolutely stay here again, thank you for a great stay!

Communication was excellent as was the pre arrival service and the location. There was a shortage of equipment in the kitchen. Only having one chopping board meant constant washing.

This apartment was exactly as described. Very easy to get to via vaporetto stop S. Samuele, no bridges to lug our suitcases over. The bathrooms were large and the shower in one had good water pressure. The kitchen was well organized but we only used it for morning cappuccino. A very nice trattoria nearby with topical Venetian dishes.

Property manager was super easy to deal with and very helpful. Apartment was very spacious and in a great location. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of dishes. The two bathrooms were a good size but lack any type of shelving or small cabinets for toiletries. We had issues with the bedroom windows (in room #1) as they did not fully close properly and we had numerous mosquitoes coming in at night, resulting in lots of lost sleep and bites. The bedding provided was also very light considering the time of year, extra blankets were found in the storage closet but something more substantial would be appreciated. We loved the location but be warned the two flights of stairs up to the apartment is not for everyone and there is no lift.

Great property, with convenient locations to everything you need and want to see, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, kitchen fully equipped with appliances. The management is very helpful and fast responsive, they may help you with transfers and recommendations of what you may want to see and where to enjoy your meal, which is a huge help for first timers! Special thank you to Sara who kindly and patiently lead us through out the process with arrival and transportation! And to Amin for meeting us at the deck and for fast check in. I really appreciate his hospitality, patience and kindness! There were no questions left behind! Will definitely come back!

The apartment was large and extremely well equipped. It was home from home. Enrica, who met us from the waterbus was excellent explaining the apartment, recycling, local area, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this property. 1. We could not find a way to put the light on before descending the very steep stairs from the apartment. It was OK going up, but not coming down. 2. It would be useful to have a small shelf in the shower to place soap and shampoo instead of using the floor, which could be very slippery and might be safer with a suction shower mat 3. Being British we missed a teapot to brew tea, but we managed. 4. A few hooks by the door would be useful to hang outdoor coats instead of using the backs of chairs.

Arrival was easy-property met half of family day before, and arranged (& then rearranged due to Bezos wedding) transportation for rest from airport. Location is just 2-3 min walk from San Samuele water taxi stop. airport. Apartment is huge and very clean. There are steps (just fyi). Plenty of space for 2 kids and 2 adults, & extra bathroom was appreciated! Kitchen has equipment although missing oil/spices (if you are cooking). Location is great: quiet but easy access to everything. There are local cafes & 2 grocery areas easily within 2-4min walk. Would absolutely recommend and if have chance, would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in our very authentic feeling apartment!! It was so easy to get to. Water stop was a 2 minute flat walk to apartment. There’s only one floor but 36 steps (my dad counted!) so there is some climbing with the luggage. It was charming and felt very Venetian but quite spacious and fully modernized. Kitchen was very well supplied so we were able to cook and eat comfortably when we didn’t want to go out to eat. Two bedrooms both comfortable and having two bathrooms was ideal. Everything was spotless. But the best part was the level of service by Views on Venice!!! They arranged both our arrival and departure water taxis and they were spot on which made it so easy and Lucca met us at the water stop and walked us to our apartment and showed us everything. Their response time to messages is nearly instant, and available 24/7, which was so comforting being in a foreign country! Will definitely recommend to anyone and hope to be back someday.

Communication was great! We were met where the water boat dropped us off and she walked us over to the apt and showed us around the apt and gave recommendations. Only thing is there was no espresso to make coffee—there was only instant coffee, which is not the same. But that’s minor issue unless you really need it at home, then you may want to bring some :)

Beautiful and charming apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. Lovely updated bathrooms and kitchen add to the character. My 2nd stay here was wonderful. Added to the great apartment, the property manager, Views on Venice, is amazingly responsive, attentive and thoughtful. The only downside is the 37 stairs to the apartment. They didn't deter me!! Thanks so much!!

We loved everything about this apartment. How spacious the living room and bathrooms were, how quiet and comfortable the bedrooms were. The classy furnishings and appliances and the most convenient location 2 minutes from the water bus stop and a 15 minute walk to St Mark's Square. Everything was spotless, Lucca gave us a wonderful welcome and Enrica was available via whatsapp and quick to reply throughout our stay. Highly recommend this apartment and the Views On Venice team.

Anna Lisa is so responsive and super helpful. The apartment was very clean, beds are comfortable and is walkable to most historical sites and amazing restaurants. Ca Grassi 2 was perfect for my daughter, 8 year old granddaughter and myself. Very clean, very spacious and a great location. This was my 6th stay with Views of Venice and I appreciate the professional service provided from the time of booking to check out. Mille grazie.

Close walk to many of the major areas, easy access to water taxies, and availability of lots and lots of wonderful places to eat and shop at made this a great location. The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic apartment. The ceilings were insanely high and the floor to ceiling windows meant a very bright apartment which is rare given the narrow and shaded streets of Venice. It was also very spacious and well-maintained. Beautiful walk-in shower. Also very easy to get to everything including nearby restaurants but the apartment and street were very quiet which we loved because the tourists and hustle and bustle in some areas of Venice can be overwhelming.

This two bedroom apartment is large with lots of light. The neighborhood is close to everything but down a quiet street, which makes you feel really a part of the neighborhood. There are two very good restaurants nearby. San Marco, the Accademia bridge and the Rialto are within walking distance This apartment has two bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Should you decide to cook, there is a good size kitchen with everything you will need. Perhaps best of all, Views On Venice the property managers are responsive, very helpful and always available. We have been in Venice many times and this group are the very best experience we have every had. We loved the apartment. Thank you Views On Venice....

This apartment is SO NICE! A very comfortable two bed/two bath that is somehow undersold by the nice pictures on the listing. I can't recommend this place enough. Our host was extremely helpful and even set up a glass blowing factory tour for us. I love this apartment. Living room is very large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were both very clean and spacious. The air conditioning was much needed and much appreciated. The location is very central, in San Marco, very close to a water bus stop and close to restaurants and cafes. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Venice.

We had a wonderful stay in our very authentic feeling apartment!! It was so easy to get to. Water stop was a 2 minute flat walk to apartment. There’s only one floor but 36 steps (my dad counted!) so there is some climbing with the luggage. It was charming and felt very Venetian but quite spacious and fully modernized. Kitchen was very well supplied so we were able to cook and eat comfortably when we didn’t want to go out to eat. Two bedrooms both comfortable and having two bathrooms was ideal. Everything was spotless. But the best part was the level of service by Views on Venice!!! They arranged both our arrival and departure water taxis and they were spot on which made it so easy and Lucca met us at the water stop and walked us to our apartment and showed us everything. Their response time to messages is nearly instant, and available 24/7, which was so comforting being in a foreign country! Will definitely recommend to anyone and hope to be back someday.

Great property, with convenient locations to everything you need and want to see, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, kitchen fully equipped with appliances. The management is very helpful and fast responsive, they may help you with transfers and recommendations of what you may want to see and where to enjoy your meal, which is a huge help for first timers! Special thank you to Sara who kindly and patiently lead us through out the process with arrival and transportation! And to Amin for meeting us at the deck and for fast check in. I really appreciate his hospitality, patience and kindness! There were no questions left behind! Will definitely come back!

The apartment was large and extremely well equipped. It was home from home. Enrica, who met us from the waterbus was excellent explaining the apartment, recycling, local area, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this property. 1. We could not find a way to put the light on before descending the very steep stairs from the apartment. It was OK going up, but not coming down. 2. It would be useful to have a small shelf in the shower to place soap and shampoo instead of using the floor, which could be very slippery and might be safer with a suction shower mat 3. Being British we missed a teapot to brew tea, but we managed. 4. A few hooks by the door would be useful to hang outdoor coats instead of using the backs of chairs.

Location is just 2-3 min walk from San Samuele water taxi stop. airport. Apartment is huge and very clean. There are steps (just fyi). Plenty of space for 2 kids and 2 adults, & extra bathroom was appreciated! Kitchen has equipment although missing oil/spices (if you are cooking). Location is great: quiet but easy access to everything. There are local cafes & 2 grocery areas easily within 2-4min walk. Would absolutely recommend and if have chance, would definitely return!

Beautiful and charming apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. Lovely updated bathrooms and kitchen add to the character. My 2nd stay here was wonderful. Added to the great apartment, the property manager, Views on Venice, is amazingly responsive, attentive and thoughtful. The only downside is the 37 stairs to the apartment. They didn't deter me!! Thanks so much!!

This is the second time we have used Views on Venice and again they did not disappoint! The team is incredible! So helpful from the moment we booked… our flight was cancelled on the day but they rearranged the water taxi, arranged a late checkin and took all stress away from us - honestly Annalisa and Marta I can’t thank you enough! But little things like buying us some milk and breakfast were so thoughtful especially when we arrived almost 8 hours later than expected. The apartment is wonderful, really large, good aircon and for us we found the beds to be actually really comfortable (not something I often say in Italy!) it’s also in the most perfect position, just near lots of lovely cafes, there is a little shop right by the apartment and a larger one slightly further away. The Vaporetto stop is again only a couple of minutes walk away…. But despite being in such a great place it was very very quiet and peaceful. In short would highly recommend!

The apartment was as described - and in a wonderful and quiet location within close walking distance to San Marco. Overall - excellent choice for a place! Our only complaint was that on the day of arrival - the local "representative" was unreachable by Whatsapp (as instructed to contact her) - and we had to contact VOV's "help" line 3 times to reorganize check-in upon arrival - which created unnecessary stress to an otherwise great place! VOV was ultimately responsive and resolved the issue - and did sent another representative - but we ended up waiting at the local water taxi station for a while (and had to call again) before the (very gracious rep) arrived.

The apartment was in a great neighborhood. A10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The street was very quiet. The apartment itself was huge. Large master bedroom, very large living/dining room, and high ceilings in all rooms. The kitchen had everything you could want. Absolutely a 5 star rental.

Our stay in Venice was absolutely wonderful, and while the apartment itself was fantastic, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible support we received from the host company.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore Venice and experience everything this beautiful city has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home from the moment we arrived.What we will remember most, however, is the outstanding level of service. Traveling to Venice can be a little intimidating for first-time visitors, but the host company made everything effortless. They arranged a private water taxi for our arrival and even met us at the dock to personally walk us to the apartment. That level of care immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of.The true test of great hospitality came when our flight was unexpectedly canceled. Instead of leaving us to figure things out on our own, the team stepped in and went above and beyond. They helped us secure accommodations for an extra night and coordinated transportation back to the airport. During what could have been a very stressful situation, they made everything smooth and manageable.It’s easy to find a nice apartment, but it’s rare to find a host company that genuinely cares about its guests and is willing to go the extra mile when things don’t go as planned.
