Shower set up is a joke with the amount of water that spreads. Otherwise quite enjoyable

The property is in a great location, very spacious and plenty of backyard space. But it needs A LOT of work done for it to be safe, let alone a viable option to stay in. There are doors falling off all over the place, often with exposed screws. The front door doesn’t even lock, the bathroom floods when you have a shower and the backyard is full of prickles and dead grass. However, the most disappointing aspect for us was the cleanliness of the property. The floors look lovely but are horribly dirty. The previous tenants seemed to have gone out of their way to ensure EVERY bit of cutlery and kitchenware had caked on food stuffs on them. We spent a couple of hours soaking and cleaning everything in the kitchen. How this was not picked up by someone checking over the place is beyond me as it was super obvious everything was dirty.
