The hotel took a bit of effort to find as it is part of an apartment building and the entrance is more like accessing someone's residence. Took us a bit of an effort to find as we were looking for a hotel lobby. The main entrance was between two restaurants. The rooms are more like apartments than the traditional hotel room. The area is convenient as we could walk to all the main sights easily. The main problem is that the hotel is in the ZTL zone so we could not drive near the hotel during the ZTL hour. Also there is no convenient car park nearby and we ended up parking along the river and walk back to the hotel. Beware if you're planning to drive and park at the hotel. The staff was very helpful though.

This hotel was exceptional! The only negative thing was the elevator out of service but the staff helped us with our luggages to the 2nd floor. I strongly recommend the Rhea Silvia Navona hotel.

This is a terrific "Suites Style" boutique hotel. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and the view over the Piazza Navona was unbeatable. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the room and the food was quite good and the menu varied. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel, it is an excellent 3 star suites hotel. While I did find it expensive for this style of hotel, I can't think of a better view or area to stay in while visiting Rome!

This property is a little hard to locate but a very friendly staff. And a great location right on piazza Navona. They don’t have much in the way of amenities but they make up for it in cleanliness and professionalism. Great stay and enjoyed it very much. Excellent breakfast served in the room and always on time. I’d stay there again without hesitation.

Hard to find. No sign. Nobody was present to let us in when we checked in even though they knew what time We were coming. Once inside some Signs where to go would Be helpful. After that service and facilities were excellent. Can’t beat the location, just be sure you know what door to look for to get in.

Very disappointed. The accommodations were not "luxury" and the word should be removed from the name. This place does not operate as a typical boutique luxury hotel. The registration desk is located 1 floor up from the street and there were no directions from the hotel instructing where to go or locate the hotel. The peson checking us in said they cannot have signage outside. We had to ring a door bell to get someone on the intercom to direct us to the 1st floor to check-in. While cute, the elevator appears to be the original that has capacity for 2 people only with manual door opening. Not convenient for hauling luggage over several trips. The website does not indicate that this is a no frills hotel! Nobody to help with luggage, just one girl to give you a key and take your payment. Unbelievable that we paid almost twice the cost of a much nicer hotel on our first day here. So so so very over priced! I cannot emphasize that enough! This room was over $600 usd and should have been closer to $250. It feels more like a cheap motel. Almost as if the owner owns one floor and chopped it up into "hotel rooms". It felt more like a dorm room. No water pressure / The bathtub did not work and no bath salts / broken hair dryer/ cheap uncomfortable mattress (looks like they added a mattress pad to mask the awful mattress) / cheap old furniture / no body wash / no conditioner / 6 shower caps?? / no phone in the room. Nobody working the "front desk" through the night. Save your money!

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re a first time visitor to Rome. The location is perfect for walking to all of the major sites. Service was excellent. Breakfast each morning was delivered to our room on time and was delicious. There was a coffee & tea maker in the room and they replenished water and 2 sodas each day in the refrigerator. Room was clean each time we got back. Bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and towels (fyi-no wash clothes, so bring one). This is more of a bed & breakfast than a true hotel, and staff is not there at night, but that was never an issue. Be aware that this is an old building and you are on the second floor, with a restaurant below you. There was a little noise at night, but we just turned our phone white noise app and slept perfectly. It’s absolutely worth it for the view and location. You can’t beat enjoying a glass of wine in your room, overlooking the Piazza Navona after a long day!

It is located across from the Senate building in the middle of the iconic area next to the Navona square. There is a great restaurant at the first floor of the building. ( eggplant parmigiana is my fav ) All the shops are close by. Location is everything. Reception is very helpful and attentive. We were on the second floor in the right wing that did not have room numbers ( maybe just fresh from remodel?) and inside there were several areas with two steps up and down ( my guess covered pipes for the bathroom?) Good feature: two rooms with a door. So it gives a private space for 2-3 people. Cleanliness: for a room that cost $700 + originally the cleaning part can be more detailed in the shower floor , the shower handle was a small narrow panel that ended up in my hand ( managed to reinstall ) sliding door once closed had dust buildup on the edge. It just needs more thorough cleaning of the floor, wiping down baseboards and lower part of the walls here and there.

Os funcionários são muito solícitos! Foram super pontuais com a entrega do café da manhã o que facilitou com a organização dos horários dos passeios agendados. No dia do checkout, nos enviaram na noite anterior um super café da manhã, incluindo frutas e espumante. O quarto era amplo, limpeza impecável e muito confortável. Além do hotel ser maravilhoso, a localização é ótima! Fomos a muitos lugares a pé além de ficar perto de muitos restaurantes e sorveterias ótimas!! Só tenho a agradecer pela hospitalidade!

What a perfect introduction to Rome for our kids, staying right in mine and my husband’s favorite piazza. Our room (apartment, really) was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet for the location. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, and having an in-room espresso maker. One of my children had a cold so we had to take it easy one day, and having a smart TV where we could access our Netflix account helped - although we wouldn't normally care, it was great to entertain a sick kid. Everything is within walking distance (if you’re reasonably fit) and there is also a nearby taxi stand should you need one. The bathroom was huge and well-equipped by European standards - my girls especially liked the color changing lights in the shower. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The rooms themselves were amazing - a very large suite and large bathroom! Breakfast was ordered each night and served the next morning in our rooms (there is no separate dining room). Location couldn’t be better, right off of Piazza Navona.

Enjoyed our time at Rhea Silvia. In a very convenient location to most of the must see attractions in Rome. It did get a little noisy at night because your room over looks Piazza Navona. We did enjoy the safety of the rooms they are behind a locked non-obvious door that you have to ring a bell for entry.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location to stay at. The place itself is perhaps a little unusual as it's a set of semi-disconnected rooms in what's also a condo/apartment building, so it doesn't feel at all like a hotel. The rooms themselves are quite spacious which is nice. On the other hand, they are quite spartan and it doesn't feel quite luxurious. Know going in that it won't be a typical hotel scenario and that you're largely paying for the location and size of accommodations rather than perhaps the experience.

We stayed at Rhea Silvia with our 2 kids ages 5 and 8. The room setup was perfect for us - a room with twin beds for them, connected by a door to a room with a king bed for us. Location was fabulous, we could walk to most major attractions. We loved having breakfast delivered to our room every morning! Only complaint is that the area was fairly noisy until late at night. Didn’t bother the kids, but I needed earplugs. Overall highly recommend this hotel for young families who want to be in the centre of the action!

Stayed here twice while in Rome. Great location and decent sized rooms. Clean and cute. Only issue was the last day the AC wasn’t working so the rooms were very hot. We were checking out the next day so not sure how quickly the issue was resolved.

This property was a little difficult to find, as the door is tucked away between restaurants on a small side street of Piazza Navona and signage was very small. But once inside - WOW! This is quite a gem. Our room was spectacular. High ceilings, spacious, with great amenities. The staff graciously organized an early morning taxi for our departure and provided us a cot for a family member. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Rome!

We loved the location on Piazza Navona. It was a beautiful plaza and the room was so big, modern and comfortable for our family of 4. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room daily was a perk too! We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Rome!

The location is unbeatable- relatively short walking distance to the main tourist attractions: Forum, Spanish Steps, Fountain of the 4 Rivers/ Piazza Navona, etc. There's an elevator for mobility impaired, although there are some steps needed to ascend from street level to the front door of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was generous and good, delivered to the room. Although we don't drink, we got a bottle of Chianti during one night, and a bottle of Prosecco on another night- nice! The room itself was spacious, stylish, and good for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys 15 and 17y). The shower water pressure & sofa bed quality was the only reason I rated the facility 4 instead of 5 stars for our room on the 3rd floor. The roller beds for the boys also wasn't as sturdy, but they slept in them fine. The master beds were great. This larger room is good for families with kids/teens as long as you're okay sharing 1 bathroom. I would stay here again.

Facility was clean & quiet. Location is excellent for walking around to other areas in city. Staff was pleasant & very helpful. The apart-hotel is located just on Piazza Navona which is within east walking distance of a lot of the historic sites. Very quiet when windows are closed, with good air-con (needed !) but the main plus were the staff, who could help and book taxis and give recommendations whenever required. Sunset, in particular, was amazing - nothing too much trouble and always smiling ! Thanks for a lovely stay !!

We could walk to every important spot in Rome. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The prosecco on our last night was a wonderful and thoughtful touch. Will highly recommend and stay again!

Very convenient location on the piazza for shopping, eating and visiting the main historical areas in Rome. Check-in was a breeze with staff taking you to your room to explain things personally. We had even stopped in a few days prior to our stay to just get a lay of the land. The on duty desk staff was very accommodating and more than helpful. Rooms were a fair size for Rome and very clean. Breakfast was room service only, which was awesome, and offered a wide variety of choices. We actually couldn’t even finish all that we had ordered. Over-all a great experience!

Very nice location. All sightseeings are quite near so you can just walk. Breakfast was served to the room but every morning something was missing from our order for example butter or milk or fruit salad. Otherwise 5 stars but because that 4 stars.

This is a terrific "Suites Style" boutique hotel. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and the view over the Piazza Navona was unbeatable. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the room and the food was quite good and the menu varied. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel, it is an excellent 3 star suites hotel. While I did find it expensive for this style of hotel, I can't think of a better view or area to stay in while visiting Rome!

There is no staff on site at night. Zero. Our air wasn’t working nor was our fridge. When we came in after dinner at 11pm a lady was trying to get into the elevator and fell. There was zero staff to help her. The police had to come and locals helped. There was no one to get ahold of. I called the phone number on your site and also sent a messsge through your site. They didn’t respond until the morning. Also, the doors do not lock automatically, and a very confused gentleman entered our room in the middle of the night. Very unacceptable, felt very unsafe and will never go back.

We stayed in the third-floor suite, which included two bedrooms and one bathroom. The rooms were spacious—especially compared to another hotel we stayed at in Rome—and were comfortable after long days of sightseeing. There is also an elevator, which made getting our luggage upstairs much easier. The location is excellent. You’re within easy walking distance of Piazza Navona, countless restaurants, shopping, and many of Rome’s major attractions. Even in the July heat, we only needed to take a taxi once—to the Colosseum—because temperatures were close to 100°F. Otherwise, we would have happily walked almost everywhere. We stayed in the third-floor suite, which included two bedrooms and one bathroom. The rooms were spacious—especially compared to another hotel we stayed at in Rome—and were comfortable after long days of sightseeing. There is also an elevator, which made getting our luggage upstairs much easier. The location is excellent. You’re within easy walking distance of Piazza Navona, countless restaurants, shopping, and many of Rome’s major attractions. Even in the July heat, we only needed to take a taxi once—to the Colosseum—because temperatures were close to 100°F. Otherwise, we would have happily walked almost everywhere.
