Un excellent hôtel dans sa catégorie de prix. Neuf, beau, idéalement situé. Chambres spacieuses et calmes en tout cas la mienne. Accueil simple rapide et courtois. Aller, un petit spa et ça serait topissime

Amazing gem of a hotel, gorgeously appointed with lovely staff. Small touches, like complimentary coffee and pastries every afternoon, made our stay really special.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for a quick weekend trip to Kraków! The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. The location was walking distance from the market square. Definitely would stay here again if I return!

The hotel and room were amazing. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the room was clean and spacious. My only gripe - we booked a deluxe room which clearly had a sofa and two normal windows judging by the photos on hotels.com, describing also a "separate sitting area". We instead had no view through a single slanted window and a pair of armchairs. It didn't ruin our stay.
