This hotel is in a beautiful location! Very comfortable bed and room. I did not utilize the laundry facilities. I will say that housekeeping visited my room at 9:30 each day, and I was still in my room each time. So in my three day stay, my room was not cleaned once. I also thinks its ridiculous to charge for parking at a location like this. In the city, I get it, you want to prevent people from parking in your lot. Twenty five dollars a day is ridiculous.

We can back to our room after being out all day to find the room door fully ajar, left that way by the housekeeping. All our possessions were available to anyone walking by. Furthmore, hotel room doors that don’t self close are extreme fire hazards. Parking is extremely problematic, despite paying additional mandatory $25/night. Not sufficient parking spaces for all guest. Valet parking is hit or miss. Gym is poorly equipped. Hardsell to join the sales department for a timeshare presentation. Housekeeping is very cursory and unreliable.

Upon arrival they told us we had to pay $25 a night for parking. Nowhere on the booking was this disclosed. The parking garage wasn't even big enough for everyone to park. So if the parking lot filled up, you had use valet parking. So then you had to pay a tip on top the the $25 you already paid for the valet . At 10:00 at night our ceiling began leaking water. It ended up being the air conditioning that was leaking. It took over an hour for them to arrive and complete the fix. We had to be up early the next day and no compensation was given.
