Great location, a few minutes from Mirissa beach and next to loads of restaurants and bars nearby. The area is very safe while the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of this property is excellent. A one minute walk gets you to the main road where there are shops and restaurants and then cross the street and you are in the beach. The room was big and clean but unfortunately I had to change rooms after my first night there. The fellow that runs the place is friendly and super helpful. There are lots of stairs in this property but the owner takes your luggage up to the room for you.

Cleaning every third day. Lack of shampo and toilet paper. One towel per person. Two coffe and one tea bag for two person during five days. Poor Internet-barely possible to stream…(no tv in the room). You probably get what you pay for. Low price and good location close to the beach. Ok breakfast for 5€. Nice family running the place.

Das Zimmer ist groß mit eine Terrasse und das Bett war super. Es ist in eine ruhige Straße mit wenig Verkehr. Zu Strand 5 Min. Gehzeit. Am Hausgang kam sehr laute Geräusche von der Klimaanlage oder der Generator zeitweise.
