Great one night stay between a cruise & flight home. Very convenient location to walk to Vatican with lots of dining options close by. Owner very friendly & helpful. Some shared areas (living room & kitchen) but private bedroom & bathroom. Would recommend as long as you’re ok with running into some fellow travelers in the apartment.

A very nice, updated apartment conveniently located 3 blocks from The Vatican. Safe area. The host, Guido, graciously allowed us to drop off our luggage early and greeted us upon arrival. Our room was nice and had a safe and a room key. The fridge was filled with juice, milk, fruit and other foods. Wonderful 3-night stay while we explored Rome.
A very nice, updated apartment conveniently located 3 blocks from The Vatican. Safe area. The host, Guido, graciously allowed us to drop off our luggage early and greeted us upon arrival. Our room was nice and had a safe and a room key. The fridge was filled with juice, milk, fruit and other foods. Wonderful 3-night stay while we explored Rome.

This was a real gem of a find. Close to the Vatican and nearby restaurants which didnt break the budget. We were welcomed by the amazing Guido, his knowledge of the attractions were next to none, he took time to show us on the map places we woud never have thought to go, where to eat organised our taxi to the airport, his advice was invaluable. He prepared the breakfast each day and we had a dedicated shelf in the fridge with an abundance of food, which we could use anytime of the day! Fresh fruit, tea and tea and coffee also readily available. Our room was large, comfortable beds, fresh towels, and we liked the towelling robe supplied. The external private bathroom was compact, powerful shower. There are 2 rooms in total whuch are let, but i was a bit nervous about that, but we we were were all so busy our paths rarely crossed. Overal i woukd highly recommend staying there and would return..

The owner really makes a great effort to accommodate you as much as possible. Early check in, late checkout, airport transfers organised and way cheaper than a taxi. 5 stars for the rooms, communal area and breakfast - we booked the two rooms of the B&B. We had the entire place for us. The breakfast is great and big. 5 stars for the aircon - it was heatwave in Rome and 40 degrees everyday. Giulia was an amazing host. She answered all our questions and is super kind. We rented the entire flat which was perfect for us and our son. Highly recommend it if you’re able to. If you stay, do yourself a favor and take the metro when possible. It’s very easy to navigate and much much cheaper and easier than trying to get a taxi. Overall great place!

It was easy walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants and shops, the Tiber river and famous bridges and the castel sant’Angelo. I loved having a separate living area and lots of fruit was provided. A very friendly host, great stay.

Guido is friendly, he communicated well for check-in, allowed to leave our bags on check-out day till our departure. Guido's appartment is across the street. He walked us into the rented place, made coffee, duscussed our plans, made suggestions on day walk in city center.Appartment is clean, well maintained. Bedroom is spacious enough, plenty of room in wardrobe to put, hang clothes. Bathroom is in common hall (living room and kitchen), small, but new, clean and dedicated to your room. Kitchen has everything to have a snack, drink in day time. You will have your breakfast food stocked in fridge, and it is very hearty: milk, juices, cheese, meat - you won't be able to eat everything. Appartment is at the first floor. You can walk or use elevator. The street is not busy.

Spacious and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from St. Peter's Square. We only stayed for one night but the accommodation is well provisioned for an extended stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated their advice for visiting Vatican City and their recommendations for dining nearby.

The owners of this b&b are amazing. He gave us a ton of information and history about may sites around Rome. He suggested a number of great restaurants very close to the b&b. It is only about a 5 min walk to St. Peter’s basilica. The neighborhood is very safe and petty quiet. There is a breakfast selection set up every morning and they provide extra food on your own personal shelf. They definitely make it feel like your home away from home. You even get your own bathrobe. It is like having your own apartment rather than a hotel. The couple staying with us was very nice and we never had any issues. It is only a 10 min walk to the metro station which is great to get around to the main sites and is easy and affordable to use. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

Breakfast supplies good, good location, not very clean, very very poor bed, worst part was the owner’s helper left us waiting in the street for 30 minutes after us giving multiple updates on our arrival time. Would not recommend this place.

Our stay at Borgo 91 was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, wonderful neighborhood, great location, satisfying breakfast. And especially the host who is very friendly and willing to share his passion for all things Rome. He had recommendations for places to eat and see art. Spacious and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from St. Peter's Square. We only stayed for one night but the accommodation is well provisioned for an extended stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated their advice for visiting Vatican City and their recommendations for dining nearby.

Guido, the owner, was absolutely amazing. Guido responded very quickly to our inquiries, was very accomodating and pleasant. If we needed anything, Guido was right there to assist us. He also recommended a fantastic restaurant to us. And he was right. It was fantastic and right down the street from our unit. The B&B was in a perfect location for us. It is very walkable to the Vatican, St. Peter's Square and Basilica, Sant Angelo Castle among other points of interest. The variety of breakfast items, coffees, juices, etc. were the best we have ever encountered. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome, don't pass this one up.

Breakfast supplies good, good location, not very clean, very very poor bed, worst part was the owner’s helper left us waiting in the street for 30 minutes after us giving multiple updates on our arrival time. Would not recommend this place.

A very nice, updated apartment conveniently located 3 blocks from The Vatican. Safe area. The host, Guido, graciously allowed us to drop off our luggage early and greeted us upon arrival. Our room was nice and had a safe and a room key. The fridge was filled with juice, milk, fruit and other foods. Wonderful 3-night stay while we explored Rome.

We are so happy with our stays. I wished I know this place earlier and stayed longer. It is in an excellent location, very close to the Vatican City. It is a very clean and cute place. Best of all is its service. The owner communicates to us to make sure things are ready for us when we arrived. He is not only showed us the place but also give us a lot tour information about Vatican City. He is so nice and informative. Breakfast is good and well prepared and set up for us in advance. We are very happy for our stay.

Giulia was an amazing host. She answered all our questions and is super kind. We rented the entire flat which was perfect for us and our son. Highly recommend it if you’re able to. If you stay, do yourself a favor and take the metro when possible. It’s very easy to navigate and much much cheaper and easier than trying to get a taxi. Overall great place!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Rome. It's very walkable to the Vatican. The owners are extremely accommodating and sweet. They are also very helpful ahead of time with planning--from transfers to various places (airport or port), to where to eat, to having a great spread for breakfast! Highly recommend!

Guido is friendly, he communicated well for check-in, allowed to leave our bags on check-out day till our departure. Guido's appartment is across the street. He walked us into the rented place, made coffee, duscussed our plans, made suggestions on day walk in city center.Appartment is clean, well maintained. Bedroom is spacious enough, plenty of room in wardrobe to put, hang clothes. Bathroom is in common hall (living room and kitchen), small, but new, clean and dedicated to your room. Kitchen has everything to have a snack, drink in day time. You will have your breakfast food stocked in fridge, and it is very hearty: milk, juices, cheese, meat - you won't be able to eat everything. Appartment is at the first floor. You can walk or use elevator. The street is not busy.

It was easy walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants and shops, the Tiber river and famous bridges and the castel sant’Angelo. I loved having a separate living area and lots of fruit was provided. A very friendly host, great stay.

B and B excellent value, especially when you work in free breakfast, some of which can be packed and brought for a free lunch, not to mention the excellent tips and even historical background of Rome provided by host Guido. Place is just steps from the Vatican too.

This was a real gem of a find. Close to the Vatican and nearby restaurants which didnt break the budget. We were welcomed by the amazing Guido, his knowledge of the attractions were next to none, he took time to show us on the map places we woud never have thought to go, where to eat organised our taxi to the airport, his advice was invaluable. He prepared the breakfast each day and we had a dedicated shelf in the fridge with an abundance of food, which we could use anytime of the day! Fresh fruit, tea and tea and coffee also readily available. Our room was large, comfortable beds, fresh towels, and we liked the towelling robe supplied. The external private bathroom was compact, powerful shower. There are 2 rooms in total whuch are let, but i was a bit nervous about that, but we we were were all so busy our paths rarely crossed. Overal i woukd highly recommend staying there and would return..

The owners of this b&b are amazing. He gave us a ton of information and history about may sites around Rome. He suggested a number of great restaurants very close to the b&b. It is only about a 5 min walk to St. Peter’s basilica. The neighborhood is very safe and petty quiet. There is a breakfast selection set up every morning and they provide extra food on your own personal shelf. They definitely make it feel like your home away from home. You even get your own bathrobe. It is like having your own apartment rather than a hotel. The couple staying with us was very nice and we never had any issues. It is only a 10 min walk to the metro station which is great to get around to the main sites and is easy and affordable to use. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

Highly recommend! The accommodations are ideal for two couples traveling together; each has their own bedroom and bathroom but then a shared kitchen and living room. We were the only ones staying at the apartment when we went, so we had the space all to ourselves. Guido warmly welcomed us upon entry and was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Snacks, beverages, and breakfast were provided each day. The location was especially convenient for visiting the Vatican, but it was not difficult to get to the center of Rome to visit other historic landmarks. Guido was responsive throughout our stay, answering any questions we had and making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend! The accommodations are ideal for two couples traveling together; each has their own bedroom and bathroom but then a shared kitchen and living room. We were the only ones staying at the apartment when we went, so we had the space all to ourselves. Guido warmly welcomed us upon entry and was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Snacks, beverages, and breakfast were provided each day. The location was especially convenient for visiting the Vatican, but it was not difficult to get to the center of Rome to visit other historic landmarks. Guido was responsive throughout our stay, answering any questions we had and making sure we were comfortable. They also had links to close and highly rated restaurants, services, and Rome destinations.

Guido, the owner, was absolutely amazing. Guido responded very quickly to our inquiries, was very accomodating and pleasant. If we needed anything, Guido was right there to assist us. He also recommended a fantastic restaurant to us. And he was right. It was fantastic and right down the street from our unit. The B&B was in a perfect location for us. It is very walkable to the Vatican, St. Peter's Square and Basilica, Sant Angelo Castle among other points of interest. The variety of breakfast items, coffees, juices, etc. were the best we have ever encountered. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome, don't pass this one up.

Spacious and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from St. Peter's Square. We only stayed for one night but the accommodation is well provisioned for an extended stay.
