Tv didn’t work, no vending machine worked so no “snack bar”, I don’t think the ice machine worked either, no coffee in the lobby even though there was a machine, just couldn’t wait to get out of here, should have gone the 45 minutes up the highway to Albuquerque

Accommodations were VERY basic. At the price we paid I didn’t expect much and they didn’t provide much. Bed was comfortable, TV worked as well as the shower. Toilet flushed. There is NO elevator and the facility showed noticeable wear.

The staff was amazing I have never had such a fast check-in and they met me at the front when checking out. The room was clean and they had a good place for us to park our truck and trailer. The down side is 1 of the beds fell off the rails a few times my son just put it back under and the beds were not very comfortable. It worked for 1 night but I wouldn't do a long stay here

Parking easy, lots of room for truck and 24ft trailer, very old needs major updating. Lady at desk was very nice, paid attention to parking lot and security. Typical Indian owned low budget hotel. Pass on this one!

The floor was dirty when we walked in the room, with hair, tissue scraps, and a spot of something sticky. As it was late, we decided not to complain, and just not worry about it. However, the sheets were not clean either. We checked the other bed and since it was okay, slept in it. There was a hole/dent in the bathroom floor, which sunk when you stepped into the room. The bottom of the tub was not clean, and the floor behind the bathroom door looked like it never gets cleaned, although you can't see it until you close the bathroom door. There was a dead mouse on the pavement right beside our parking spot. Additionally, the exterior entrance door did not latch. Add the dingy towels and stained bedcovering, and it all adds up to the worst room we've rented in ages.

Pulled up to the dark motel around 9pm, no lighting outside. Very scary amd unsafe. Lobby was bare and every vending machine had an out of order sign on it, including the ice machine. The woman at the front desk was very poliet and did a great job checking us in. When we got to our room we were greeted by flys. Cobwebs on the walls and dead moths in the sink. The ground had not been swept or mopped. There was dried ramen noodles on the floor. The shower had short black hairs all over. The shower tub did not drain and the spout dripped continuously. The only positive thing was the beds looked clean. But after experiencing the other issues I was unable to sleep due to having nightmares of bed bugs bitting me. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worse enemy!

I am very appreciative of the lady at check in, especially since I booked less than hour of arriving. The rooms are very clean too and it was nice to see a place that actually washes their floors for a motel 6. The biggest issue is that it is super noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room. And no hot water for an evening shower and the fan is so loud. At least it is bug great location on Route 66 too. And no microwaves in the room. I didn’t care about that so much but the one in the lobby stinks up the entire place. Not sure I would stay here again. Too noisy and a pricier motel 6 than many others.

The room temp was perfect along with the nice king size bed was super comfy. A refrigerator would have made it perfect. A great restaurant is right next door for a good meal! Try the Strawberry Rhubarb pie!

The staff member she was so kind I’m horrible with names she helped the elder couple in front of me with so much patience and kindness. The website advertises refrigerators in the room and there were none our room was 204 and our water never got passed medium cool. The over all building could use some repairs. We did get a good nights sleep even with it being so close to the highway.

I am disabled and always book an accessible room because I can’t climb stairs. I booked an accessible room only to be told the only available room was upstairs. The was no elevator. I literately had to crawl up the stairs and couldn’t bring any luggage up with me. Very unhappy.

Check in staff was rude, kept talking about how 3rd party apps mess things up all the time, over book, book wrong room etc. culminated in"well I'm sold out so I can't move you is somewhere else, but I'm not charging you for the upgrade" that I didn't ask for to start with). Tub was in shambles but I survived without it. Could use general repair, inside and out.

It was a lot of money for the condition of the property. I contacted them later the same day because I left my pillow on the bed. They did not care and would not take the time to help me find it. The bed was hard and there was no blankets.

The staff was excellent! They were available to help us with anything we needed. We were surprised that there was no morning coffee, but the restaurant next door had super service, reasonable prices and good coffee. Our only complaint is that the entrance to the hotel is a little hard to recognize. We were expecting to enter in front of the building, but the only driveway is in front of the restaurant, and didn't seem to be clearly marked.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area. They put me in room 112, which has a king size bed. The room was big enough to fit two king size beds! Pros: -cheap compared to surrounding lodgings -clean room, clean sheets, clean towels -no bugs -strong AC and heat (ended up using the heat at night) -good water pressure -mattress was firm and comfortable -front desk ladies were nice and polite Cons: -Noisy, I could hear people going up/down the stairs. Also could hear every conversation at front desk. It wasn’t a problem overnight because I’m a heavy sleeper. Overall, good place to stay for an overnight trip. I was skeptical about booking here because of the mixed reviews, but glad I did. Also, there was not a fridge or microwave in the room, which I didn’t care about but in case someone else needed that info.

Also could hear every conversation at front desk. It wasn’t a problem overnight because I’m a heavy sleeper. Overall, good place to stay for an overnight trip. I was skeptical about booking here because of the mixed reviews, but glad I did. Also, there was not a fridge or microwave in the room, which I didn’t care about but in case someone else needed that info.

I am very appreciative of the lady at check in, especially since I booked less than hour of arriving. The rooms are very clean too and it was nice to see a place that actually washes their floors for a motel 6. The biggest issue is that it is super noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room. And no hot water for an evening shower and the fan is so loud. At least it is bug great location on Route 66 too. And no microwaves in the room. I didn’t care about that so much but the one in the lobby stinks up the entire place. Not sure I would stay here again. Too noisy and a pricier motel 6 than many others.

The stay here was great. Easy check-in and the room clean and fresh. The hotel appears old but the lobby and room looked brand new. The room temp was perfect along with the nice king size bed was super comfy. A refrigerator would have made it perfect. A great restaurant is right next door for a good meal! Try the Strawberry Rhubarb pie!

Staff was very friendly. They did best they could with what they had to work with. Shower was in need of repair. The vent fan made so much noise we didn't shut B/R door. No in room coffee pot. (had to go to front desk area in AM to get coffee and then there was no creamer. Couldn't have left early because coffee wasn't prepaired until after 6:30.) As saying goes: "You get what you pay for." Oh...they DID "leave the light on."

Tv didn’t work, no vending machine worked so no “snack bar”, I don’t think the ice machine worked either, no coffee in the lobby even though there was a machine, just couldn’t wait to get out of here, should have gone the 45 minutes up the highway to Albuquerque

Had NO shampoo, soap or Kleenex in the room, went up front to ask for some and was told they do NOT offer any… also, place was not clean BUT the Mexican restaurant next door within walking distance was awesome!

Check in person told us to make sure we check that everything’s in working order before we got settled because she may not be able to move us if they were broke. Heater thermostat got stuck in the middle of the night but we didn’t know to check that. Hallways smelled awful and was dark. Vending machines weren’t working and ice machine barely had a few cubes of ice. Corners of the bathroom floor had old dirt and hair..For the price other places offer better amenities and better beds.

The staff was excellent! They were available to help us with anything we needed. We were surprised that there was no morning coffee, but the restaurant next door had super service, reasonable prices and good coffee. Our only complaint is that the entrance to the hotel is a little hard to recognize. We were expecting to enter in front of the building, but the only driveway is in front of the restaurant, and didn't seem to be clearly marked.

The time of year is Super busy, so finding availability was lucky. The staff did the best they could. The room had no hot water or heater. I had to take a cold shower, and the room was freezing when I got out. Lol, I didn't complain as they were understaffed. I did let them know when I checked out.

Room was questionable for the price. Shower drain looked like it had better days. There was a bag wrapped around smoke alarm maybe from previous guests. Bathroom fan was obnoxious and VERY loud. Would be reasonable if it was half the price.

This hotel had a 6.2 rating. I'm not sure why because this place is absolutely dirty. We went to room 215 first and there was lots of long blonde hairs and and little specks of black stuff in the bed sheets. I'm 99.9% sure the bed sheets weren't changed from the previous guest. Also room 215 had a funky rotten smell. We went back down and they put us in room 117. I noticed that the carpet in the hallways had not been vacuumed in a long long long time. It was very dirty and smelled awful. After we got moved to room 117 I was very tired and got in bed after looking for bed bugs and hair, etc. My girlfriend was still up and looked at the wall by the bathroom door and it looked like poop or blood was smeared on the wall. We both decided that it was poop after closer inspection. Then on top of that the bathroom light burned out and we had to use our phone lights in the bathroom. Anyways we just tried to sleep it was 10 pm by this time. We both had a horrible sleep. Got up in the morning and waited for the front desk clerk to tell her about the bathroom light. She is the very noticeable lady at the front desk. She would not hardly speak and we were very polite and she seemed very rude. Not that she is required to speak to us but a simple "Have a Good Day" would have been nice. But whatever at least we didn't get eaten by bed bugs. This place is very gross and I wouldn't suggest staying there. The restaurant next door "Chili Hills" is very good with huge portions. Hotel 1/10 👎
