Check in was excellent. We arrived 30minutes early as we had a wedding to get to. They accommodated us with an early check. Room was clean and bed was Comfortable. Hotel hallways needed a serious vacuuming and one of the elevators was out of service.

Cute hotel. I stayed here twice and everything was great..I like the social area downstairs..I wish they had a better tv package, not many channels to choose from. This is a pet and kid friendly hotel..if you want quiet in the social area at night, it will be a little loud. Overall great atay

Clean, modern hotel right across the street from Dutch wonderland. Near outlets and many chain stores. Heated indoor pool. Football tables. Free breakfast had many options.

Stsyed in a handicap accessible room on the 5th floor.One elevstor was out service the 2dayswe were there. The other stopped working several times. Handicap person took 45 minutes go go down the stairs and over an hourto go up 5 floors. Entire hotel was over booked. Why have a handicap room on 5th floor.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Pool was cold but the kids didn’t care. Will stay again!

The check-in was very slow. Lady was by herself and there were a good number of people waiting in line. The laminate floors weren't very clean. Fair amount of hair in bathroom sink and shower from previous guests. Saturday one of the two elevators was out of order. For the price paid for two nights, the hotel didnt not at all seem worth that price.

Bugs in the room, food and dirt in the room floor, blood on bedding, overall dirty.

VERY DIRTY HOTEL. I was surprised at the condition of this hotel since we had stayed there last year with no issues. The lobby and hallways had dirty floors. The elevators had a terrible odor. We were given a room and it hadn’t been cleaned. The floors had dirt and food on them, bathroom smelled bad, and shower had hair in it. I asked for a different room which the staff kindly gave me. It was a bit cleaner, but still not great. The hallway walls were damaged, paint was all scuffed up on doors. Overall it looked like the hotel had been let go and nobody was bothering to maintain it. My kids said the pool had too much chlorine, but at least it was clean!

The bathtub was not clean and had hairs on the curtain, walls, and floor. The lobby did not smell good and the room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke.

Our room did not really appear clean. There was a lot of built up dust and dirt marks around edges and corners. The sheets felt rough on my skin. The absolute worst part of the stay was someone in the room above us loudly was (sounded like running) pounding noise on floor LITERALLY ALL NIGHT LONG, into the late morning. Was really strange hearing that all night. Made sleep impossible.

Beds were extremely hard. There was a lot of noise at night.

Should have been given a room on the opposite side, with the road nearby, it was noisy with the truck traffic at night.

The hotel was quite modern in it's appearance but I found this a little overbearing. It had a feel of an Ikea store instead of a traditional hotel.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The noise level in this hotel is awful, you can hear everything though the walls and people stepping in the rooms above. If you have a room facing the road is even worse. To top this off I got woken up by a loud dog from one of the rooms. I will not be staying here again..

No closets in rooms

New, modern look. Simple, but met our needs.

Recently stayed at Tru - a Hilton property. My husband and I are diamond members but I did not use those perks or credentials on this trip. The last Hilton we stayed at ALSO Had the issue of having no top sheet on the bed. during the night if you get too warm, you have to kick off all the covers and have no sheet ! : ( Not sure If this is the latest design trend or just a cost cutting move, but from here out, Will be calling before we make reservations to find out if the beds have full sets of sheets on them.! NOT COMFORTABLE!!! : ( Also, The Lancaster Tru hotel could benefit from room darkening shades or curtains.. the pull down shade allows all light to pass into the room : ( Other than these 2 items, The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was lovely.

Had to take a room in the front of the building. Street noise was all night long. Need thicker walls and windows

Great location, horrible hotel, no hot breakfast, no refrigerator, no closet, no desk, just a bed and a TV. Not worth the money at all!

Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing.

Nice hotel and clean. Understaffed. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes to check in. Front desk person was very busy helping in person guests and answering numerous calls. She was very nice and knowledgeable but didn’t have any help.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, as were all of the common areas. Our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again if I come back to this area.

We had no issues the first night of our stay. The handicap accessible room was so spacious. My mother was able to get around easily. However, the second evening, while giving a shower to my 3 year old granddaughter, I heard the toilet start to gurgle and bubble. Then it started to overflow. My husband called the front desk to advise them and then all of a sudden, water started bubbling up in the shower and flooding the bathroom floor. They offered us a new room. The new room was not handicap accessible which was a problem as my 87 year old mother was with us as well. The room was quite warm so we turned the AC down...it didn't work. By this time it was close to 10pm, the granddaughter was falling asleep, my mother needed the restroom and she couldn't get her walker in the bathroom, so my husband called front desk again. She gave us 2 rooms beside eachother which normally wouldn't be an issue, but she was in a room by herself that was not handicap accessible. We were told a manager would contact us in the morning. He didn't. We called back and were told they would call him right away and ask him to call us because we personally wanted to speak to someone. We were also told that this was booked through Expedia and they couldn't help us, but we are Hilton Honors members and started booking through Hilton so we don't even know how Expedia got involved in the first place. It has now been a week and we have not heard from either party as to our horrible experience.

Start to finish we had a great stay here! Gentlemen that checked us in was very helpful and room was very nice. Excellent breakfast in the morning and everyone very helpful when I asked for anything. Would stay here again

It’s on a busy highway so ask for a room on the backside if available.

Very nice, friendly hotel. Located close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Located only about 8 minutes from the Sight and Sound Theater. Roomy bathroom with space to put your toiletries.BIG selection of snacks and beverages in the lobby. And pet friendly.

I like that there is a variety of restaurants, shopping outlet and even the amusement park were un walking distance from the hotel

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, even if they were doing other things and you ask for help they will help right away. The hotel is located right along the main road so in the mornings when traffic starts to get heavier you can hear it pretty loudly, but the hotel itself was great and conveniently located. The lobby was exciting and the breakfast options were bigger than what many other hotels offer. The indoor pool is not heated so it was a bit cold.

The location is in the middle of everything. Very convenient and I like the contemporary design of the room. Next time definitely will book here.

A clean and welcoming facility. Delicious breakfast. Approximately a 7-minute walk to Dutch Wonderland saves you about a $20 parking fee at the amusement park. The Texas Steakhouse is just across the road, but remember to call ahead to put your name on the waiting list; otherwise, you may wait in line for an hour.

Contemporary with a nice lobby and excellent staff. But so noisy from the road and trucks. Request the back side of the hotel!!!!

Excellent service, clean, great breakfast.

Breakfast time is a mess. They are out of everything but only one staff was serving a breakfast area. That pancake machine always has a 20 min waiting line because that always out of a batter and staff was too busy to do something else. No milk. No syrup. no coffee cream. But still only one staff. Besides that it was OK.

Elevators smelled awful. Our room had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom door looked like someone kicked the corner, wood was chipped off and it was rubbing on the floor. Hard for my son to open and close. I said something to the front desk shortly after we got in the room. He just said ill let maintenance know. We never saw anyone. The continental breakfast was terrible. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast because their pancake and waffle maker had an out of service sign on them. That left oatmeal, a few cereal choices, and yogurt and they were out of regular coffee Terrible. Wish i would have stayed somewhere else.

The bed was hard and the pillows lumpy. The breakfast wasn't fully stocked. One elevator of the two they had was down. There was a party in the lobby, so no one else could use it - They didn't let us know at check-in and there were no signs. Didn't find out until we were kicked out while we were playing a family game at a table.
