Alessia was fantastic! She helped with dinner reservations and arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station. Always had a smile and we felt she was willing to help with anything we needed. Apartment is in a good location to walk to all the major attractions in Rome and a nice cool place with good A/C to take a quick break in the middle of the day. It was nice to have a washing machine, but don’t depend on the dryer unless you are skilled at figuring out how to use the combo Italian washer/dryers. There was a drying rack and that worked just fine for us. Bed was not the most comfortable of the trip and the shower was quite small, but overall we enjoyed our stay and found this to be a nice home base in Rome.

Perfect modern apartment in the heart of historic Rome. Awesome location with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. Hostess Alessia was a great help getting us checked in as we hit the city at the same time Giro d'Italia was rolling through. This is the perfect place for a 100% Rome experience.

The location was great- easy access to everywhere. Bedding was dirty- noticed body fuilds of some kind on duvet cover and duvet- the next morning-ugh. They came and changed the duvet and only used a top sheet for a cover. Only one set of towels each for a weeks stay. Dryer does not work,as already noted by others Had to find a laundromat. 5 star value. This is not a 5 star hotel, but you knew that. This is a great centrally located, affordable option for a stay in Rome. The staff is very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. Well maintained overall meaning AC worked (critical in August!), no weird sink or shower drips, washing machine ran after some cajoling (definitely needs some TLC). Nice to have the extra space to spread out and a kitchen with full fridge/freezer. Thanks to Alesia and staff for letting us check in early, bringing towels and fan at our request, and responding promptly to all outreach via WhatsApp.

The host was extremely communicative and met us for check in at and agreed upon time. The location is excellent in the historic Campo dei Fiori piazza with many restaurants close by and very walkable to the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Pompey Theater (10 min walk) and even Vatican City (20-30 min walk). The property was comfortable for a stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. We made extensive use of the available washer. The neighbors were very friendly.
The host was extremely communicative and met us for check in at and agreed upon time. The location is excellent in the historic Campo dei Fiori piazza with many restaurants close by and very walkable to the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Pompey Theater (10 min walk) and even Vatican City (20-30 min walk). The property was comfortable for a stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. We made extensive use of the available washer. The neighbors were very friendly.

The location of this property is great. Close to all main sights. Alessia was very helpful. It was clean with plenty of room for the 2 of us. Only negative-the air conditioner does not work properly. which was not a major concern. But in the summer months, it would be a big concern. Overall, a nice place.

This places was perfect for our family of 5! Our two teenagers slept on pull out couch, 12 year old on the cot and mom and dad in bedroom. A/c worked great. Fantastic location steps to cute eateries and farmers market each day. Wonderful communication. Totally recommend. It is up some stairs so be mindful of that- if anyone has trouble with that!

A perfect located apartment on the third floor (no elevator) on a narrow street next to Campio di Fiori. Nice and clean and very silent. The size of 70 squere meters and 5 beds seems overestimated. The sofa with two beds in the room is not recommended for two adults. The kitchenette works perfectly for preparing breakfast. We would definetively book this apartment again.

The apartment was very well located just off the bustling and lively Campo de Fiori square. Despite being so close the apartment itself was quiet. The one minor drawback is the 39 stairs to get to the second-floor apartment which can be a bit difficult with heavy luggage or if you have any 'joint' limitations. Written instructions for using the stove/oven would be useful but otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Our hostess was very helpful in arranging for taxis upon our arrival and departure. All-in-all, a very enjoyable stay!

The apartment was very clean. Beware to some of the older guest, I\'m 56 and could lose a few pounds, that the apartment is on an "Italian 2nd floor." Translation: North American 3rd floor. 39 steps to be exact. I guess the first floor in Europe is zero, which makes complete sense when you ponder the issue. As for the washer and dryer, plan on hang drying your clothes, the dryer doesn\'t work. We were warned by the host mind you. It is a small apartment perfect for two adults and a few rug rats. Or 3 adults max, but overall great little place. As for the host, excellent communication, helpful regarding the area, and let us store our luggage before check-in. Very professional and we felt that we could call anytime if we needed assistance with anything. I would stay there again. I would just pack a little lighter next time. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed for four nights. The location was perfect. It was very central to activities and attractions. Great local breakfast places and restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean. We didn't mind the steps to get to the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

Alessia arranged for my transfer from FCO to the apartment. At the apartment I was met by staff member Akrad who brought my suitcase up the 39 steps to my unit and he showed me how to operate all the features in the apartment. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The bedroom nestled between the living room and the kitchen was super quiet and comfortable. The windows in the living room had double paned glass which blocked out the little street noise. I didn't use the washer/dryer combo. Everything worked just fine in the unit. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness due to the dust on the upper ledges above the bedroom and hallway. The rain shower head worked great. But the handheld shower hose leaked preventing all the water from traveling to the shower head, thus wasting water and weak water flow. I notified Alessia of this. Communication was easy by phone and by person as Alessia's office was just around the block. She and her staff were very attentive and helpful. I certainly would stay here again. The location is perfect.

Great apartment and Alessia was a great hostess. Father and 2 teens stayed in bedroom plus sofa bed. Quiet, good A/C which is needed for August in Rome. Alessia communicated clearly and promptly and even arranged a car for us back and forth from the airport. Thank you Alessia, I can't wait to stay at your place again soon!

We had a great 5-night stay. The location is fantastic; our family (including a 15 and 11 year old) could walk to either the Colosseum or the Vatican in roughly 30 minutes, and many sights were much closer. Despite being steps from Campo de' Fiori, the place was extremely quiet at night, which was great. There are stairs, but we didn't have an issue with them. For four people, it was just enough space for us with small luggage. If you're carrying more stuff it may be a bit cramped. We found the bedroom to be a bit stuffy with the door shut. We let Alessia know and she was very responsive and brought over a fan. In general Alessia is a great resource and very nice and helpful. Overall, highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Rome! The apartment was as described and in a quiet courtyard, a few steps away from Campo di Fiore market. The apartment is within walking distance from all major attractions. You have grocery stores, a market, and pharmacies a brief walk away. It had all the amenities you would need (extra towels and shampoo/soap), but missing kitchen towels to dry dishes. Apartment is lovely, but I removed 1 star for uncomfortable pillows and bed in the main room. Comfortable pull out couch in the living room. There was a washing machine in the bathroom which was appreciated. Check-in and check-out process was very clear and simple. Thanks again!

we're very happy to have stayed here. Alessia was there to show us everything; very helpful! The place is larger than imagined with a king-size comfortable bed. There is not much natural light, but plentiful bright wall sconces. In the bedroom, turned to the high white ceiling they mimic daylight. The router in the bedroom is the perfect night light; otherwise the apartment is pitch black.

Alessia was fantastic! She helped with dinner reservations and arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station. Always had a smile and we felt she was willing to help with anything we needed. Apartment is in a good location to walk to all the major attractions in Rome and a nice cool place with good A/C to take a quick break in the middle of the day. It was nice to have a washing machine, but don’t depend on the dryer unless you are skilled at figuring out how to use the combo Italian washer/dryers. There was a drying rack and that worked just fine for us. Bed was not the most comfortable of the trip and the shower was quite small, but overall we enjoyed our stay and found this to be a nice home base in Rome.

There were electrical problems. We were unable to turn off the lights at night. An electrician had to come do some work. There were things listed that were broken but not replaced. The manager did not seem to be fully aware of the property they were supposed to be managing.

Perfect modern apartment in the heart of historic Rome. Awesome location with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. Hostess Alessia was a great help getting us checked in as we hit the city at the same time Giro d'Italia was rolling through. This is the perfect place for a 100% Rome experience.

5 star value. This is not a 5 star hotel, but you knew that. This is a great centrally located, affordable option for a stay in Rome. The staff is very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. Well maintained overall meaning AC worked (critical in August!), no weird sink or shower drips, washing machine ran after some cajoling (definitely needs some TLC). Nice to have the extra space to spread out and a kitchen with full fridge/freezer. Thanks to Alesia and staff for letting us check in early, bringing towels and fan at our request, and responding promptly to all outreach via WhatsApp.

The host was extremely communicative and met us for check in at and agreed upon time. The location is excellent in the historic Campo dei Fiori piazza with many restaurants close by and very walkable to the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Pompey Theater (10 min walk) and even Vatican City (20-30 min walk). The property was comfortable for a stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. We made extensive use of the available washer. The neighbors were very friendly.

Alessia arranged for my transfer from FCO to the apartment. At the apartment I was met by staff member Akrad who brought my suitcase up the 39 steps to my unit and he showed me how to operate all the features in the apartment. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The bedroom nestled between the living room and the kitchen was super quiet and comfortable. The windows in the living room had double paned glass which blocked out the little street noise. I didn't use the washer/dryer combo. Everything worked just fine in the unit. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness due to the dust on the upper ledges above the bedroom and hallway. The rain shower head worked great. But the handheld shower hose leaked preventing all the water from traveling to the shower head, thus wasting water and weak water flow. I notified Alessia of this. Communication was easy by phone and by person as Alessia's office was just around the block. She and her staff were very attentive and helpful. I certainly would stay here again. The location is perfect.

Alessia was excellent at helping us with all the little extras that made our stay so enjoyable. They even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our recent wedding. Service was above and beyond. The location itself was exactly as described. Clean, organized, and so close to the sites and lots of restaurants. Campo di’Fiori was bustling with a market and great restaurants.

The apartment was very clean. Beware to some of the older guest, I\'m 56 and could lose a few pounds, that the apartment is on an "Italian 2nd floor." Translation: North American 3rd floor. 39 steps to be exact. I guess the first floor in Europe is zero, which makes complete sense when you ponder the issue. As for the washer and dryer, plan on hang drying your clothes, the dryer doesn\'t work. We were warned by the host mind you. It is a small apartment perfect for two adults and a few rug rats. Or 3 adults max, but overall great little place. As for the host, excellent communication, helpful regarding the area, and let us store our luggage before check-in. Very professional and we felt that we could call anytime if we needed assistance with anything. I would stay there again. I would just pack a little lighter next time. Thank you.

We had a great 5-night stay. The location is fantastic; our family (including a 15 and 11 year old) could walk to either the Colosseum or the Vatican in roughly 30 minutes, and many sights were much closer. Despite being steps from Campo de' Fiori, the place was extremely quiet at night, which was great. There are stairs, but we didn't have an issue with them. For four people, it was just enough space for us with small luggage. If you're carrying more stuff it may be a bit cramped. We found the bedroom to be a bit stuffy with the door shut. We let Alessia know and she was very responsive and brought over a fan. In general Alessia is a great resource and very nice and helpful. Overall, highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very well located just off the bustling and lively Campo de Fiori square. Despite being so close the apartment itself was quiet. Beautiful apartment just outside a bustling square that hosts a daily market in the morning and filled with restaurants and bars in the evening. The apartment is easy to find and is close enough to walk to every large tourist attraction in Rome. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to experience a traditional style Rome apartment.

We loved the tidy, well appointed apartment which was walking distance to most major sights in Rome. The daily market steps away was a delight. The location was excellent with many restaurants near by walking distance. The host were great and easy to check in and communicate with. Would recommend that the hosts get fluffier pillows but other than this it was a great place to feel like living in Italy.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location is perfect if you want to walk and explore Rome’s neighborhoods, restaurants and historic places. The host’s are fantastic in communicating and making our stay the best it could possibly be. We will be back!

We met our host at a predetermined destination nearby the accommodation. Our host was very welcoming and walked us over to the property to give us a thorough introduction and help us orient to the property.The property was exactly like the description on the picture showed even better I would say. The kitchen is small but functional. All appliances worked well. We did not use the stove, but used the kettle and the fridge and both were excellent.The property is up a few flights upstairs so if you are looking for a ground floor, this is not the accommodation for you. We did not have an issue with this as we packed late and can easily travel up the stairs.The location of the property is ideal. It is just a few paces to a beautiful Piazza and there is a market there daily with interesting wares and numerous options for dining.It’s a short walk to the Trastevere neighborhood or to get a cab to other sites in Rome.We walked to most of the major sites except for the Colosseum as it was very hot during our stay. There are numerous sites and tourist attractions, and restaurants within a very short walk.On one evening, there was some noise from people partying in the Piazza, but it was muffled because the sound is dampened by the thick walls and good windows. The air-conditioning worked well during our stay. it doesn’t go as low as we would like it, but we were still comfortable during our stay.I found the master bedroom bed, very comfortable, but I like a firm mattress.
