I cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. From the pre-arrival communication, to the divine restaurants, to the large and well appointed pools, to the convenient location, everything was so well done! Upon arrival, we were welcomed and our bags were whisked away while we were brought on a tour of the property. We were shown all of the amenities and the gorgeous grounds and then taken to our room where we were given the tour of our 2 bedroom villa. The room was gorgeous. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and they even offered a pillow menu so if you needed a different type of pillow, you could simply order it and have it brought to the room. The front desk staff arranged a sunset cruise for us after providing several different options. They also coordinated with our next hotel at the end of our stay to ensure our luggage was brought to the next location for us. It was simply a next-level customer experience. We felt appreciated and cared for throughout our stay. It was wonderful!

Fantastic property with great amenities and wonderful service. The best part of the entire resort is that it's right across the street from the heart of Oia, giving you easy access, but also the privacy that you don't get on the caldera side.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms were nice and amenities were lovely. It is a 5 star property, but I did feel like the service wasn’t quite a 5 star. The biggest issue was the golf carts the staff drove all over the property. Everyday we had an issue with having to jump out of the way of a cart driving too fast. The carts shared the walkway (poor design). Some of the wait staff were very friendly and helpful and others not so much.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was amazing (we had a natura suite with a private pool and terrace looking out over the ocean). The staff were very attentive. Food and drinks were first class. The pool wasn’t too busy, and the sunsets were exquisite.

I would NOT think twice booking this absolute gorgeous hotel, the best resort, with best staff, so friendly, so respectful and warm … Location is the best, 5 mins walk to the best alleyway on the island with blue domes and the best views of the island But you got the best of all the island in your hotel with Pacman and Beefbar restaurants and their sunset view which get crazy busy The heated pool in the rooms are the best

This hotel exceeded our expectations, In every single way. We've traveled and stayed in gorgeous properties around the world, and I can't have enough words to say how we feel when leaving this resort (today). The most unbelievable experience. The property, the room... the private pool in the room, what a treat! Two amazing restaurants at the property with stunning sunset views. Also, important - it's literally 5 minutes walk from the caldera's blue domes, but it's like a sanctuary, peaceful and serene and away from the noise and millions of tourists. Possibly THE BEST vacation/resort ever. So relaxing, you don't need to leave the property - other than for an hour to caldera of Oia, and then you can't wait to come back!!! Breakfast, dinner - amazing! Staff - smiling, genuine, making a point to make your experience magical and memorable. And they did. Amazing. Want to mention Anna, George, Vazha, Christos (both - morning and evening). Seriously, I feel like I am leaving the family and a piece of my heart here in Santorini. Service - top notch but so subtle and unintrusive, it is truly hard to describe... one must experience. We cannot wait to come back!!!! AMAZING in every way!!!!

This may be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service was top notch, friendly smiles everywhere you turned. The pools and rooms were pristine condition. The grounds were beautiful! Definitely one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and it was complimentary. The area to go shopping was right across the street from the hotel, tucked away behind the buildings. Super easy walk with great restaurants. The poolside sushi from Beefbar was one of the best and freshest ever. I ordered it everyday! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

We had a problem with the lights in the room. They had to come to the room and pull a circuit breaker. The light switches were hard to figure out. The coffee maker was hard to figure out with no directions. The same with the thermostat in the room. make sure you get a thorough briefing on the above. This could have been done easily because we were escorted to the room by staff when we got there and they could have done the briefing. At that time we didn't know enough to ask questions. If you think my problems were due to lack of familiarity with foreign hotels, I am a recently retired international airline pilot with countless stays all over the world. I would still recommend The hotel though as it was beautiful and in a nice area on the island and close to some great restaurants.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!!

Also, important - it's literally 5 minutes walk from the caldera's blue domes, but it's like a sanctuary, peaceful and serene and away from the noise and millions of tourists. Possibly THE BEST vacation/resort ever. So relaxing, you don't need to leave the property - other than for an hour to caldera of Oia, and then you can't wait to come back!!! Breakfast, dinner - amazing! Staff - smiling, genuine, making a point to make your experience magical and memorable. And they did. Amazing. Want to mention Anna, George, Vazha, Christos (both - morning and evening). Seriously, I feel like I am leaving the family and a piece of my heart here in Santorini. Service - top notch but so subtle and unintrusive, it is truly hard to describe... one must experience. We cannot wait to come back!!!! AMAZING in every way!!!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. From the pre-arrival communication, to the divine restaurants, to the large and well appointed pools, to the convenient location, everything was so well done! Upon arrival, we were welcomed and our bags were whisked away while we were brought on a tour of the property. We were shown all of the amenities and the gorgeous grounds and then taken to our room where we were given the tour of our 2 bedroom villa. The room was gorgeous. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and they even offered a pillow menu so if you needed a different type of pillow, you could simply order it and have it brought to the room. The front desk staff arranged a sunset cruise for us after providing several different options. They also coordinated with our next hotel at the end of our stay to ensure our luggage was brought to the next location for us. It was simply a next-level customer experience. We felt appreciated and cared for throughout our stay. It was wonderful!

Five star price with three star service. The hotel and staff seem to prioritize turnover over service. Our room was a long walk from check in, we were told they were so busy that they could not get a cart despite having multiple staff drive by in carts. The room was great until I walked out on the patio and there was bird poop every where. We arrived around 4pm and needed a snack went to one of the hotel restaurants that was pointed out to us for lunch walked in and was immediately told it was closed. Luckily a guy saw the look on our face and came over and was able to get us seated and some food. Overall for the price point just very very poor service. Go to Santorini for one night and get a room on the Caldera side then leave the next day. Avoid this property unless it’s free…

Unbelievable experience once again. This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel as we loved it so much I decided to come back to propose to my girlfriend. The staff took care of the proposal with confidence and had everything in place for our arrival. The oasis suite was the most incredible room/suite we have ever stayed in. The whatsapp service was amazing and no request was too much. The service was the best we have ever recieved in the world and not just in Europe. All of the hotel staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is our favourite hotel breakfast. We have stayed at many high end hotels and this tops all of them. For anyone coming for an amazing trip or thinking to propose to their partner, don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms were nice and amenities were lovely. It is a 5 star property, but I did feel like the service wasn’t quite a 5 star. The biggest issue was the golf carts the staff drove all over the property. Everyday we had an issue with having to jump out of the way of a cart driving too fast. The carts shared the walkway (poor design). Some of the wait staff were very friendly and helpful and others not so much.

This may be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service was top notch, friendly smiles everywhere you turned. The pools and rooms were pristine condition. The grounds were beautiful! Definitely one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and it was complimentary. The area to go shopping was right across the street from the hotel, tucked away behind the buildings. Super easy walk with great restaurants. The poolside sushi from Beefbar was one of the best and freshest ever. I ordered it everyday! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was incredible. Katerina especially did a great job coordinating activities and transportation. The Pacman restaurant had a great free breakfast, exceptional service and excellent other meals too. The location is also very convenient to shops and restaurants in Oia. We will stay here again

Fantastic property with great amenities and wonderful service. The best part of the entire resort is that it's right across the street from the heart of Oia, giving you easy access, but also the privacy that you don't get on the caldera side.

One of the best resorts that I've ever stayed at. Everything from the decor to the service level is unmatched. The location was also really nice, sine there's sunset views and it's not in the craziness of Oia, but still easily walkable.

Amazing property. Beautiful views of sunset with private plunge pools. The one big challenge is food at the hotel is quite limited in options and quality. Going out in oia is ok but for a 5 star property I would expect great options in food.

Quel séjour ! L’hôtel est un petit trésor avec des équipements parfaits et une décoration vraiment élégante. Les équipes sont hyper attentionnées, tous les petits détails sont pris en compte pour rendre le séjour exceptionnel. La vue est magnifique, la piscine et son bar grandioses et les petits déjeuner (à la carte) variés et incroyables avec des produits gourmands. Les suites avec piscine privatives sont incroyables, un écrin de plaisir et la chambre dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Système de chat avec la réception très pratique. A 2mn de la partie touristique d’Oia !

This hotel exceeded our expectations, In every single way. We've traveled and stayed in gorgeous properties around the world, and I can't have enough words to say how we feel when leaving this resort (today). The most unbelievable experience. The property, the room... the private pool in the room, what a treat! Two amazing restaurants at the property with stunning sunset views. Also, important - it's literally 5 minutes walk from the caldera's blue domes, but it's like a sanctuary, peaceful and serene and away from the noise and millions of tourists. Possibly THE BEST vacation/resort ever. So relaxing, you don't need to leave the property - other than for an hour to caldera of Oia, and then you can't wait to come back!!! Breakfast, dinner - amazing! Staff - smiling, genuine, making a point to make your experience magical and memorable. And they did. Amazing. Want to mention Anna, George, Vazha, Christos (both - morning and evening). Seriously, I feel like I am leaving the family and a piece of my heart here in Santorini. Service - top notch but so subtle and unintrusive, it is truly hard to describe... one must experience. We cannot wait to come back!!!! AMAZING in every way!!!!
