Run don't walk and book Poplars, it was a lovely stay! Nancy welcomed us like long lost friends and made us feel at home. A beautiful property, we stayed on the top floor overlooking the mountains and rooftops of Pitlochry. So many personal touches and the property is immaculate. The guest lounge is warm and inviting too! Our stay was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful and make sure you try the porridge with whiskey! Run, don't walk.. a glorious guest house stay.

We had car trouble just before we arrived and were just able to get the rental car to the property. Nacy and Scott were so friendly, understanding and helpful. I was able to get the car looked at while at the property. The house itself is gorgeous. The property is well appointed. It is very elegant. There is a sitting room and a library that guests can use, which we did. It is only a 5 to 10 minute walk into town. The Breakfast room is reserved for breakfast. There are many options. They ask you fill out your order the night before and when you would like the breakfast. The food is fantastic. My only regret is that we were not there long enough to try everything. The rooms itself are cozy, clean and well maintained. The beds are nice and comfortable. Shower is a good size with nice water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a fantastic stay!

Scott has put much love and care into the yard and gardens. They have literally thought of everything. The breakfast choices were varied and exciting for we Canadians; did we mention how delicious they were as well? The Poplar’s location is perfect - a 5 minute walk from lovely downtown Pitlochry. We had a lovely stay in Pitlochry at the Poplars Guest House. The accommodation offered discounts at local restaurants and the distillery . We booked the distillery tour separately upfront, but if you’re planning to visit the distillery would recommend to ask for the discount code at the accommodation. Our host was friendly and made a lovely breakfast. She also gave us great walking recommendations we all used. There was also a lounge you can use to relax as well. All in all, a really good value stay on your route through the highlands!

Fantastic location, in a quiet area and with the most beautiful view from our room. Ideal for drivers as had plenty of space to park. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised with wide choice of breakfast options. Would highly recommended to family and friends.

My daughter and i stayed for the weekend, arriving on Friday evening. We were welcomed and made comfortable. We stayed in a spotless twin room with ensuite shower. Breakfast was a feast! I had to dial back the second day to just a single course, but the porridge with a dram is well recommended! Nancy and Scott looked after us well! Thank you both.

This was a wonderful guest house. The house decor was pretty, the breakfast was great, the host was welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and was very easy to get the perfect temperature. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed longer. The superior room was roomy and comfy with a great bathroom too. We loved sitting in the armchairs and looking at the beautiful scenery out our window. Next time, we will stay for more than one day.

Bed size was listed as king but it was a double, which was quite disappointing. We booked an accommodation that had two room, even though it was just my wife and I, and the host told us to stay out of the other room. Which was odd! Breakfast was amazing! Wish it was served over a longer period of time. Amazing views!

This was a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was delicious! The owners are so very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend Poplars!!

We had car trouble just before we arrived and were just able to get the rental car to the property. Nacy and Scott were so friendly, understanding and helpful. I was able to get the car looked at while at the property. The house itself is gorgeous. The property is well appointed. It is very elegant. There is a sitting room and a library that guests can use, which we did. It is only a 5 to 10 minute walk into town. The Breakfast room is reserved for breakfast. There are many options. They ask you fill out your order the night before and when you would like the breakfast. The food is fantastic. My only regret is that we were not there long enough to try everything. The rooms itself are cozy, clean and well maintained. The beds are nice and comfortable. Shower is a good size with nice water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a fantastic stay!

We had a lovely stay in Pitlochry at the Poplars Guest House. The accommodation offered discounts at local restaurants and the distillery . We booked the distillery tour separately upfront, but if you’re planning to visit the distillery would recommend to ask for the discount code at the accommodation. Our host was friendly and made a lovely breakfast. She also gave us great walking recommendations we all used. There was also a lounge you can use to relax as well. All in all, a really good value stay on your route through the highlands!

Scott has put much love and care into the yard and gardens. They have literally thought of everything. We had a one night stop over on our way up north. The hosts, house, room and breakfast were all fantastic. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The location is also perfect to walk into the main street. We ate at Prince of India which we would also recommend.

This was a really lovely B&B, the owners were so kind and we loved our room. The view was great and it was in a great location to easily walk to the shops and restaurants, and the Blair Atholl Distillery.

Run don't walk and book Poplars, it was a lovely stay! Nancy welcomed us like long lost friends and made us feel at home. A beautiful property, we stayed on the top floor overlooking the mountains and rooftops of Pitlochry. So many personal touches and the property is immaculate. The guest lounge is warm and inviting too! Our stay was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful and make sure you try the porridge with whiskey! Run, don't walk.. a glorious guest house stay.

My daughter and i stayed for the weekend, arriving on Friday evening. We were welcomed and made comfortable. We stayed in a spotless twin room with ensuite shower. Breakfast was a feast! I had to dial back the second day to just a single course, but the porridge with a dram is well recommended! Nancy and Scott looked after us well! Thank you both.

Bed size was listed as king but it was a double, which was quite disappointing. We booked an accommodation that had two room, even though it was just my wife and I, and the host told us to stay out of the other room. Which was odd! Breakfast was amazing! Wish it was served over a longer period of time. Amazing views!

Wunderschönes Guest House und Nancy ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick von der oberen Etage und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wenn es uns mal wieder in das malerische Städtchen verschlägt, werden wir wieder versuchen hier unterzukommen.
