Motel 6-Lawton, OK

Me cambiaron a 3 cuartos diferentes las camas quemadas de sigarrillo, tenían cucarachas después de las 11 de la noche a las 11 de la mañana no había agua caliente las toallas sucias el piso no una escoba le habían pasado la muchacha me dijo quieres q le eche olor porque huele a sigarrillo el toilet de uno de los 3 cuartos no bajaba totalmente horrible

El cuarto muy cómodo.. acogedor..el personal muy amable . pero deben estar más pendientes la limpieza... las sábanas estaban sucias...la cama estaba alborotada como q no cambiaron sabanas

Only good thing I can say is we checked in early, no refrigerator in room, they brought us one that was dirty and roaches came out after being plugged up for 30 minutes. No one came to clean room, we. Asked for towels, they were very dingy and well used. Burn holes in blanket. We came here on a quick trip 3 days. It was cheap for lots of reasons. Never again

The building is in disrepair the steps leading to the upper level were taped off with caution tape because they were broken. On the first night of our stay the room beside ours had an issue with the lock so the staff tried to break the door in by beating and banging for quite a while. There was no iron hair dryer or coat hangers in the room. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. There were three of us in the room but only had two towels and when my mother in law went to request more towels they would not give her any until she brought the ones that were already there back. I’ve never stayed at a place less concerned about customer satisfaction. The only positives I can report was the amazing water pressure and the cold AC.
