Kesinlikle fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi değil, açıklamalarda ücretsiz otopark ve kahvaltı yazmasına rağmen olmadığı söylendi. Odanın penceresi kapanmıyordu televizyonun prizi yoktu banyoya koyulan havlusunun askı bile yoktu ve içeri girdiğimizde havlu yerdeydi.

Sıcak su sürekli kesiliyordu ve klima da çalışmıyordu doğru düzgün

Odalar temiz di Isınma çok iyi idi. Bir tek otopark sorunu var otelin arkasında otopark var ama saati 150 tl Gecelik 500. tl. ücretle. Tabi siz ödüyorsunuz otelle alakası yok. Otelin çevresinde yeme içme imkanları çok fazla ve çok ekonomik yerlerde mevcut. Ulaşım imkanlarıda çok fazla

Otopark yok aracım çekildi bu yüzden çok pis tv çalışmaz klima yok cam kapanmaz rezalettiniz

Duvarlar nemden dökülüyordu. Telefon çalışmıyordu. Duşa girilemiyordu. Yatak çok rahatsızdı.

J ai réservé 2 semaines cette hôtel en famille avec enfants et durant mon séjour dans cet hôtel il y a eu 2 coupures générale d'électricité ainsi que 1 coupures d'eau. C'est vraiment pas acceptable de rester dans un hôtel sans électricité dans un pays chaud comme la Turquie et pire encore sans eau et alors comment faire quand on a des enfants? Les explications de la réception de l'hôtel etait toujours coupures générale du quartier? Bizarre et à l 'extérieur de hôtel tout était éclairé. Au niveau hygiène et nettoyage de notre chambre c'était pas top non plus. Les photos propose par votre agence Expedia ne correspond pas à la réalité. Je suis vraiment déçu de cet hôtel 😡😡😡 Bien à vous

Bize tahsis edilen ilk odanın teras kapıdı kapanmıyordu,sonra oda değiştirdik 2. Odada duş çalışmıyordu, 3. Odaya geçtik orada klima bozuktu,klimadan yere su akmış,ayağım kaydı az kalsın düşünüyordum,4. Odaya geçtik tuvaletin tahret musluğu bozuktu ve televizyon çalışmıyordu ertesi gün 5. oda tahsis ettiler oda diğerlerine göre çok küçüktü,daha bu kadar kötü bir otelde konaklamamamıştım

The sheets were dirty, there were no towels in the room, and the room did not look anything like the pictures showed. When I asked for clean sheets they brough another set with a bunch of hair on them. They did not smell clean either. I did not take my clothes off so my body would not touch the sheets. It was a horrible hotel. I checked out the next morning but they refused to issue a refund for the remaining nights I had paid for. They referred me to Expedia.

Ich habe selten so einen miserablen Aufenthalt erlebt wie in diesem Hotel. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich von einem unfreundlichen und überforderten Mitarbeiter „begrüßt“, der offensichtlich keine Lust auf Gäste hatte. Keine Erklärungen, kein Lächeln – nur genervte Blicke. Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe: Dreckige Bettwäsche, Haare im Badezimmer, Schimmel an den Fugen und ein übler Geruch, der sich auch mit geöffnetem Fenster nicht verflüchtigt hat. Die Möbel waren alt und beschädigt, der Teppich voller Flecken – an Barfußlaufen war nicht zu denken. Nachts konnte man kaum schlafen, weil es entweder extrem laut vom Flur oder von draußen war. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass man jedes Wort der Nachbarn mithören konnte. Und obwohl ich mehrfach an der Rezeption um Ruhe bat, wurde überhaupt nichts unternommen. Das Frühstück war ein Witz: billige Produkte, kaum Auswahl, alles lieblos hingeklatscht. Und der sogenannte „Kaffee“ schmeckte, als wäre er eine Woche alt. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet – überhaupt war das ganze Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eine Frechheit.

Temizlik olarak gayet iyiydi. Oda çok temiz kokuyordu. Konum olarak iyi yerde. Sadece resepsiyondaki orta yaşlarda hafif kilolu beyfendi sorulan sorulara garip bakışlar atarak isteksiz yanıt veriyordu. Sanki istemeyerek çalışıyor gibiydi onun dışında bir sıkıntı yok

Evet oda bakımsız ve soğuktu odalar pis ti masa kırık odalar berbat bir daha gideceğimi zannetmiyorum

The member of staff was pretty helpful and nice. They even carried the bags up to the room and approached us good... The problem here is the hotel itself, it is not that clean and we could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and from outside. The wall and the door is so bed that everything noise wise comes into the room... Walls have also spots of dirt. The bed is really hard and uncomfortable to sleep in we checked 3 rooms and all where the same... The surrounding area though is nice and with plenty of places to eat and spend time.

Some wierd loud noises every two nights i was there

Das Hotel war nicht besonders sauber. Die Fenster konnte man nicht richtig schließen und dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Wer etwas günstiges für 1-2 Tage sucht und keine großen Ansprüche hat wird hier fündig

Das Bett war Stein hart und unbequem. Es gab keine Gescheide Kleiderschrank wo man seine Kleidung reinstellen konnte. Des halb habe ich in Koffer gelassen. Für ein Person habe ich, ein Doppel Bett und ein Eizelbett zimmer bekommen. Aber dürfte keine Freund zu Besuch bekommen. Es wurde immer gefragt wie lange er bleibt.. Nicht freundlich. Es war für mich 1. mal Und wird letztes Mal sein.

Overall Hotel is very good. Specially STAFF of the hotel is very good.they are very friendly and specially they know English.

The staff was attentive and helpful whenever I encountered any issues. The room was spotless, and the serene tranquility of the hotel left a lasting impression on me. I am even considering returning because I am confident they will further enhance this experience.

This was really a very bad place, dirty and in a bad shape. The pictures on the web I saw were not the room I was in - see my pictures. It took me 3 days to check out and get the remaining balance of what I paid. I should have known when I tried to book and it rejected it until I paid in full.

I usually am a lenient person when it comes to reviews but not this time. Firstly on my arrival the key to the room I was staying at was not locking the door. Requested it to be changed and came back couple hours later to find he's given me the same key back saying "we've fixed it". He did not as it was the same bent key. Coming out of the elevator on the third floor on the right the tiles had come off and there was supposedly building work to repair them. Throughout my 5 days nothing was repaired. Coming to the room, the general hygiene was okay but I've seen cleaner places. Didn't have a small fridge which was disappointing, air conditioning was good, bed was comfy. I requested an iron and they came to my room with just an iron not an ironing board. Asking how would I iron without the board the gentleman said you can use your desk. That desk is about 60cm long by 30. Also I was smart enough to realise that the iron itself had rust and luckily didn't use it on any of my clothes as it would have stained them. Took it back to reception and told them they're an absolute joke man to be giving me something like this. The staff generally speaking were unprofessional, cold faced and as if they didn't want to be there. Would I recommend? No. You can find somewhere better maybe but if your desperate and on a budget then it's okay I gues.

Sadece uyumak için girdim otele, konum dışında tüm olanaklar gerçekten çok kötüydü. Otel sahipleri yönetimi ya da çalışan kişileri uyarıp düzgün şekilde kontrol etmeli. Hijyen ve konfor adına hiçbir şey yoktu.

I did not like it. Smell was not good. Small street. Towels were not OK. Bed was OK.

The hotel is in a good area with access to a convenience store, transport, and many places to shop locally. However, at various times throughout the day and night there would be a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room. It was difficult to work out if it was coming through the ventilation or from the hallway. As non smokers, this was very uncomfortable. My wife was really looking forward to utilizing the Spa, but it was unfortunately closed during the 6 days we stayed. The receptionist recommended a nearby hotel for the Spa treatment, which was very nice (we were momentarily tempted to switch hotels). The staff were very responsive to help with any queries we had. For the price we paid, my overall rating is OK.
