Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong side, so it wet all the small bathroom when we took a shower,. We complained about the smell, the light and the TV. the light and the TV was fixed only on the second day,the smell just got weaker but never gone, the breakfast had a potential, but the things that should be hot, being put in a container that should keep them hot, but the heating never turned on underneath, so they were not hot, With all the problems that we had, they never offered an alternative room. By the way, the room that we stayed NEVER featured on any official pictures of the hotel, not on their website or expedia.co.uk
