The extractor fan was not working in the toilet- the wall socket was arcing out - Seeing Sparks come from the switch to turn it off from. I’ve notified the company and all that was said - Just use the other plug and they will get someone out to Have a look - not happy with the way this was done as all my stays on other premises would be room swopped or the amenities repaired straight away.

Sienna Lodge was fantastic for our two night stay. The apartment was well equipped. Parking on site, and a great outdoor sitting area. Beware that this is a wooden building so if you are on the ground floor like we were you will hear all of the moving around of guests on the first floor above you!!

Room , bedding and rooms situation, in beautiful gardens, was perfect. Hosts with their little touches made our stay a memorable occasion over the Christmas week.

My wife and I loved and enjoyed our stay at Sienna Lodge. Beautiful location and the staff were amazing, we’ll definitely be back.
